We were on a Midwest to West Coast and back trip. During the trip our car needed an oil change. We called in the morning and they got us in that afternoon. We could have gone to a quick lube place but hadn’t taken our car yet to anywhere but Hyundai and wanted to keep it that way. They got us in and out quick, hardly an interruption to our trip at all. The staff was very nice and courteous. P.S. one of the nicest waiting areas I have seen at a dealer.

I went in for a service, but with an open mind about purchasing a car. I approached Brad, asking if I was free to roam the lot and look at some cars while mine was being inspected. He joined me and we chatted about cars and took a look at what was available on the lot. Brad was awesome and a really fun person to talk to! He was not pushy like the classic car salesman; seemingly enjoying the casual nature of my look around the lot and our chats about anything that came up. Long-ish story short, I ended up leaving with a fantastic 2022 Hyundai Elantra that I love, and I attribute most of that to Brad and his excellent customer service. Finance guy (I forget your name, Im sorry man) was super nice and very thorough with his explanations and didnt push things I didnt need/want.Great place, honestly! Highly recommended

Was in the area for other reasons and stopped by to look at new Hyundai Tucson. Leonard took his time and I was able to test drive two vehicles. All the staff were genuinely nice and No high pressure sales tactics or games that most dealers do. If I ever buy a Hyundai I will buy from them.

Very very disappointed. My son found his first car to purchase here after working and saving his money for a long time. We even flew up from Colorado after being told car was in great shape. First Brad told us the car was ready to pick up. We got there and he said they always detail all their cars but didnt have time to get this done. Fine. Looked it over and drove and seamed real nice and didnt notice anything obvious wrong. Then we had to WAIT half the day to get the papers all signed and financing. Purchased and drove home and noticed the transmission was leaking tons of oil! Called Brad and he said he knew about it but forgot they were going to fix it and his mechanic said they didnt have the parts. If we had known that we would have waited until it was fixed. Meanwhile we spend $1900 to get it fixed and they cant do anything to help repair it. Pretty shady even for car salesmen if you ask me. Just beware.

We bought a new 2021 Palisade Limited from Midway and it was a great experience.Brad was our sales rep and he was helpful and didn’t have the normal oily smell of your average car salesman - 😉.In fact, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole deal. Even the finance manager was a real straight up guy.And we love the car. Got the color that we want and when it didn’t come with an option it was supposed to, Midway made it right without giving us a bunch of grief.We would definitely shop here again!

Their former service manager, Mike, was amazing! I havent seen him lately, and thats incredibly unfortunate. Also, their oil change prices have increased twice in my previous two visits. Not very fun after having consistency over the first couple years.Staff is always friendly. Too bad they dont have weekend hours in their service department. Its really hard to get in when your job hours are also aligned with their open hours.

Stopped by to have my car checked out under warranty and the service manager scheduled me in to have it looked at the next day. Wheel bearing was bad. They then scheduled me in the next day for the repair. It was completed before that afternoon. Very impressed with their service.

We went to Midway Hyundai to replace a vehicle we just lost due to an accident. While the vehicle we were looking for was just sold Tyler was able to locate another that worked great for us. We were able to come to agreement on a great price and then returned when it arrived. He helped us with the paperwork and really made the process easy.. They sat us through an explanation of additional coverage that was available for our new car, but did not try to pressure us into anything we were not interested in. In the future when we replace our vehicle we will go back. I was impressed with the care and service I received.

Seemed unprepared for the sale. Didnt know the complete function of the buttons and really werent very thorough. BUT they were very nice and attentive. Even te service department was 🙂 nice to us when we were making an appointment for the ceramic coating to be applied. Not so with Valley dealership in Spokane.

No smoking mirrors and no games. I was in about 5:15 PM to buy a 2021 Kona and was out of there by 6:30 PM. The sales representative Tyler was awesome! He was a straight shooter and was completely transparent. No games whatsoever! What kind of dealership is this?! After signing the financials, Luke one of the owners personally thanked me and handed me his card and told me that if had any questions or concerns to call him directly. I came in today to trade in our hyundai veloster for a more family friendly car since my wife and I just had are first baby girl not even 2 weeks ago. I found out that I needed my engine replaced, I took it to Jim at Midway Hyundai where he diagnosed my problem, he and Zach the other Service Manager fought for a week straight with the manufacture to warranty the engine, when I financed my car I purchased a Platinum Hyundai Wrap Warranty, for anybody who thinks that they dont need a warranty when its offered to you in the finance dept. think twice when you sit down to sign your loan documents think again before you refuse the warranty when its offered to you, $27 more a month in payment. $8,200 worth of work and I had a zero deductible.

My bank held this deal up for over a week and not one time did I ever feel like I was going to lose it, nor did Bryson pressure me to somehow speed it up.
