We were heading home from our vacation and had a nail in a tire. We stopped by one of the other tire places and they refused to plug and tried to sell us another tire. We stopped at Bay County and asked about repair. They had our tire plugged in less than 10 minutes for a great price. I’m so glad we found them!

Terrible if I could taste 00 I def would.... They took 3 days to look at my car after not writing down my scheduled appt ... Then they took another 2 days after telling me it would be done the following business day.. not to mention when it was returned they didnt bolt anything back together...... Just dropped it off praying they dont need it up more and actually put it back how they found it... Cause at the moment stuff is falling out .... Ill change rating of my car comes back how it should have to begin with after a $400 repair. 😤😖

Bay Town Tires are wonderful! They were able to get me in the same day I called! I wanted an alignment and two front tires. When they came to check my car out, they discovered that my back tires needed to be replaced as well. I travel a lot and I appreciate them looking out for me. I had to take my car here after the hurricane as my tires were patched to the max, shredded, a mess. It was 6 days following HM, the staff went above and beyond, so friendly, so patient. So I was only able to afford one new tire at that time, it had to replace the donut, then 3 weeks later I went back and could afford the other 3 new tires to match, which they didnt have in stock, so they removed the 1 I had gotten previously and sold me 4, matching at original price quote. Amazing, guys...your kindness and fairness will always be fondly remembered during such a difficult time.

We were on vacation from out of town and being unfamiliar with some new construction in the area ha d jumped a curb and thought there might possibly be some damage to the car or tires. We did not feel comfortable driving the car back long distance so needed to find someone to check it out. Two well known tire companies told us we needed to leave the car for the day and they would work us in, but since we had no other transportation, we moved on looking for somewhere else. Came across Bay town tire pros and gave them a call based upon their Internet reviews. We were fortunate enough to reach Hanson and he told us to come on over and hed check it right out. Keep in mind this was on a Saturday morning which Im sure is a busy time for them. Once we arrived, Hanson knew right away who we were and walked out to visually check out the car and put it up on the rack to check underneath. He came back shortly and assured us there appeared to be no obvious damage and would not accept any compensation for his time and trouble. It is a blessing to know there are honest, credible and trustworthy people who would not take advantage of customers. If you need any car work done, please check out this business! Took my car in because of an intermittent noise it was making. All they did was put it up on the rack for a few minutes and said I had loose play in the idler arm but it would be okay for the next 6 months so I could have time to save up for the $379.00 repair! They NEVER test drove my car or anything, just guessing loose play in the idler arm was the culprit. I took it to another shop and got fine service. They drove my car around four different times. They did a four-wheel alignment my car needed badly. Said everything was tight! Recommended that bushing may need changing. Thank you F.I. Motors! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BUSINESS TO BAY TOWN AGAIN!

Yesterday my wife and I got a screw in our tire on our way to a meeting. Luckily Bay Town was one of the only tire repair shops open near our area. My daughter was in town from Gainesville for a weekend, and her A/C died on the way. No other shop I called could take an A/C repair late on Friday afternoon, but Bay Town Tire Pros did. Theyre open on Saturdays, and had her car done by 11:00 AM Saturday, with a new compressor. The mechanic told us she wouldve even come in on Sunday to get it done. Great service, reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

I am always impressed with their service but today they went above and beyond. I had a nail in my tire and an out town apt. Needed my tire fixed fast!! They had me in and out in 15 minutes, smiling the hole time. They are a great local business.

After spending close to $500.00 for four tires, one of my tire had a huge bubble on it, when I brought it back the guy took one look at it and said look like you hit the curve after informing him I hadnt he insisted that I hit something to cause the lump, then stated he would put a new one on, I showed him the tire was still new and had no concrete marks or scratches so how could that be?, after changing my tire he discovered it was a defective tire, he informed my husband the car was ready, but fail to apologize for wrongly accusing me. After this I no longer will use them nor recommend them and they can keep their free tire rotation, Id rather pay for it then be accused wrongly and given NO apologies. #willnotgobacktherr

I requested a quote online and received a reply the same day. I called to schedule an appointment for a rotate/balance and alignment. The guys (and gal) were very friendly and took my truck straight to the back and got started when I arrived. I had an issue with the lug locks and they were very helpful in resolving it. The price and service exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle serviced!

These guys are straight shooters. Two other entities (Discount Tire in Aurora IL and a local person) told me I had a bent wheel rim and needed a new one. I ordered one and had it delivered here. This establishment spun all of my wheels and found no bent rim, but very easily could have charged me for the install. Their honesty broke the chain of dishonesty I was experiencing.Im also happy with tires and service Ive bought here.

Called to get some tires put on my cadiThey got the tires there same day very quickly from their warehouse which was the only thing that was good about the shopThey replaced both my rear tiresAfter getting the car back car wasnt riding right so first off I check the tire pressureTire pressure was suppose to be 32 psi . both tires were 49psi!!!!!!!Second after about 60mph the tires were vibrating majorly had to take to different shoot to get balanced again because theres was so offAlso had wires stuck on rotors and all around from the old tires being so messed up and they didnt both removing any of it when replacing with new tiresI would never take my car here again

Honest mechanic, performing quality maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion. Years ago i brought in my car that was having steering issues. The original quote was a 7-800 dollar fix. I agreed to have it taken care of and arrived a day or two later to pick it . Upon arrival i was handed a bill for around 250 bucks. I was confused because i was initially told it was going to be much more, hansen then explained that after getting into the repair they discovered it was a smaller job and less parts were going to be replaced. Either way i know nothing about cars and was prepared to pay the original bill. I couldve paid the 800 and been happy my car was fixed and never known the difference. But Baytown took care of me and did the right thing. They have a customer in me for life. If youre having trouble with a vehicle i would make Baytown your first stop.

Vacationing from Tennessee and had problems with the front end on my truck. Most places I called said they couldnt work on it at all (F350 Super Duty) until I found this place. Got me in the same day I called and they had my truck in the back within 15 mins of me getting there. They found a minor problem, fixed it for nothing, and sent me about my day with a huge load lifted off my shoulders. If I had this situation again, Bay Town Tire Pros would be my first call every time. Friendly, polite, clean. My daughter and son-in-law bought 4 Uniroyal tires from these scam artists in May of 2017. TODAY, while driving through Texas 2 of the tires blew out. We are now stranded on the side of the highway. We called Bay Town Tires and they told me there is nothing they can do that we simply, ran the tries flat! What a racket! NEVER BUY TIRES FROM THESE CROOKS!
