Complete engine rebuild, Great guys in the shop, excellent work, fair prices.Management went out of their way to make sure I had a place to stay, and gave me a ride to the hotel.Cant say enough good things about them.They made a terrible situation a little better.

We had to have our semi truck towed into Ross Point truck repair. They had our truck in the shop first thing in the morning. They were quick and very efficient. The owner is a pretty awesome guy. Very polite and has good conversations. You can definitely tell he cares about his customers. If ever in the need of a heavy duty diesel repair, I highly recommend this place.

I would give Ross Point Truck Repair 10 points if I could. Dennis, Jeremy and the crew have always went above and beyond for me. I had big plans for my week in Post Falls. Those plans went south quickly, but thankfully with the tremendous help from Ross Point they were able to get the rig road ready before I left! Thank you again and hope to see you next year!

Thankfully because of a minor repair, we never got a chance to bring our truck into Ross Point but, they were extremely helpful and highly recommended. When calling around for towing services I asked at least 4 local towing companies if theyve heard of Ross Point and if theyd recommended their work. Every company had positive things to say and most even used them for their repairs personally.

On the road with my RV, I had to be towed from Harrison ID for a differential repair up north and Ross Point in Post Falls was highly recommended. Although theyre kept busy servicing regular trucking customers, Jeremie didnt let me linger in the queue and made sure I got worked into the schedule after the ordered differential came in. Dennis, the owner, and his team went over and beyond the call to make sure that I was taken care of in every way possible to get my RV back on the road! A group of high level competence and expertise, as well as honest and friendly service, as Ive experienced anywhere!

They took my truck in late. They stayed late to finish the work, and the price was decent. My driver reported a clean shop with professional staff. Even when I questioned their diagnosis and ask for them to demonstrate the problem to my driver, Jeremie agreed without taking offence. I appreciate this kind of attitude. This truck and rv repair shop is busy for several reasons, they are honest, thorough and reasonable. They will get to the root of a problem in great time and fix it right. Ive had an air brake problem for some time and thank goodness I made it here!

I spent about $6,500 and 4 weeks of my life at this place while they tried to fix my motorhome, which they never did. The place I took it to that actually fixed it only cost $989. Steer clear.

Had an ABS problem, took a few days to figure it out, but they got it. friendly and courtous, few places to eat at around here if you r here for any time, hotel down the street.
