On vacation, lost a key fob, Victoria in parts when over and beyond to help us. John Meola service advisor went above and beyond. Not sure who the technician was but we gave no complaints on any of them. Outstanding work, job well done....

I have been critical of dealerships in the past but I have always had a good experience at AutoNation Ford. Staff take their time to explain any problem and even allow you to go back and see the issue yourself before making any informed decision.No issues using them for all my service needs on my F-150.

Had my alternator go out on me at work on a friday night. Had my vehicle towed to service center that night. First thing Saturday morning, they call me to say vehicle would be ready Monday at the earliest or Tuesday at the latest. Saturday afternoon, I get a call saying vehicle was ready.Fast, friendly & all those I dealt with had masks on. I am so thankful for how fast it was taken care of.Awesome people there

Made an appointment waited for 10 days and they wanted to keep my car for 3 days to see whats going on which i cant do cause i need the car. And the problem is that no other dealer can fix the issue only Ford

:UPDATE: 1/5/21 still takes 2 hours for an oil change. Again a scheduled appointment on time and they tell me it will be another hour on top of the 2 hours that they have had the car. I have the prepaid maintenance plan for my 2015 mustang, I guess in the system that means (who cares how long they wait its already paid for) every time I bring my car here I sit in the waiting room for at least 2 hours and I schedule my appointments weeks in advance, and I show up on time. Never late or to early always on time. Today Im told to have an issue with my window looked at itll be 3 hours because I didnt let them know when I made my appointment. BUT I DID! that was the first thing I said when I called to schedule. This place is a joke. I can not wait until these prepaid maintenance runs out and I can go anywhere else.

Unfortunately they are the only Ford service place in town.

Had to take my 2020 ECO BOOST MUSTANG in For a recall notice on the brake system. Took in at 08:30 was called by Lori around 10:00 advising my car was ready for pickup.

Horrible post storm. Waiting for appointments I understand, but after waiting a week for the appointment they tell you they will take your car but cant even touch it until tomorrow at best. Why schedule appointments if you cant keep them? Now I am out of a car, and of course the full extended warranty I got through them wont cover a rental yet because they havent had time to diagnose the car! The service member responded when asked about this with if you know mechanical techs let me know. Yes, I am sorry, I should of made sure you were running your company right before using my time and money with you, next time I will do a job search before coming in to help you out.

Wonderful customer service and everyone very helpful. Recall on truck, nothing major just computer corrected. They looked after our needs while waiting incomfortable lounge. Purchased new truck and new SUV and couldnt be happier with dealership over the years. Lots of smiling faces especially Ann M. Hurricane did some damage to buildings but nice setup until work gets completed. 850 Strong!

I am still on the fence on this review. We have had multiple issues with our car but I must admit that this isnt the first dealership that hasnt been able to figure out our little ghost item. They went through a time of setbacks due to this hurricane and they are very swamped their labor and support staff is stretched to the Limit Im sure. So Im not going to bash them but currently as of April 2019 they have a little ways to go to get back up and running smoothly. I am familiar with their service department and they have been known to go above and beyond I hope they get back there soon we miss the service that we used to get.

Very pricey but they did the work in a timely manner. I will say that I believe I was over charged for service but I paid for it and let it go.
