They do a good job. Very good job really.Only strange thing thats ever happened is that I got my door replaced though and now my key doesnt work on it. It can only be unlocked using the button on the key. Weird.

This is the only shop in town I would trust with any of my vehicles. I took my last car here for repairs after an accident and was so happy with the service I received, I brought my current car in for some custom work. I get compliments all the time on my custom painted wheels! The staff here is very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely a local business worth supporting!

Talk about a great experience. I had a big dent in the rear bumper. Approx. $850 to replace it. Will Tappan (the manager) said he could try heat it and pop it out. It would coat $40. One half hour later it looked good with a few scratches on it. No big deal. I went to pay him the $40 and he would not take the money. He just lost $850. I saved $500 (my deductible). I will recommend his shop to anyone.

These guys are fantastic! Extreme quality, delivered earlier than promised. I was treated like family here.

If youre looking for somebody to treat your car like their own I suggest that you avoid this place like the covid-19. I had my vehicle fixed here through progressive and I have to say Im very disappointed with the outcome.I tried multiple times to get them to fix what they did in correctly and they just kept telling me thats how your truck supposed to be. I honestly wish they would have totaled my truck because it is worse now than its ever been. Who knew that putting the wrong parts on a vehicle and even using zip ties was an acceptable way of fixing?

Absolutely terrible experience. Body lines dont line up, and nobody knows what theyre doing there. Took more than enough time with nothing but frustration, only to arrive to a poor job. Would never recommend this hack of a shop.

When all was said and done, I would recommend Prescott Auto Body. We had our Chrysler Van repaired after a minor collision. Prescott Auto Body was the preferred shop for our insurance company. They had the work done on time and kept us informed throughout. They detailed the interior of the car and had it washed and ready for pickup which was a nice touch on the customer service side. Keep up the good work!

They did good work on my brothers motorcycle, so I asked them to do the same thing to mine. Im very happy with the work.

Vary professional excellent repairs. After waiting for the insurance company the repairs were done right the first time and quickly. There were no corners cut and they helped when the insurance company wanted to just straighten things instead of doing it right.I have used them several times for small things and will continue to.

I had them do a custom paint job and modifications to my BBQ. I take BBQ very seriously. Everybody else I talked to didnt want to do it, but Gary was eager to knock it out. Custom flames like a hot rod!

No complaints... Did what needed to be done

My experience at Prescott Auto Body (1635 W Iron Springs Rd / 1649 Vyne St) was terrible AFTER the job was finished.Minutes after getting my car, I noticed that they broke my window control panel when reinstalling it into the arm rest. Then I saw paint drips - something no body shop should allow out the door. Then, missing bumper and body bolts. Plus, the headlights were both loose without retainer bolts.I returned. The response was hostile. They finally agreed to do some rework, but I had to wait three days. The delay was disappointing since I had PAID for work that was not completed. I had to rent a car at my own expense.BOTTOM LINE:My experience was upsetting, costly, and time consuming. Flawed work, delays and resistance to doing needed rework are worth only 1 star. Moreover, their rework was flawed!!! I ended up buying better-fitting genuine Toyota body hardware and having additional rework done elsewhere.

Rude employees, went in to talk about hydrodipping something, they seemed to be very un-interested in what I wanted done...kind of rubbed me the wrong way and am seeking someone else who specializes in hydrodipping
