These guys are awesome! My 2012 Nissan 370z clutch failed on me in 2019. I gave them a call and they were ready to check it out. I got my car towed to them. Throughout the days of progress they kept me updated, telling me what went wrong, pricing, etc. The pricing was great and truly fair for the service I needed(Replacing clutch). They are humbled, respectful, and knowledgeable! A year later(2020) I had them replace my radiator due to leakage and put in new spark plugs along with replacing the seals for my head cover gasket from leaking(common problem with the Z’s). Later on my radiator bypass hose ripped on me from wear&tear over the years of me driving it hard. They fixed it no problem. Flawless work! These guys have always taken great care of my car!

This is truly a shop you can trust that only repairs that are necessary are done. Prices are fair and the repairs are quality. If there is ever an issue with a previous repair that is under the shop warranty the issue and the corrective work is free.Its rare to find a shop that makes you feel like family. Everyone in the outfit was accommodating, efficient, and trustworthy. I expected a big bill because of a windshield washer problem on my 2014 Frontier truck. My problem was fixed by their unplugging the sprayer nozzle—at no charge. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. No question we return to Chino Hills Nissan Service if/when the next problem surfaces.

Chose this shop to fix the cooling system on my 2012 quest simply based on the ratings/reveiws.They were all accurate.At first sight, its not so pretty, but once i spoke to the main guy, i was comfortable with it. I explained the situation, he gave me a quote for the radiator replacement, and was quite pleased with the quote and time frame.When i arrived to pick up the van, he walked me over to show me the work that was done. He then walked me through the shop to show me the parts that were removed. He ended up changing all the cooling components without increasing the final bill.The van runs great and if i hadnt moved out of state, Id definitely make this shop my go-to.
