Took our new car in for its first service and was kept waiting over an hour after it was completed. No one bothered to come find us. Did not address issues we were having with lane assist even though we told 3 people about it. NEVER AGAIN

The people are awesome, clean, well dressed and friendly. They keep you informed of progress. The waiting was roomy, spotless and comfortable. It was more like a hotel lounge than a mechanic waiting area. Plus they finished ahead of time and provided a recommendation for lunch.

Im changing my review because they have bent over backwards to do the right thing. They sale cars so fast that we slipped through the cracks on their used car quality control checks. As soon as they were made aware of it they have scheduled us in to have the items that need it addressed.

I needed the oil in my car changed and when I pulled up somebody came and greeted me and they got some info that they needed and I waited for an hour. Panama City Toyota definitely care about their customers and they take such good care of the cars.

The person we had to deal with was so rude. My daughter lost her keys and we had to get her car towed here to reprogram another key and after about an hour of just sitting there he told us they were fixing to close and they couldve cared less that we didnt have a car to drive. Finally after having to call them out on it they reprogrammed the key. Think before you buy a car from this dealership

I am impressed by the movement I observed while waiting in the showroom. The service department stayed at full attention to their duties. Very customer oriented, guick, and clean. I balk at dealership prices but they performed the work in an hour and a half that would have taken me two days.

The care was absolutely fantastic from the moment I drove in until I left. The most wonderful man made sure I was ok and comfortable and then took care of my car!!! I was overwhelmed with the building ( I thought I was in Beverly Hills) and was treated so nice by every single person. The nicest business in my 68 years of life. Thank you to all. It was a Joy, to be there.

Appointment was easy to setup online. They were friendly, service was quick and cost reasonable. However, I asked for synthetic oil to be installed and I am not sure that was completed. Invoice reads Mobil oil 0-20W. Should read Mobil 1 0-20W.

I was having difficulty getting some warranty work completed on my 2019 Tundra and was mad. Chris, Service Manager, listened and was very understanding. He promptly resolved the issues got my warranty issue taken care of.Chris is concerned about Panama City Toyotas customers and has great customer service skills. Thank you, Ed

Had oil changed didnt reset it, had flat tire carried up there to repair pay 40 extra month for these reasons. Low tirelight was on and maintenence light on asked to fix or reset after fixed tire,got half way home all lights still onWth?

Worst place to take a vehicle to after paying $200 I found out the problem was an unplugged radiator fan. Then they wanted to put new valve cover gasket on and change plus for $300 which I declined as well as A/C fix for $1600 . Beware this place is a total ripoff. Save money and go to a honest shop

I bought my 2017 Toyota Toyota Yaris IAA here and I bought the service plan. I get my car serviced here regularly and they are always friendly fast and have courtesy rides. They have a waiting room with coffee Waters popcorn and television with Wi-Fi access.

We purchased a new Highlander during your clearance event we paid full MSRP for it and traded in a Toyota sienna certified used with no negative equity. When we were not impressed with the deal we started to walk away and the sales person David said what is your problem do you just not like me. Said he would loose his job if we didnt buy the vehicle. We ended up during a year end clearance paying MSRP for a Highlander that has now had.The backs door shocks replaced Because the salesman warped them.The radio/navigation updated because it was rebooting.The blind spot monitors have quit working and it has been in service 4 times for that each time them saying they cant find issue or cant duplicate.The service advisor lied and told me that they were currently looking at the back gate to calibrate it properly after the shocks were replaced when it never moved from the parking space as I could see it sitting in the lot the whole time while he said they supposedly were checking it out! I have talked to the General sales manager which by the way is a ball of sunshine and should probably not be in customer service if he doesnt like customers. (Dewayne) I have talked to Scott proppel whom has said he would buy the Highlander for 30k which we paid 42k almost 43k with a trade in that was toyota certified less than a year or less than 18k miles ago.I will not settle for 8,400 in negative equity when I didnt start with negative equity. When I talked with someone at Toyota they tried to blame the price on my interest rate nice try but with a 2.99 rate thats not the problem! I googled my cars symptoms it says I bought it from the wrong place dont waste your money or time!
