IF I could give minus Stars I would!! This is my experience with Purrfect Auto in Pomona. The Purrfect Auto in Pomona with Frank and Ray is a con and disgrace! Women beware!!After spending over $1900 in supposed extremely needed repairs (or could be life threatening as Ray and Frank stated) for repairs on a 2005 Honda Accord, the very next day the clutch has no pressure? We towed the car back to Purrfect Auto. Not a word from them the next day. The following day Frank calls to say that we needed a complete clutch and flywheel replacement, over $1500 needed in additional repairs. When my husband arrived at the shop (unannounced) and questioned the mechanic and Frank together, the Honest mechanic stated I NEVER SAID THOSE REPAIRS WERE NEEDED, HE (FRANK) WROTE ALL OF THAT!! and I have not even inspected the car yet and the mechanic left for lunch. My husband immediately got the car towed out of there and to a neighboring HONEST mechanic.PURRFECT AUTO is the laughing stock of that auto mechanic mall and known for unscrupulous business dealings. The Honest mechanic have already called me with repairs needed that we have already paid to Purrfect auto.. I will be reporting this to the BBB, BAR and seeking every legal option available to me. I will also compare every bill I received from Purrfect auto to the bills from the Honest mechanic, and SUE Purrfect Auto for every dime I paid to them for the repairs that they did not do!!! Horrible and dishonest people!!Please dont lie and say I have the wrong shop!! This is the Purrfect Auto in Pomona, CA where Frank and Ray is located. STAY TUNED!!

I took my car for a uber inspection only bit the guy mention if I get an oil change it will be cheaper he said. When they told me it was ready and passed the inspection they said I had a problem that my tank of the motor was broken and had a oil leak, my uncle is an awesome mechanic taught me alot about doing things to my car and I may not know alot but if that was the case wouldnt I be leaking oil on the floor of my garage and my car is not new but its not old either 2016 Honda just made me think? Hmmm careful ladys or anyone that dont know much about cars. Im going for a second opinion. Wish my uncle was near me to take it to him.

A little pricey for full synthetic oil change but exceptional and speedy service. Mechanic gave me an excellent pointer on how to replace my dud tire pressure sensor for a low price. Thanks guys!

Dishonest & unprofessional. The guy from the front desk agreed to charge only labor to replace to starter motor with my own part on the phone, but after I towed my car there, he decided to add additional diagnostic fee even if I was going to fix my car there. After left my car there for whole afternoon, he called me right before closing at 6pm and told me they finished to replace the starter motor but the car still won’t start. They want additional $300 for further diagnostic. So I took the car to somewhere instead. It turned out my car battery was somehow drained when this shop replaced my starter motor. This shop drained my battery after replaced the starter so that could charge more for further diagnostic.The front desk guy charged me the full amount for starter motor replacement job with uninstalled bottom part and a wire still dangled underneath the car (shown in pics) which I found out next day in the morning. This guy brought up race remarks when he talked about previous customer cases to me. Implying my car won’t start because rat chewed the wires as if I knew nothing about my own car. He even told me I got “something on my face” when I was at the shop but turned it didn’t. It was like a middle schooler would do but from an adult to a customer instead. When I called back to ask why there was a wire dangling under the car, he just became passive aggressive and hung me up. It was utterly rude and unprofessional.

We took our H2 Hummer in for service, which needed both big and little things fixed. The team at Purrfect Auto Service were efficient, knowledgeable, and gave me all my options for the services needed. The work they did was great and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely go back there and all our family cars will be taken there in the future.

Well went in with a leaking power steering, got the estimate, thought a little high, but they fixed the problem right. I trust this autoshop chain, they have solved my service truck problems, job gets done right.That relieving knowing problems is fixed.Satified customer.

Perfect Auto is definitely helpful I took my car to different shops an always was something else. This shop gave me the best deal for my money. I have had no problems since. I would recommend anyone who needs repairs their car.

Honesty, integrity, need I say more? For those that care to know why I am taking the time to write this, its because of Frank.I called a few places for brakes and then got a hold of Frank, it was busy and hard to hear me on the phone, but I got a quote. It was a little higher than the pennies I was pinching that day and was going to go somewhere else, but Frank took the time to explain what I was getting and not getting and worked it out so I came right in and Im so glad I did. Came in today because my car was making a terrible screeching noise when my air conditioning was on. There was no way I was going to drive around without ac. Wasnt sure if they could help me or if I needed to go to a special air conditioning shop, but ray was super helpful and nice and fixed my car right up. Great prices and super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be coming back!

Came in earlier this week to get my AC fixed. The parts that needed to be changed were over priced. I could have gotten those parts for about $30 cheaper at Auto Zone. I felt like labor was way too much compare to what I had gotten done to my car at other mechanics.Was recommended to fix a different part where they were charging 200+ where I could get it under 200 at Auto Zone and 200+ for labor where I changed it myself in 5 minutes thanks to YouTube. Will not come again.Would have given them a 1-Star but these guys took me home while I waited so I got that going.

Needed a quick oil change and the guys got me in fairly quick. They were friendly and mentioned new ownership. The mechanic showed me a couple of things my car needed. I didnt have time to but will be back later. I like that they showed me on the car what needs attention.

These gentleman (Frank and Ray) are HONEST, KNOWLEDGABLE and PROFESSIONAL, which should be everyones #1 when having car repairs completed. I originally went to Mobil (which I have always done), for a car that I purchased at a lien sale. Mobil did a complete check of the vehicle and gave me a list of must do immediately items, with a large price tag to go with it and a fee for the inspection of $169.20. I am so glad I did not rush to complete these repairs.I stopped by Purrfect Auto Service last month as the back window had actually fallen out. These gentleman stopped what they were doing and were able to find the parts needed immediately. When I looked at Mobils estimate for the same window, it was $60.00 more.Today, I went to Purrfect Auto Service and provided Frank with the list of issues that Mobil had stated needed to be done ASAP (over $3k). Ray did their inspection (AT NOT COST) and let me know only 2 items were of urgent matter. The other issues could be completed over time. They could have easily told me everything was urgent. The difference in pricing between a large corporation and Purrfect Auto was substantial. The work was going to take approximately 3 hours. Ray drove me home and let me know that they would pick me up once it was completed. Less than 3 hours later, Ray picked me up. I honestly recommend Purrfect Auto for all your automotive repairs. I appreciate the time they spent explaining everything to me!!! Thank you Frank and Ray!!!!

Great service with good prices. 1995 Dodge Van SLT Conversion, Needed new tires, a new fuel pump inside the gas tank, smog check and cert, oil change, complete tune up, and the idler arm ruined the previous tires, serviced the AC, all my problems were corrected. Took the old van on a 2K mile trip not a single problem. Recommend this shop to my friends who are looking for a good mechanic to keep your clunker rolling. You can get an oil change cheap anyplace, but if you need serious repairs these are the people to do it for you.

They fixed my timing belt and water pump in one day. Car was brought back feeling newer than ever! They communicated with me through out the process and got my car fixed with no problems. I recommend this place!

I don’t know where to start off I went in for a check engine light for a egr valve for f150 06 the part at autozone cost $82 exactly they charged me about 285 for it and 180 for labor they replaced other things like a belt, 2 fluids brake and steering one which almost cost 200. But ok I came in for just a Simple thing to be replaced and I ended up paying over $785 in TOTAL GUYS is it worth it? The labor cost more than the parts it self 80 for a brake and steering wheel fluids? I don’t know exactly only thing that looked replaced was the egr valve . i never thought I was gonna get ripped off as I did here took a big hit in my wallet but time to look for a better shop thanks for reading.

I went in for a few reasons. Normally I have my mechanic take care of the maintenance thats needed on my car but hes been cancelling my appointments on me (the last 4 times to be exact). I decided to stop in here and first thing I noticed - I was greeted with a smiling face. A lot of the times when you go into a repair shop it seems youre judged by the type of car you have - not here. I didnt make an appointment but they were still kind enough to squeeze me in. To my surprise I was in and out within an hour. Not only that - the place was very clean. Alfredo(old mechanic) - Ive officially dumped you.

I loved the service there, went for ac check and told me my fluids were low not like other places were they dont tell you, best customer service young man was honest and fast i jus recommended my girlfriends, great job purrfect auto keep up the good work.

Went in for a tune up and had some replacements needed but when they showed me prices. Tried ripping me off for every single part charging the highest possible price for part, trying to charge for top of the line parts for a used car. And when i tried taking my buisness else where he would not let me drive my car when it was driveable. Held my keys until a tow truck came and kept rambling about liability as if they even worked on my car!! Claiming they would be responsible for a strout malfunction when I only went in for a tune up!! If you actually go here and pay for stuff you’re a sheep who dosn’t know anything about cars. just go somewhere better and more reliable.

PLS READ!! Lets see took my car to get a starter installed and they charged me an outrageous prince for something that should have taken 5 min and the part was already in my possession. Then I pick my car up later and the new owner tells me that my motor mounts are bad which he tried to show me but all he did was burn out in my car... Not to mention the tire marks that were left on the floor infront of the shop and the thread of my tired was worn down a little. THEY WERE BURNING OUT IN MY CAR!!!! Will never trust or go back to this place ever. Would have done this myself but it died right infront of their shop at farmers and I didnt have a lift. Could have saved 120 dollars doing so
