I purchased tires from this location a while back, it took them 3 hours to mount and balance them. Then told me they “couldn’t do an alignment because I had bad ball joints, and they couldn’t replace them.” So I took my business to Perfection tire and they discredited the issue. They had no problems aligning my truck. I figured I’d give them another chance when I got a couple nails in my tire. Scheduled the appointment to have them repair the tire and do a rotation. My wife took the truck in, an hour and a half later they bring the truck out and mounted the repaired tire on with the white letters out. ALL OF MY OTHER TIRES ARE BLACK OUT! Idk about the rest of 4WP but this location is absolutely trash.

Walked in at 12:15 today, picked up what I wanted from a shelf and proceeded to get in line to pay. I was number two in line, after watching the 2 guys behind the counter spend 25 minutes yakking with a customer, I gave up and walked out. I guess selling stuff must not be your goal. My time is more valuable, and I’ll just skip 4wp next time and order from Amazon.

I visited this store with my significant other, who wanted to check it out. We walked in, one employee was helping a customer and Im not sure about the other employee. We wandered the store, checking out potential tires. I wasnt sure why nobody even tried to acknowledge we were there or ask if we had questions. And walked to the other part of the store. Still nothing. The customer before us had left and we were the only ones in the store for a few minutes before another customer comes in. He wanders around and not long, one of the employees asks if he needs help finding anything. They didnt even try to engage with us. Disappointing customer service. I will not be back.

I went in to have my pick-up re-geared and had a very rough experience - but at the end of the day the folks at 4WP took very good care of me despite being dealt a bad hand to begin with. They went above and beyond to take care of me - and I fully recommend them.In summary, the first set of gears that they installed were bad and made a lot of noise (they identified the issue prior to returning the truck to me). It took multiple rebuilds and a different brand of gears to fix the issue - but they stayed with it and got it right. What compounded the issue was the gear ratio availability due to supply chain constraints. But - even though I admittedly wasnt the easiest to deal with - they kept after it and not only turned a very bad situation around, but they impressed me and earned any of my future business. These guys are the real deal - a true 5-star worthy business.

Been purchasing from 4WP for over 20 years now and this Post Falls location needs to be managed better. I ordered 4 BFG tires and was told they werent in stock and would need to come out of L.A. and would be shipped and show up in 2 to 3 business days. The tires didnt show up until 8 business days later. They called and informed me and said they finely showed up. I said great I would bring the unit over first thing in the morning for install. The counter guy told me that the service department was booked out for over a week for tire insulation. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME IT TOOK A WEEK LONGER THEN WHAT YOU TOLD ME AND NOW YOU ARE TELLING ME IT WILL BE A WEEK LATER UNTIL THEY CAN BE PUT ON....WHAT A JOKE. He told me he apologizes for the inconvenience but the service department makes the scheduling not him.4WP has turned into an online ordering location not a retail off road parts house like they use to be. There is barely any inventory at their location and they feel you with BS by saying they can get it to you in 2 to 3 days but when it takes much longer they use excuses like the shipping company is running behind or the international hide behind excuse do to COVID shipping is delayed.

Was able to get my firestone riderite air springs off the shelf. The parts displayed throughout the store can get your imagination going.

Couldn’t have had a better experience at 4 Wheel Parts in Post Falls Idaho. I purchased a Smittybilt Overlander Xl tent from Gaston. He was great from beginning to end. He reserved the tent for me to pick up and even let me put it on in the parking lot, like I opened that box up in the parking lot, screwed all the parts on and Gaston came out to help me lift it on to the top of my Land Rover. That’s service! The tent is also great. I will definitely be returning for any of my outdoor/ 4x4 needs.

Salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Had to order product, so cant say yet how overall experience is.

We bought a set of windows for our YJ. They said they would fit. When we got them they didn’t fit. So went sent them back on a Monday and UPS showed they received them on Tuesday, the next day. They had advised that returns were no problems. They wouldn’t credit our charge account. Had to get our bank involved. Will never do business with them again.

Ok so this would definitely have been a zero star rating had that option been available so went in to get some help to buy a tent rooftop tent and it seemed as though they did not want the business at least from me so passport customer service in my opinion and I definitely will not go back

It has off road stuff so I give a few. Knowledge seems to be on the low side with reps. Customer service is also a bit low. Just imagine you walk in ready shop/spend and no one seems to care. Youll feel a bit abandoned. If it were my business I would acknowledge with greeting once entering and a acknowledgement of helping soon.Simply order takers as it stands. What you want? I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had a part paid for since early December. When I was told it was back ordered, I asked for it to be cancelled. They told me it was already shipped and couldnt be cancelled. This was over a month ago; I still havent received the part, and they wont respond to a single email. Ive tried calling, but they just put me on hold indefinitely. Its no surprise Trans American is already gone from Post Falls. I will never order from them again.

What they say it is in stock online.that just means they can get it..dont trust there website.

Have done many transactions with these guys and have been very happy with all the results. Was having some issues with a ring and pinion install with someone else.. needless to say, 4 Wheel parts rectified a situation that could have become catastrophic, and gave us a great deal in the process. I would give 0 stars if I could Ive spent a lot of money here and to be honest Ive been disappointed every time. I understand that the current situation that we are in but they could at least have returned my calls. The customer service is horrible. If you need to contact them you have to either sit on hold for hours or drive to the store and talk to them in person.

They use to be good but now sense they got rid of there parts department now everything has to be shipped in To the store from the others 4 wheel parts stores takes weeks as in two or three weeks so get parts or just thing such as a light something you would be able to just walk in a grab but there one of two off road stores in this area so there for you have to just wait it out and keep checking on them because if you don’t they won’t call you or call you back what customers service

I wish I could give a better review but my experience wasnt good at all. First they didnt send me a quote like I requested, I asked 3 times. The salesman was very impersonal. After my install, my airlift wasnt working right and my front suspension had problems after I had them do the ball joints and tie rods too. I took it back in to get this fixed. They blamed the air lift on a fluke defect and tried to imply the problems I was having with left turns was due to a preexisting problem which wasnt there before they had it. Recently my truck got broken into and my air lift controller was stolen. I called them and after being put on hold for almost a half hour, the salesman said he was gonna called Air lift right away and see what he could do. Never heard back called three more times that day, got put on hold for 20 minutes each time just to have someone take my name and number down and not call me back. This was a week ago. Pretty unprofessional guys, my business may not matter much to you but I worked hard for the money to improve my truck and you guys acted like you couldnt wait to get rid of me.

This particular store seems to have more stock than other 4WP so Ill actually give them two stars. 4WP in general has gone downhill in the last few years. I used to be able to walk into the store and walk out with parts that arent high demand but they actually had them in stock. For instance, I went in on a whim about 4-5 years ago to see if they could get an ARB Bull Bar for a JK Wrangler. They had it in back, and I just had to wait for them to pull it off the rack. Today, if you want something easy like a shade top for a Wrangler, or a set of their own 4WP wheels, maybe a Smittybilt winch (all 4WP parent-owned brands), you could be waiting for months. The companys motto should be Its on Backorder.Its not unusual for the website to hype items on their banner that they dont have on hand. Anything you see on their website is likely on backorder for months and they wont tell you until you order it and check your account a week later to find out they never had it to sell to you in the first place. Morris, Northridge 4x4 and even Amazon are much better sources to go to since they wont offer to sell it to you unless its actually available. If youre just in the market for tires, go to Les Schwab... they run leisurely circles around 4WP.Somewhere at 4WPs parent company, a huge disconnect happened and its like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. At one point in my life I was a manager at a (now defunct) auto parts company and it was awful. I got to the point where I pitied anyone who tried to do business with us. My district manager could sense it in my attitude, and when he came to my office in person one day to chew me out about it I handed him my keys and left. Dont be surprised if you see a lot of new faces at 4WP, companies like this that constantly underperform usually have high turnover .

Let me start off by saying I was excited for another shop specializing in off road parts to come to the area. First few trips were decent as stuff was in stock. My last purchase was not so good. I ordered part 10106 painless wiring harness. Was told they don’t carry them in stock but would drop ship it to me. I was fine with that gave me a bit of time to tear out the old harness. Ordered Monday early morning, was due Wednesday to be at my door. Didn’t show up by Thursday so I called to only find out they never even shipped it. Yet there website showed it shipped, tried 4 times to get through to a real person on the 1800 number couldn’t reach a live person after being on hold over an hour each time. Started to do some research on various Jeep websites, and other reputable off road forums. What i saw and have heard from ex employees all shows this is a common issue. Some people have waited up to 3 months for parts ordered, others had to contact the banks to get their money back. So with that said be cautious when they don’t have it in stock. In stock purchases are fine but the ordering needs some serious work.

I bought hood latches for my Jeep a few months ago, and a small part broke. Im totally convinced it was a freak thing, as the parts were very well made. When I brought the broken piece in to the Post Falls location, they found the correct part from another set of latches and just swapped them out. No hassle, or troubles. Im sure the part was under warranty, but they made it super easy and won my business for a long time to come. Even if I can find parts for less online, Ill buy them from these guys. Customer for life.

They were too busy to give me the time of day.People working the counters, should be focused on the people in front of them rather than answering the phones. They have to have a huge call center someplace...

I have to say that I am very pleased working with Brian, Gaston and Chad at 4 WP- Off Road in Post Falls. I had some issues with a leveling kit on my truck NOT installed by 4WP. They guys went above and behind on getting my truck fixed. I highly recommend the guys at 4WP in Post Falls.

My BFG tires developed a sidewall bulge with no external damage, within the warranty period. BFG was going to charge me 30% of the value of the tire, even though the issue was a manufacturer defect. I expressed my concern about this and the guys at 4WP took care of me by replacing the tire at no cost to me. Chad was helpful and great to work with. I will be going there for future tire purchases.

Nice having warehouse of parts nearby. Ive had great service on getting new shocks installed on my truck. Lots of Wrangler parts for the JK. Always have had great customer service. Been a customer since 1988 when I got a lift and tires on my ride in San Diego.

Staff was great and very knowledgeable. They helped me fix my error with no issues or hesitations. Definitely will buy more from them going forward!

The customer service i receive here is unreal. The sales people always know what they are talking about. And will do what ever they can to make your experience pleasurable. And the mechanics are highly knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to ensure my jeep is safe and well built before I leave. Definitely check them out if you are looking for truck or jeep parts. I refuse to go elsewhere.

I wasnt overly impressed. It took them three hours to install my new tires though and at the end they refused my request to add some tire shine. Also, the tire pressures were all different by 2psi. I was expecting better when spending $1600.

I have been waiting a month for my floor mats which is no big deal it’s weird times. The part that is frustrating is no matter what time of the day I call nobody will answer and says line is busy.

Ive had a couple bad experiences with the 4 Wheel Parts Store in Post Falls, Idaho. About 3 years ago I ordered and paid in advance for some Rock Sliders for my 2017 Rubicon. I was called from the Post Falls 4 Wheel Parts Store and told my order was in. Since I was out of town when they called I told them I would be in in 3 or 4 days, once I returned home. I was told thats fine. When I arrived at 4 Wheel Parts they didnt have my order. And 4 Wheel Parts was no no longer doing business with the company who had made my Rock Sliders. I had always wonder about this. While I dont remember the manufacture, I do remember it was a high end company and that the item had to be paid for before the company would even manufacture the order. Which I had. I had always wonder about this incident. I had actually thought that since 4 Wheel Parts discontinued business with this company that one of their employees had taken my order, but there was no way I could prove it. A little over a year ago I was told I needed ball joints, a new drag link and an alinement, $1,600 +/-. Shortly after their work we left home for the winter. That winter I had nothing be problems with the Stability Control System on my Rubicon. My Jeep spent approximately 10 days in the shop during 3 or 4 trips to the dealership. Eventually I listened to the dealership and let them remove the new 4 Wheel Parts drag link and reinstall a stock drag link. Problem fixed, its been almost a year with no issues. When I returned home I told Post Falls 4 Wheel Parts about my problem. The managers response, something to the effect oh I had a guy who didnt know what he was doing working for us at that time, sorry. Their incompetent employee and management cost me a lot of money. Id strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

So I called this place thinking that since I have I lifted wheeler and they supposedly specialize in working on and building lifted wheelers they could help me with a lift problem and some shocks. On the phone they were very helpful; come on down, we can help you buddy, all sorts of helpful. I get there an hour early to my install appointment, we figure out which shocks to buy and then I show them the problem with my lift. To which, they say: We cant work on your truck due to liability issues, since your lift is broken... Isnt that what your shop is supposed to do? Fix and sell lifts? Why have me come all the way to your shop just to tell me you cant actually fix anything. Furthermore, a little play in a drop bracket does not constitute a broken lift. If i wouldnt have shown the customer service guy the issue in the first place would they have even known there was an issue with the lift? Also, why didnt you let a tech come look at it? Well I guess Ill have to keep driving my super dangerous improperly lifted vehicle another 220,000 miles with a different companies exact same, only probably cheaper products. If you love wasting time, money, and getting the run around from bolt-on parts counter guys, this is the store for you.

Awful customer service. Ordered from them to ship to my house. Order is going to the store even though the csr I spoke with said I clearly requested it sent to my house. Store is over an hour away for me. Other parts are back ordered and have been but they don’t update their web page or your order status. CSR said you know how many times a day I hear that? Are you kidding me. Took me 4 calls on hold for over an hour each time to actually reach someone. Finally did and got that waste of time who was 0 help. Also sent 4 emails to their customer service email. 0 replies in over a week. Never again will I order from 4WP

We scheduled an appointment for our truck for warranty tire replacement and the service from Eric Ledoux was professional, fast and complete. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get to the store. The technicians changed all six tires on my dually extremely fast. They inspected the front end and identified two issues which needed attention. I scheduled an appointment for the work. They are the group to bring a rig to for service. I was not disappointed.

I dont know if they just need some people designated to answer phones or what, but I waited for 40 minutes till I got any service. And I was just picking up parts I ordered that were already paid for.

Ran over a screw a few miles outside of town on my drive back to Montana from Washington and was running on a flat.. Jerrod and Zac were great about getting me in and fixing my flat quickly. My truck even had a locking lug nut for which I did not have the key -- they were able to remove it, fix my flat, and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. They really saved my trip. Highly recommend this store. Cant speak highly enough of their hospitality when I was in need.

Great experience with these guys. I had them install an add a leaf and a diff drop on my 02 Tundra. There shop rate is a little steep but they do some good work and have an awesome facility. I worked with John at the sales desk and their mechanic was great.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff here. Great place for hard to find truck pieces. They also do installation. Typically they have good recommendations for places that provide additional service like custom autobody and spray on liners etc. Its worth stopping in.

We work with 4 Wheel Parts through my employer quite often. Both my wife and me have Jeeps as well and because of how knowledgeable they are and because of their customer service I personally do not go ANYWHERE else for any of my aftermarket modifications. They have treated every customer I have referred to them with the highest level of integrity and respect. Its important to me when a person trusts me enough to spend 30, 40, 50 thousand dollars on a new vehicle to have someone I can trust will take good care of her/him when they do their modifications. Chase, John and Brandon are the primaries I use up front and they have never let me down. Mike is the main person I have dealt with in the back and he has built more Jeeps than most people have built sandwiches. If you are looking for a group of people that will make sure your vehicle will get you where you want to go or you just want to turn heads, these are the people to use!

The customer service at this place is second to none. Since moving to spokane 5 years ago I have not seen this quality of work, profession, or friendly interaction in any industry. Specifically Brandaon and Gaston are top notch dudes. I have referred 6 friends and all have had similar experiences. Thanks boys.

This has a small showroom but is also a huge distribution center. Has an enormous inventory with just about every brand of accessory you name. Also, has the most knowledgeable and qualified mechanics around. This is for the serious off roader. I prefer to search what I am looking for online at their website. When I find what I need I usually pay online and they call me when my order is filled and ready to go. The only negative is that they have such a huge inventory if you go with out searching in advance it can take a lot of time because they always have so many options.

4 wheel parts once again dedicated the time necessary to delivered my vehicle fixed, and ready to rock. The Post Falls team does excellent work, and have wonderful customer care.

I called them and they said they called and left a message with the distributor but they didn’t call back. He then put me on hold and said he called them but...you guessed it, they were closed. Don’t use this place. Order on line.

It took MONTHS before we received the parts we needed for our Jeep. We understood they were coming from over seas but still. We had to keep calling to see when they would be in. These guys and gals are STUDS!! Honesty goes along way and they are very straight up with everything. Had new shocks put on my tundra front & back and a full alignment. Three weeks ago I went to les schwab on a whim to have my alignment done in St. Maries. They told me everything was great. It wasnt great as my truck was making a popping noise on the front end and all over the road. I took it back to les schwab in St. Maries and asked for them to double check it over. Told me again everything was solid no issues. Never will I go to a les Schwab again. They did nothing to align my truck but sure took my money. I can tell you as soon as I left 4 wheel parts in Post Falls and headed home I instantly noticed my truck wasnt wondering all over the place. It actually felt really good. I appreciated them going over the print out and explaining the numbers. The new Bilstein shocks 6112s and 5160s are great. I will forever be a fan of 4 wheel parts in Post Falls. They explained everything to me and were upfront with everything. Thank you to all who helped me get this done and done right.

Didnt even want to give them that star so I went in on wed the 26th to pick up a new bumper since the website said they were in stock got to the store was told it wasnt in stock and had to be ordered so a little irritated but whatever on I pay for bumper and was told it would be delivered Monday the 2nd now here we are and no bumper in fact not going to even be delivered until wed the 4th called to get money back since I could of went somewhere else and got a bumper and they cant even do that cause it is in transit this place is a joke I will never be back in that store or order from any of the stores for that matter ever again

Its a great place to go if your looking for off road accessories and they are friendly and the mechanics are great at what they do but the only thing that I dont like is that they seem to have to order pretty common items or dont have them in stock so I would call ahead if you think you could get it the same day. Bought a cat back flowmaster Outlaw exhaust system from them a couple of weeks ago. One exhaust was a little off but no big deal. 4 stars for that....BUT called back wanting to put in another muffler instead of the Outlaw and Jerrod said he would look into what else I could put in and 4 days later no call. I will be going local instead of giving them anymore business. I dropped $1300 on that system and it really is too loud for my daily driver ride. I would have put it on another but will not have it done here. Customer service is last on the priority list.

Zero customer service. The bearded jerk at the west end of the counter completely ignored waiting customers, then answers the phone TWICE. 1 other salesperson just shot the breeze the entire time with a guy who did not buy anything. There were other people in the office off of the sales floor having a bullsh~t session. Walked out, went to Les Schwab and gave them my money. They at least acted like they cared. Granted, they had to order both the wheels and tires (they dont stock 40s) but I had them the following Thursday.This place sucks. Avoid it.

Had some ladder bars installed on my pickup. The part numbers that were ordered were off but 4wp honored the initial quote and stayed late on a Friday to custom fabricate the axle mounts to get them mounted up. They also threw in custom one-piece lift blocks at no additional cost to complete a top-notch racecar quality ladder bar setup on my 1996 f150 4x4. These guys treat you and your rig in the shop with respect regardless of whether you have a $60,000 truck or a $900 pickup. They are about quality service that is not dependent on how much money they think youll give them. Shout-out to Eric Ledoux and the other guys at 4wp.

I purchased coil isolators in July 2018, received wrong ones, got a RO went to store for refund, that dept was closed on Saturday, its been 20 days and no one can tell me why I havent been refunded to my cc.I keep calling and feel I get the run around all the stories are different, not impressed with service, its a refund, never been opened and Im being asked to call back on Sept 4th 2018...One star.
