Last year I had a family friend back into my Honda. We were trying to avoid using insurance for repairs so we were looking for the best deal possible. I checked with 5 other local shops and Maaco was by far the most affordable. They saved me thousands of dollars and they did such a phenomenal job. Andria went above and beyond. Absolutely top notch service. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I recently purchased a set of fender extensions for my wifes 2021 Can Am. I wanted to maintain the 2 tone color, so shopped around for someone willing to paint the rear extensions to match. The fenders are a polypropylene, so most didnt want to mess with them. Not the issue with these guys. They painted them using the proper technique to insure a durable finish and matched the paint exact. Even went as far as acquiring the right clear coat so the finish was spot on . Their dedication to not only insure I was satisfied, but that I was excited about the finished product, was much appreciated. They came out looking straight from the factory.

I went to this Maaco about month and 1/2 ago. I didnt know they were appointments only for estimates. But the owner came right over even though they were getting ready to close and gave me an estimate on the spot, since I had driven an hour to get there. Dennis was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did great work, for a good price and I love my Orange Crush.

Ive brought my truck here multiple times, and theyve only ever done wonderful work. They definitely exceed the MAACO expectations that everyone seems to have. My ranger took a big hit to the bed corner, and they fixed it so well, it fooled my friends into thinking it was a new bed. The paint has no orange-peel, and is perfectly blended. I take great pleasure in recommending Maaco, Prescott, with Dennis Noffz at the helm. I hired them to redo my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500, which I’ve had since new. It had plenty of Bradshaw Mtn pinstripe and a large assortment of bumps and bruises (some quite gnarly) that accrue to any nearly 20-year-old pickup that has been used like a truck in the southwest deserts and northern rockies, no pavement queen here. I also had him work over the A.R.E. commercial cap I installed at the same time I bought the truck, replacing weather stripping, channel molding and sealing all the old nooks and crannies that had long since cracked and lost their waterproofness.They did a fabulous job at an extraordinary price; I am super-impressed with the quality of the painting and the attention to the smallest detail. In fact, I hadn’t noticed until I drove the truck home and was giving it a further look, they buffed out the sun damaged headlight lenses to like-new! And Dennis didn’t even mention it when we did our walk around. That’s just another example of their integrity and commitment to over-the-top customer service. Top notch! A-One! Superb! Quality of the work and the professional people.

Rolled in on June 4th. Was told I couldnt get an estimate until June 30th at 4pm. I was looking for a complete paint job with repairs. Seems all the shops are abandoning complete paint jobs. Everyone is doing collision now for whatever reason. Woman at the desk flashed me a piece of paper showing how busy they are and shooed me away. No big deal, but not what I expected considering their excellent reviews.

I recently had some minor repair work done on my Camaro. On receiving the car back I noticed there was a problem and that the job had not been completed fully. The team at Maaco were quick to rectify the problem the following day and I was pleased with the professional service. Dennis (owner) is a genuine and helpful person. Would recommend.

I was living in Arizona for a few months, and during my time there had the misfortune of hitting a large snowball, compliments of the local snow plow. The people there were very friendly and considerate, and they were able to make the necessary repairs in record time for less than they had originally estimated! The new bumper matches perfectly, and one can barely tell that it’s not the original. I had to go out of town right after the repairs were finished, and a piece came loose and rubbed off against the tire, causing more necessary repairs. The people at maaco willingly made them, at no cost, although the piece that had come loose likely had nothing to do with any of their work. Over all very good experience here, and I would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately I needed a lot of body work on my Yaris, mostly due to our unusually huge snow storm. Fortunately we have Maaco in town. Over the years I have found the entire staff to be reliable, friendly and easy to work with. Their repairs are always satisfactory. I feel that I can trust their knowledge and advice. In this instance it did take 2 weeks to have my car repaired, which is not usual. However, there was the issue of being extremely busy (I wasnt the only victim of bad weather) and I came to find out that my car model is no longer being made which I imagine would make it harder to find parts. Their estimate was reasonable, so my insurance had no problem with the amount. I have to point out that I almost never give 5 star reviews because that high a level seems unachievable: almost beyond the normal scope: however I was given a bit extra during repairs and the extra star seemed applicable. I want to add that its nice to see a friendly face at Maaco, yet that does not bode well for my driving habits or the driving of others on the road who are guilty of carelessness around me. The Maaco crew should not know me quite that well!

Maaco did an excellent job painting my car after a minor accident that damaged my fender and bumper. They worked with me on the cost of labour which I sincerely appreciate. The staff was courteous and friendly throughout the entire process.My car is over 10 years old and I opted to pay for the paint blend which I definitely dont regret.The auto body tech went above and beyond, the paint was matched and blended exactly to the existing paint, the result was flawless. Our 2005 Nissan Maxima had deteriorating and peeling paint along with numerous dings and dents from hit-and-run shopping carts and a deeply gouged front end from a hit-and-run trailer. But we love this car, so we took it to Dennis and his crew at 541 6th Street in Prescott, Arizona. They are so professional and friendly, and they gave us back a new car or so it seems! We are amazed and delighted at how beautiful our car turned out, and anyone that wants their car painted should absolutely stop by this great Maaco center.

They did a horrible job on my vehicle and several mechanics, tint specialists, etc around town acknowledged that. Wrong color and they went very scarce on the prime coat, did not even cover it completely. The last thing you want, after paying good money for a paint job is to not be able to trust them to your car without being cheap. (because the paint job sure wasnt!Dennis was then irresonsible abt fixing it. I had to bypass them and go to corporate. Stay away from this lousy shop if you value quality. You will not find that here if your experience is anything like mine.
