Where can I start to explain how extremely happy I am with this auto body shop?! Well let me start by saying, I appreciated the weekly text messages informing me of the total cost of my repairs and of the progress being made. I appreciated the customer service Phone Interactions I had with the female receptionist and Justin. My vehicle was anticipated to be ready for pick up but due to a shipping issue it was pushed back a few days which was completely fine. The biggest compliment I have goes to employee Justin, he went out of his way to insure my car was ready by reaching out to multiple tire shops to get my tire on and aligned before I showed up to pick up my vehicle. I want to truly thank all the employees I interacted with (I wish I knew all their names). You all took away the stress of dealing with an auto shop by being compassionate, caring and dedicated. 5+ stars to you all!! Also my car looks amazing !

Severe hail damage over the entire car. They were very friendly and patient with me and preformed an amazing job removing all the dents and even fixed a couple of door dings I had previously while they were at it. Very pleased with their professionalism, work and customer service.

After a huge hailstorm, I took my Honda to Carstar for both an estimate and to have my auto body repaired.First off all, they are friendly, nice and very professional in everything that they do. My car looked great after their work and while they had my car, I needed my golf clubs that I had left in the car. Some of the work was being off site and someone actually drive over, got my clubs and shoes and brought them back for me. Im very appreciative and pleased with both the work they did on my car and the great customer service they provided to me.

Amazing service. Great people everyone from bottom to top had amazing customer service. Only downside was not even their fault parts on backorder. Went after I hit a deer and they made everything so easy. Hopefully dont have to ever go back but if I need to would definitely go back here.

This is a quality shop. I experienced excellent customer service and a thorough, well-done bumper replacement. They told me to expect the repair would take 2 days but instead they fixed it in 3 hrs and it was ready the same day. Highly recommend this place.

The first time I used Carstar was to appraise hail damage on my 7 year old Nissan. Carstar did a professional job and promptly let the insurance company the results. This time I needed a replacement wheel well molding for my Mazda CX-5 . Carstar ordered the part and installed it today. Again, a very predictable process with no surprises or excessive waiting.

After the big snow in January I had to, sadly, bring my car in for a right front side facelift. Every person I encountered here was friendly, calm, professional and stellar in their skills. The only problem was it took a lot longer than even they thought. But it was NOT their fault. They had to wait for parts to be shipped to them...so it took couple of months instead of couple 2-3 weeks. However, they kept me up to date with progress and were apologetic for how long it was taking . They couldn’t have been any nicer. Hope I never have to see them again!! HA!! But, if something happens to my car, I would happily and trustingly take it to them. My car looks like NEW. LOVE it. Thank you all.

I am happy with the job of repairing/replacing and Painting the rear 1/4 panel of my Honda CRV in November. It was done in a timely manner just before Thanksgiving day. I followed directions as far as not washing the car except by hand for a couple of months or so. I noticed January that the pinstripe that they did was starting to peel. So I called my professional guy that did the original pinstripe in 2017 to come take a look. He checked it out and noticed a couple of problems with the work. Mainly the area wasnt properly prepared and also they hadnt removed the protective top layer of the pinstripe. They had re-stripped the whole side of the car instead of just the damaged quarter panel. So I was charged $50.00 to re-stripe the whole drivers side.

CARSTAR in Prescott is a USAA approved collision center. The staff is courteous and professional. We were proved updates on the progress of the repairs on the rear end of our Toyota RAV4. Just stopped in for an insurance estimate. Waited only a few minutes for the adjuster (this was a scheduled appointment). He walked out to the car with me so I could show him the area of concern. He explained the bid in detail and answered all my questions with patience. Lobby was clean and pleasant. Front desk guy was nice. All staff polite and kind.

I got into an accident and my side panel came off the clips. These guys were quick and professional and got my panel on in about 10 minutes, and got my car looking like new. I highly recommend and will use again.

Was sent here by the insurance company, called prior to leaving Yarnell to verify shop hours and that they could quote me. Arrived within that time frame and they refused to help me because it has just started to snow and adjuster didnt want to leave the cozy office. When I explained that I had called prior to and was told to come up to the shop they could take care of me, and also how far I had driven, guy at the counter could care less. Extremely poor customer service. If how I was treated is any indication of their work quality, Id avoid this shop like the plague. I contacted Ins and filed complaint with them and asked to be sent to a different shop, one that cared about customers.

This is GREAT shop. I have taken several cars to this shop for work (only one my fault) over the last 9 years. The staff is kind and courteous and often go above and beyond in service. My cars have always looked fantastic when I pick them up and prices are reasonable ( I had an estimate on a car at another place, and this shop was a few hundred cheaper). Highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I had to bring my car here twice due to two different people hitting it, on two separate occasions, but EVERYONE at ABC Carstar are just incredibly friendly and kind. Im so grateful to have been able to use these folks for both incidents. They do great work, they are very accommodating and they are all wonderfully nice. I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else in the future. I hope I dont have the need, but if I do, it will only be to ABC Carstar!

My car was to be dropped off at 9 am on a Monday, 29 hours later they called me to pick up my car. The car was spotless and looked better than when I took it in. I am talking inside and out. Best experience in my life.

If you need any type of body work done on your car this is the place to go!! When I got in an accident, I was more stressed out about the process of getting my car fixed (going back and forth with insurance companies, getting a rental, paying some money out of pocket etc.), than the actual damage itself. ABC CarStar made it a breeze. I got an appointment for an evaluation the day after I called. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, and why it mattered, in a way that made sense to me because I know nothing about cars. They handled all of the negotiating with the insurance company, set up my rental car pick up, and took me home after I dropped my car off. While my car was in their care they kept me updated with exactly what they were doing, and how they were going to make that work for my budget. They made it clear from the get go they weren’t trying to squeeze money out of me and they lived up to their word. The only thing I had to do on my end was drop my car off and pick it up. My car looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Not to mention they have a wonderful staff, who were friendly, approachable, and informed on my situation. Wow! Fabulous place to do business with. I had a very bad accident with 3 deer on highway 69 by the Frontier village. The whole side of my passenger side of my car was badly damaged. 10/10.In June 2016 I hit a large trailer hitch that had fallen off of a truck on I-17. At 70+ MPH it did a ton of damage to the undercarriage. ABC Carstar had gave me an estimate of 2 weeks for parts to arrive and repairs to be completed. I think they had it done in 9 or 10 days.The best part is a year later there have been ZERO issues with the car. With $8,000+ in repairs youd almost expect there to be some nagging recurring issues. But its been perfect.Great job and friendly service.
