These guys are amazing. I saved over $1000 coming here vs. going to one of the big box stores. The fridge and washer/dryer I bought look brand spanking new and they went above and beyond helping find the right ones to buy. Blown away by their service. They even lent me a tape measure to run home and measure the space. Companies like this are rare now a days and there is literally no reason not to buy all your appliances here. This is practically brand new appliances for half price. The only thing wrong with them is that they have dents and scratches on them that you really cant notice. They can deliver and install your appliance as well as haul off the old one. Everything was great, Ill update in a few weeks.

We purchased an LG refrigerator a little more than 2 years ago. It stopped working properly about a week ago. The best Four High Management could do is offer us a discounted price on another unit. No thank you.

Ive been in there two times and both times I have witnessed people walk in after me and be helped immediately and I mean very helped like a personal shopper assistant whereas I get looked up and down and then no one comes up to help. Little did they know I need appliances for 3 full kitchens and 4 laundries. I saw them do this to other people of color the first time I went in as well. When youre standing there waiting you notice things. I waited for 20 minutes both times and as I was leaving the place in disbelief someone stopped me. No thanks. Thought it was a fluke. Guess not :/P.s. I want to point out their scratch and dent pricing is only okay. They go off of full retail which most appliances are never full retail. Definitely check NFM and online as well. Some places have non scratch and dent appliances for the same price as these. They have black stainless dented french door fridge for 2k or 2200 corrected. I got a brand new not dented smart fridge with a screen on the door for 2100 from the manufacturers online website. Do your research.

None of the workers wear masks. We asked them to put one on before helping us and the response was that they didnt even think they had one. We ended up leaving the store because we were bothered by this.

I cannot say enough about the folks here at Four High. We have bought a dryer and a washer from them. Besides being a bit scratched and dented these are great LG machines. The techs here really know their stuff and will support these products. We had a board go out on the dryer and they replaced without a hassle. Hopefully I wont need anything soon but if I do Ill be back.

We bought an LG refrigerator freezer and a good experience. One year later the freezer portion broke. We contacted the company and they were quick to act. When an attempt to fix the unit in our home failed they replaced it at no cost to us. That is good business. They could have easily told us to get lost but choose to do the right thing. We purchased a washer and dryer with ease. The sales people were knowledgeable and even though they did not have the dryer we wanted in stock we prepaid so when it came in it would be delivered with our washer. The staff is friendly and kept us informed on when we would be receiving our appliances. The delivery crew was amazing and quick! They went above and beyond our expectations when we realized that there was a problem with type of dryer outlet we had. Luckily they knew exactly what to do and had our appliances up and running in no time! We love our washer and dryer and my spouse keeps saying how quiet they are. Really great deal. Really nice people. All LG appliances; all with minor scratches/dents, but who cares when you’re getting a new, top-rated appliance for 1/2 price?? We went all over town for two weeks searching for a good deal on a new washer/dryer. Don’t be like us. Just go to this place. One year warranty + parts/labor after that— all included in the price. Delivery was the next day, $85 for all hookups and new parts, AND they hauled away my old ones. I’ve run about 6 loads in the 24 hours that I’ve had the machine— no complaints whatsoever! Now I just have to catch up on laundry.

Staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. They get shipments of appliances throughout the week, so couldn’t get us a definitive answer on when other options would come in. Prices were significantly lower than box stores, and they were willing to put their own year warranty on some of the items. Brands were varied, and they had a decent selection.

Been here twice for appliances for the house... Scratch and dent stuff, but ownership is amazing. We got a washer and dryer set that are near perfect. Bought a dishwasher that was damaged on the front, they are putting a new front on and it will look just as good as the more expensive ones at the bigger stores. If you need appliances you have to stop in and talk to these guys... we have saved well over $2500 here and will be back if we need anything else.

Super helpful! I have an LG oven that I didn’t get from FHM and the element went out. They didn’t even make finding the part contingent on ordering it through them. Just gave me a part number and even a coupon code with it! I got my oven working, but when it dies I have a very strong suspicion where I’ll be going to get its replacement! Thanks again!
