Preferred did an AMAZING job fixing the hail damage on my brand new Bronco Sport. I really thought the damage would never get fixed completely and my new car was going to be ruined forever, but Preferred was able to fix it beyond my wildest expectations. Even knowing how bad the damage was I cannot find a single sign that the hailstorm even happened. I am so happy I brought my car to them! They worked super well with my insurance to get it fixed properly and without cutting corners.

I had a great experience today when they checked my car and found the cause of the problem - user error! There was no charge even though they spent around 20 minutes trying to get to the bottom of the issue. This is the kind of great customer service that keeps my family coming back even though it is 20 minutes away from our home.

Friendly and helpful... until they make a mistake. My car was in an accident that was covered by another party. I chose Preferred because Id used them before. The damage was on the drivers side doors. After pickup, the doors were done beautifully, but I had a 3 inch long crack in the corner of my bumper that I noticed immediately. I showed the administrative assistant, Lola, and one of their auto body fellows expressed my concern with two other workers. Right before leaving, their assistant Lola and the fellow (I believe its the owner of shop manager) told me that the crack was already there. My report - done BY Preferred - says there were dings and scratches on the whole of the car, but this is a VERY NOTICEABLE crack. They tried to paint over it, because there are paint/air bubbles on that side of the bumper. Their owner, Cameron Snow, completely turned his back on this. This is a company that will cover up their accidents and give you back an unsafe vehicle, on repeat customers none the less.

Excellent, professional shop. Cameron is very friendly and honest and expects high quality work from his employees and they deliver. Accurate time and cost estimates, great work and a spotless car, inside and out. What more can you ask for?

I stopped by to get an estimate on replacing the front bumper/skirt on my 2013 Hyundai. The owner looked at my taped up mess and asked if I wanted to replace the front end piece or do a temporary fix. I am starting a new job and told him that temporary would be fine for now. He worked on removing the tape at the expense of burning his hand several times and made my bumper look brand new. Then I asked him how much. He said, No Charge, just come back when you are ready to replace it. He also quoted me a price that was less than half of what a Hyundai dealer had quoted me. I am flabbergasted at finding Preferred Auto Body! Going anywhere else would be a mistake.

Cam is just overall a really nice man.

I have used this shop twice to repair dance to my car from theft and an accident. They kept me inforned during the whole proccess. They are friendly and the work was amazing. Our car came back as good as new

Fair but not great work. They sure took their time and just kept making mistakes,. They were going to leave my cars frame bent if I hadnt caught it. Watch your financial dealings with the manager/owner there. Hell redirect your deductible away from you and direct to his shop whether you gave permission for it or not. They deal primarily with GEICO so that ought to tell you somethin....I fired both....theyll never get their hands on my car again....#$% &*#@s !

Stay clear. it took several weeks to get my truck back. parts were hanging loose with bolts missing and plastic clips broken on parts that were reused instead of replaced.
