I was able to make an appointment the night before when I saw that my tire had a nail in it. Arrived first thing the next morning and the guy told me that my tire couldn’t get fixed due to how the nail was in my tire. I had to get a new tire which I was not expecting. However, I was presented with my options and made my choice. I was in and out in an hour or so.

Got my tires checked before heading back to Phoenix...really nice young guy helped me and wished me safe journeys

I was shopping around for four brand new tires. When Discount Tire originally quoted me a much higher price than Costco, (who was having a sale) they quickly matched the price without me even asking! Unfortunately they couldn’t get scheduled in for that day or the next but suggested a walk-in. I showed up the next day as they opened and was in and out in under an hour! Also while I was there I overheard an employee telling a gentleman that they fixed his flat, FREE of charge.I love Costco, but I will continue to shop there for everything except my tires now. Discount Tire has made a lifetime customer out of me.

Employees need a lot of training especially with customer service they need good managers they dont take their work seriously

Called talked with Jacob this morning on the full price of a set of tires. Came in had a hard time at first as they were missing a tire but Jacob and Austin came through by tracking it down. Very accurate on time for completion. Only thing you need vending machines in the lobby.

Bought tires 5000 mile ago and had no problems until a recent trip out of state. Had Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) light on even though tires were correctly inflated. Technician found the sensor broken in half. They replaced it for free (a $60 value) because they were the last ones to work on the tires even though they worked fine for over 3000 miles. Super service!!!

I went in to get my tires filled with air and I also told the young man that my car was shaking at high speeds & he suggested I get a balance and rotation. I didnt wait long at all cuz I was there first thing in the morning. Once they got my car in the bay, they balanced and rotated my tires in about five minutes. I am very pleased with how polite they were and how fast they worked. I very rarely give five stars, but these guys get 5 stars for sure!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Used to come here for years and walk in get checked in wait to come get your car. get service and done. now theres a check in line and then they tell you to park in your car and wait but in the meantime other people just walk inside the next thing you know theyre getting pulled in and getting serviced while Im still waiting and doing as Im told. I discussed this with the guy at the desk and he says well they must have had an appointment. I talked to another guy and they say they no longer do appointments . so Ive been to five goat ropings and four worlds Fair so much for discount tire.

Great service, good selection at decent price

Came in on a Saturday for 5 new tires and the initial experience was great. Decided on a different size tire based on the associates recommendation with what I was looking for. Only 4 of the 5 tires were in stock, with the restock expected the coming Tuesday. I offered to return when all were available and the associate convinced us to get 4 now and they’d call on Tuesday for the spare, cool. A week passes with no news, I call and find out the delivery was delayed. Wait another week and a half, nothing. Call and again told they still don’t have it, should be in the next week. Flash forward 5 weeks from the date of purchase, no news. Go to the store on a Thursday, explain the situation to the person checking people in and he says they can’t check if they have the tire without putting us on a wait list 30-45min., even to speak with a manager. After 45min we find out the tire size we purchased is on nationwide back order. So, $1,600+ later, we don’t have a spare and no idea when one will be available. Frustrated, as a 20+yr. customer, I started writing this review with maybe 2 stars in mind. But, after talking to the Asst. Manager Jacob, who was very patient and apologetic, he swapped out the tires for ones in stock. While the overall experience wasn’t great, I appreciate their willingness to make it right. There’s not a lot of big, corp businesses willing to do that - even in a small town. Discount kept a longtime customer today because of Jacob.

Came in to get new tires mounted and balanced with no tpms light on and all sensors reading. The service was fast, however when it came to relearning sensors they said that 2 of them wouldnt learn, but after trying to learn the sensors they worked fine. Just a minor hiccup. Fast and friendly service

This crew is a well oiled machine, they handle high volume. Cars were rolling out of the bay at roughly 12 to 15 minute intervals. Warranty service for Discount Tire cannot be beat! I am a long-time customer, and they fixed my flat for free on a car theyve never touched before for a tire they did not sell me. They also have free air checks for those who are less able to do their own. Trailers and motorhomes welcome as well.

Its very refreshing having the management thay have there now.David is a new manager down there and during a very stressful time in my life... he remedied an issue I had with the most amazing professionalism.That is a very tight ship now.Its people like the staff at this store that makes me not even price shop.Top notch shop.I will be back for all my tire needs.

Had flat fixed which was loose and when I dropped off I was told it would be about an hour and a half which was no problem. I asked the guy who helped me if they could switch the tires back when fixed and he said no problem. The tire was fixed and when I said I wanted them to put the tire back on a different guy than who I talked to earlier wanted to make me wait another hour and a half, lost my stuff on him then he as he put it jumped me to the front. Didnt jump me to the front because I already waited my hour and a half. The thing that really set me off was that a customer came in AFTER I had been waited on for new tires on their jeep and they had new tires installed before my flat was fixed.

Jacob was so patient with me. I had quite a few issues and special circumstances and he took quite a lot of time to explore options. We came out with a solid plan in getting really good new tires. He was not pushy at all. He even took care to take down my temporary paper license plate as the wind was blowing it off.

We went to a competitor a week earlier for a slow leak. The other store could not find anything wrong and told us it was a seal. Then they referred us to our dealership. They told us to go to discount tire. The wait times are brutal but they do great work. There was simply a nail hiding deep in the tread.

Even after seven years of road service on the same tires Sam was able to get them balance for free they definitely hold up to their words

We were on our way home from Prescott to Avondale. Had a flat just outside Dewey. All we had was a donut tire to get down the mountain. We called this Discount tire and they were gonna close on one minute. Austin said he would wait for us. It took 20 minutes for us to get there, but we made it. They fixed our tire and we were safely back on the road to Avondale. What an outstanding customer service experience it was for us. Thank you Austin and your whole team!!!

I had gone to another shop and they told me they couldnt fix my tire and would have to order 4 new ones. I went over to Discount Tire to get a quote and they fixed it for free instead! There was a bit of a wait, but so worth it in my opinion! The staff was really nice too, try Discount before you go somewhere else.

My husband dropped off 2 trailer tires to be replaced and he told them we wanted our old tires so we could use them for spares. First they put on the wrong tires then when my husband refused these tires because they were the wrong ply, they said they would order the right ones and we could pick up today. When we picked them up they said they had thrown out the old tires that my husband had told them here wanted back.

You have to buy your tires at the Discount Tire Mansion on the hill. All these guys here are the best. They will get you in and out like a NASCAR pit crew. Went on Friday afternoon Labor day weekend and was done in 20 minutes. No wifi here but not a big deal when you are only there for a few minutes. Dont be a free loader.

I used to love Discount Tire but have had a few issues the last couple times I have been to this location...I would recommend having consistency in what you tell the client when they make an appointment two weeks out. I showed up today and was quoted a 45 minute wait after being told when I make the appointment it would only take 15-20 minutes.They ended up getting me through in 25 minutes but its frustrating to show up and being told the same wait everyone else whos walking in gets. I made an appointment for that exact reason. You should prioritize the appointments.

I rushed down to Prescott Discount Tire as their web site said “much less busy as normal” open arriving I waited in line 3 times for almost 40 minutes while sales people were on the phone with customers not waiting in line. When I finally got to to talk to a sales rep ( third time ) I was informed that it would be a hour and a half till my tires could be rotated. I then asked if I could make an appointment. Next one was five days out. What a waste of time.I have been buying tires at Discount for over thirty years but I think I’m done. If they had spent a minute to talk to me initially I’d would have only spent 10 minutes there. Goodbye Discount

Excellent group of Employees, especially Bailey. My wait was long, three hours but that was because I chose to buy a new set of tires yesterday, during their Labor Day weekend Sale. Bailey did prepare me for the wait, over the phone, in advance of my arrival, as did the gentleman who checked me in outside when I arrived. I thought it was great, each worker I encountered were all honest with me regarding my wait time, tire needs, cost, warranty and current store pandemic guidelines. I watched all these men for three hours bust their butts, assisting their customers. This store was running like a well oiled machine. They obviously have a manager or perhaps owner that truly cares about providing Exceptional Customer Service. Thank you Discount Tire. I purchased Michelin Defender Tires. I am very happy with the tire quality, my ride home was super smooth.

My experience today was great! I went to have my tires rotated and have one tire checked for a leak. They rotated the tires and fixed the leak and I was leaving within 45 minutes!

What a great experience. We needed to trace our tires on our RV. We were able to take it in right away. The estimated 2.5 hours due to a trailer ahead of us. It was done much sooner. Everyone we talked to was helpful and kind. They were great to work with.

Buying tires here is most definitely difficult. Having Michelin tires in my cart as a hold at the time of my 8am appointment and then advised they were not available. The agent sold the incorrect tire in what I had paid for. Unknowingly, the agent did not have the decency to come out and tell me of her mistake. The gentleman that serviced the car and worked on putting my tires on, was the way I was advised. Not GOOD

Always professional and stand by there products. Once I got a tire replaced. Next day it went flat due to a valve mistake. They gave me all my money back $200+ and replaced my tire. What other company would do that? They will have my business for a lifetime.

Ordered in some special order tires before the big snow storm. Had an appointment on Saturday to have them installed however called them the Thursday before my appointment and asked if they could get it done sooner. They said as long as I got there before 6 that they would have it done that night. They stayed till 7 oclock at night to get it done great job guys keep up the wonderful work

Went in for a new tire, I had a nail in the side of 1 tire. They said it was not a bad one, took out the nail, checked all tire pressure and sent me on my way, no charge! So nice! They could have just sold me a new tire and made $100, but they were honest! Very nice people.

When researching tire prices, we found Yokohama Geolanders online for a great price. Contacted Discount Tire, and they not only matched online price, but beat it substantially. Two days before our scheduled install, we had an emergency issue with an unrepairable tire currently on the vehicle. Luckily, our tires were being delivered that day and was able to mount and balance all 4 tires. They went above and beyond, again! Got us in and taken care of in about an hour!

Very very poor service. They sell you tires and warrant them with Free lifetime rotation and balancing.Byt.if you make an appt or even walk in...youre made to wait.They are only about Sales.I am in the process of pulling my Fleet of Vans from them.Thats roughly 22 vehicles.

Just had my tires rotated and balanced, admittedly I dont do this as often as I should. That being said there is a slice all the way around the tire, the technician said the tire is separating. The salesman said its not separating, its not cut down to the steel belt therefore its not covered by the replacement certificate. He (Anthony) also said I wouldnt want that on my truck. If only the slice had been deeper. Anthony also said he could work with me on price of a new tire, but you dont want just one new tire do you?Ive driven over 700,000 miles in the last 20 years and have bought every tire here for both my truck and my wifes car. They just lost a loyal customer.So the tire needs to be replaced, but is not covered by road hazard warranty even though the damage occurred while driving. Anthony had to ask me the times if I was sure I wanted the tire back on my truck and looked at me like I was not making a smart decision each time. I will be replacing the tire, but not here. Ill take my money elsewhereI look forward to hearing from the owner add he replied to other reviews he recently.
