Bait and switch, they could easily list say the prices listed are down payments, but they dont. They also dont list the actual total cost anywhere in the ad. If you go in thinking your going to get a decent deal, you will leave disappointed, as they are all highly overpriced.

They dont clarify the price they asking for and does not make is it clear that they showing on her websites are the down payments only! So RUDE on the phone and didnt have any skill of explaining anything right. They had such a difficult time telling me the price of the car and the down payment. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER go back to this lot. They are sneaky and grimy and tell you and everything to get you into a car. While we were looking at different vehicles we saw roaches in many. We finally found one worth buying but had some minor fixes that needed to be done. We were told that as long as it was written down in the contract work it would get fixed. A year later it’s still not fixed. I’m trying to get my registration renued and they put a 600$ hold on it but can’t tell me what the hold is for. When I called to find out Yesenia answers every time and she is nothing but rude and disrespectful. She won’t answer my questions but has no problems calling me names and swearing at me. Worst place Ive ever visited they sells my sister in law a car the doesnt work when we go to ask to fix it they tell us we cannot leave the in the yard without appointment when we try to talk to them they tell ask us to leave the office if we dont want them to call police on us. They sell lemons. Paid 3k down 2 weeks later it breaks down. They fix it breaks down every two weeks. They then ignore about doing repairs. When you call them you get hung up on. Now im screwed out of a car and money

At 1st I thought they were great very funny and lots of jokes until today! I bought my car March 13 of 2021 I had a temp plate til April 13 2021 my husband drove out there to have the plates changed so to my real plates have not came in yet. On April 15th he went there had a new temp plate put on. Received a letter today in the mail from the central Florida express authority for a bill of 276$ in tolls on my old temp plate that expired on 4/13/2021 the same plate that I had changed out at the dealership on 4/15/2021!!! The plate started being used as of 4/19/2021!! Called the dealership couldn’t get anywhere with them they just gave us a run around and said they destroyed the plate when they didn’t I have the picture of the car with my expired temp plate!!!!!Called express authority they told me what kind of car it is which I do not own and that the plate has went thru tolls as of today?? Go figure I also made a police report cause that’s just wrong anything could happen with that plate that is under my name!! I make my payments on time ever two weeks even sent other ppl to them . And to no destroy my person information and allow someone else to use them is beyond me!!!

Visited on 5-5-21 to inquire and hopefully purchase a vehicle. On the first visit of the day I asked about vehicle price and they told me $9,997, and also asked for the Carfax and the salesperson told me he doesnt have the carfax because of the $40 fee but mentioned to me that all the vehicles he gets are clean carfax (yea right). Then I told him I will come back later in the day with the wife, when I came back I showed my wife the vehicle we both liked it and were ready to move forward, but before I went ahead and checked the Carfax on the vehicle and it said that mileage was rolled back (about 30k). Our salesperson came back out to talk to us and told me that the vehicle price he gave me before is not what the owner wanted to sell it for because of the low mileage of the car, and they bumped it from $9,997 to $15,499. I mentioned to him what I found in the carfax report and told him that if he wants to check for himself, he came out with his carfax and said that what I found was not true, the funny part was that he was showing another vehicles carfax thinking I wouldnt catch it. I still told him I am interested in the vehicle but not for the PRICE they had it for, and I was willing to offer him $8,500 but he didnt take it. I know its a long review and Ive never done this but I wanted to inform anybody who is going to purchase here, CHECK THE CARFAX!!! and thoroughly check the car. I am in the car sales business myself and it sucks that people assume we are all snakes and thieves because of dealers like Motor Car Concept!

This is by far the worst dealership you could go to. Went to look at a truck and had a few problems with it that was promised to be fixed and asked them to figure things out and schedule so I have a set time it would be getting worked on to work around my work schedule. Dropped the truck off and figure they would help out with a loaner like any other dealership since they have it for over a week but nope they refused and said they would call me and never do and the owner himself promised to call me and let me know something and lied to me about that and come to find out won’t be done when it was promised to be done. So if you wanna get screwed over go to this place and is guaranteed to happen.

Time wasted! Called first to verify if they had a Ram 3500 on the lot. Was told yes. Drive an hour and a half to tell me that it was sold YESTERDAY! Definitely a sales tactic to get you onto their lot. After trying to leave the lot, salesman kept trying to persuade me to buying a truck no where near what Im looking for.

Great service from the entire staff at the Kirkman location, cool people to cut up with and they real. Bought a car I was looking for a long time and they worked with me best they could. Jazmin was very professional and communicative even after the sale. Leo was very patient with me and could have gotten rid of that car easy but he was very relatable and diplomatic. They made commitments for me even after purchasing the car for minor repairs and That made me confident that I won’t have any issues within my term. I’ll have some future customers for them for sure!

The people there are unprofessional. They lied and made me drive 2 hours there only to find out they lied and didnt have the car I wanted. They tried to SCAM me!! Very irresponsible and had the nerve to have an attitude!! Go at your own risk!!!!

About 3 1/2 years ago I financed a car from motor car concepts 2 in Orlando Florida. After I had it for a year I found out that it had structure damage. They bought it from an auction knowing the damage and fixed the car. Then sold me the car and didn’t disclose the damage. They presented a doctored car fax report to me. Ever since I had the car it’s had constant front end problems. So nevertheless the car’s value has been affected dramatically. I currently have an ongoing lawsuit against them. The lawsuit has been going on from the moment I found out. They have refused me any sort of compensation from what my lawyer has said. So basically I financed the car for what book value was at the time and now it’s not even worth half from this structure damage that is linked to the vin number. This place is shady at best. I very strongly recommend that no one should ever do business with this place. If I could have gave no star I would have. SO STAY FAR FROM MOTOR CAR CONCEPTS 2 !!!!!!!!!! Hopefully this review helps....

Bought a vehicle, vehicle didnt even leave the lot because it overheated, its been 1 week since this happen and they told me to leave it until they fix it. Is not fixed yet. Went there to try to get the car or the money I put as a down payment and you already know the rest. Now Mr. Dominic is telling me that i have to pick up the vehicle I havent drove not even 1 day in a tow truck from there or he is going to get it repossessed. Worst experience in my life.

Worst experience ever I financed a car in February at the end about the 20th from the dealership on Kirkman I dealt with salesman Ramon 2 weeks later the transmission started shifting very hard I took the car back he sent me to a transmission shop in wintergarden before I left the transmission shop in winter garden the mechanic at the transmission shop spoke with the salesman Ramon ON MY PHONE letting him know the problems with the transmission, They told me bring it the following week, however due to COVID-19 the stay at home order kicked in, I couldn’t bring the car at the end of March the alternator went out I called Ramon he said just bring it to the shop so I ask are you guys gonna go ahead and fix the transmission problem as well he stated yes just get the car here so I had to pay to get the car towed to the lot they had my car for a week when I got it back a week later the transmission goes completely out I then call Ramon again now he’s stating he knows nothing about the transmission problem and plays me to the left and say just bring it again so I take the car up there for a week I was calling about the car I kept getting it takes time to fix and so on by this time he has me dealing with a Johnthan they go on to tell me after I have been calling a week and a half since they have had the car that I have to pay half for the transmission and the cost is 1100 a couple of days after calling upset not understanding why I have to pay anything on a transmission when I have been calling trying to get it fixed since not even a month after having the vehicle johnathan Then agrees to a payment plan i go to pay 250 down now he has added another 150 for supplies ?????? Alll this still haven’t even started on the car I would definitely it recommend very poor customer service skills and definitely there just to skim and scam people out they’re hard working money

Hi I bought a Toyota Camry 2018 from them, the car didn’t show any accident when I bought it but he reported as it had met with an accident after I bought it to carfax. Please don’t shop with them in order to be safe. One of the worst ever car dealers in town. I am giving him one start because that’s the lowest I could give. This car dealership has not delivered on what they claim to sell. We purchased a car in November, supposedly under a dealer provided 160,000 mile warranty. We didnt have the car for a full week before we had to take it back for repairs. They kept the car for 3 weeks. When we got it back, the same problem persisted. We contacted the Nissan dealership that they claimed to have taken it to (for which they provided only a photo sent to my phone of the invoice of the alleged work that was done). When we contacted the dealership who did the repairs, they said they only did a diagnostic test but never completed any repairs. The story changed when I addressed the issue and supposedly their on site mechanics repaired the vehicle. The car is in need of the same repair still and suddenly the warranty doesnt exist. Whats so unfortunate is that we are a hardworking family that had to make an expedient decision. Instead of putting us in a safe vehicle, we now have thousands of dollars in repairs. Its a shame to think that you would put a family with 3 small children in a position to be stranded somewhere all to pad your pockets. How you sleep well at night knowing the lives or livelihood of your customers is in jeopardy is beyond me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! THEY OVER PROMISE AND UNDER PERFORM!

Most stressful experience in many years.The car was advertised incorrectly, the tires were flat when my daughter picked up the car, the engine light turned on within a few miles from their lot. The gas tank was empty. But boy oh boy are they smooth. Biggest con artists ever. You cant talk to anyone, no one responds past the sale. The car was not as advertised properly, I found that out for her later. How very very stressful and disappointing.

They advertised a car having 75000 miles, it had over 100,000. They said in writing it would cost me $7500 and they charged me over $13,000. The salesman Lu offered to sell me weed during my test drive. Then, when I got the call from the bank about the loan I found out they charged me almost double for the car. The car also doesn’t have a spare tire or jack, and needs a few repairs that they haven’t done. I tried to contact the salesman lu about this and he got an attitude and said “do what you have to do”. I contacted the manager of the store and he was even more rude. And now he won’t stop calling me and harassing me. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE

Sleazy sales people. Jose was VERY nice, its a shame the other sales people wouldnt stop trying to steal his sale.My wife and I went in for a $7000 minivan. Jose was our sales person who had verified our figures on it prior to driving 45 minutes into Orlando. Less than ten minutes into the paperwork TWO sales people took our paperwork and began moving us around from office to office, each taking a turn trying to double the down payment or add an additional 50% to the monthly payments. We gave them three tries to make the deal we had arranged previously with Jose and they wouldnt. Typical.I have worked in sales, and there is an amount of acceptable give and take during the purchase of a vehicle, but these two gentlemen were shady as hell and I wouldnt trust them in the least. Go elsewhere on principle alone.

Bought a car from this dealer and the sale person lied through his teeth to get the sell. Personally, due to my own experience, recommend 100% not to buy a car from anyone in this dealership and if you have to do so, do your own CarFax on the vehicle first and read carefully everything you sign.Bought my vehicle from the 402 S. Kirkman location. Its a shame the owner allows his employees to work without due regard for the rights or feelings of people walking in. Simple inconsideration its what you can expect by purchasing from these people.

I do not recommend this place...I bought a 2011 BMW 328i with 145000 mil and with alot of problems after just a few days having it. I was bamboozled into this deal for a $14000 loan and the car is worth $7000 the most.

These people sold me a car that they said was a 2004, they keychain and everything on the car and about the car all said the car was a 2004. I do my research on the vehicle to determine that the car would be a great fit for what I need. I had my insurance switched the vehicle and everything for the vehicle to find later on down the line that the car was a 2000 vehicle that was overly priced and advertised as such. So now I am stuck in a contract with a car that was lied to me about. This is a horrible business but I can say that they were super nice and persuasive about everything. I will never do business with them again.

Where do I start with these scammers! If I could give negative stars I would! They had advertised about an suv so I called I told them what I was working with and they said they could approve me guaranteed. So I sold my old vehicle believing I would come out there with a vehicle that I wanted. They said yea most definitely. So I drove an hour there just to be given the run around for 10 hours telling me they couldn’t approve me for any SUVs. They were also trying to push me into a small vehicle which all vehicles had engine lights on them or they erase them til u leave the lot. So they said I have only 1 option which was a jodge Journey with 140,000 for $14k. At this point he sees I’m desperate so I had no choice to agree since I sold my suv. They ask me for a $3,500 down payment sadly and I paid it. After 10 hours I finally leave the lot and as soon as I hit the i4 the engine lights comes on. So I call them within that moment and notify them. They said bring it in the morning we’ll take care of it. So I did next morning I get there they tell me oh I think it’s the gas pump or a sensor. But the place where they bring cars to fix supposedly is all “booked for the day” and they turn me away and tell me come tomorrow for sure. Guess what I come the next morning as I’m driving there on the i4 the car starts to make very loud weird noses I’ve never heard before like a loud knocking and scretching and then the cars stops accelerating at all with a newborn baby mind you I pull over and call them ASAP! I explain to them everything and they didn’t hardly seem to care I was literally arguing back and forth because they are telling me that they don’t have to help me but they are trying! EXCUSE ME!! Florida highway patrol pulls up and checks the car and says it looks like the engine because it won’t even manually accelerate and wouldn’t change gears at all not even neutral he says it’s locked up! GREAT!! Sold me a complete lemon. They had to call and threatened them with legal matters because I had been sitting there 2 hours after they left. Finally 4 hours later I’m picked up with my baby with a tow truck and brought me home and brought the vehicle to the dealer at that point refused to give me my money down back and said oh we will try to service the vehicle and if we can’t we will put u in another one. They then called me literally 2 weeks later after constant hanging up on me and said supposedly they had put in a new engine which turned out to be a lie it had the same engine hours and details. They got it to run just for it to start acting up again so I asked them many times please put me in something else with no issues or give me my money! They refused on both saying it’s non-refundable and if I don’t want the vehicle they will take it back but have to keep the money too. SERIOUSLY meanwhile going thru all this with a newborn with me. Had to rent a rental the entire time out of MY pocket! Had no choice to work about a month paying rentals and with the rest of my savings went to another dealer that easily got me into the suv I fell in love with! They really had me struggling with having to had use about everything I had. Even returning the vehicle and keeping my money they had the nerve to still charge me $100 for tag transfer and since I didn’t feel I should have to pay that they put a stop on my registration at dmv literally forcing me to pay that after keeping my $3,500!! Seriously by far the worst people on earth. Leo the manager is a disgusting liar heartless lied the entire process and refused my refund. Jose I believe is salesman that lied literally about everything I think he’s a dark skin spanish dominican guy with chicken legs and big beer belly. I had been communicating with this location for close to 2 weeks. They told me that they could easily finance me and I was guaranteed to get a vehicle. They told me to bring in my down payment and required documents and they would take care of me. Well let’s start with how the sales men was late getting there after I had told him I would be there at 9 am. We let it go because he was really nice and started helping us as soon as he got there. After he got ALL my documents and information, he took us to see 2 vehicles and we were not impressed at all! Oth vehicles had the check engine light on so we told him to show us something different. He drove us to the company’s other location and that’s when we started getting the run around. He came out and told us the owner didn’t want to do the deal Unless my boyfriend was on the loan. Whcih that wasn’t and option and we explained why. He came back and said well we are sorry but the owner said no. At that point I told him to take us back to the original location and I’ll go to the dealer across the street. So he left for a few minutes and came back and told us the owner changed his mind and told us which vehicle we could get. A 2010 forte with 140,000 miles on it. It had issues but we were willing to work with him on it. So we drove it back to the original location and they brought me out the down payment and monthly payment information. We agreed to do it. Then the manager comes out and pulls me aside and uses the excuse that since my drivers license is out of state, the owner said no. We just moved to Florida 4 weeks ago. They knew my license was out of state at 9 am and didn’t tell me it was an issue until 12:30. 3 1/2 hours later! Completely wasted my time. We had to we had to uber to another dealer and thankfully they were absolutely amazing! As soon as I got there, they got us in, got my information, showed me a vehicle and helped me obtain car insurance in 2 hours! They got me into a 2017 mozzarella Versa with 46,000 miles! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I read the reviews and I should of listened. Maybe if we were black, we would of been treated differently since that’s all that was at that car lot! My $2500 income wasn’t wanted at their business! I’m glad we didn’t get our car here! It would of been nothing but a headache!

I only put one star because there wasnt an option for a 0. This company is horrible. Not only did they put me in a vehicle that repeatedly stalled out on me, but they refused to set up the time to fix it. On top of that, I later found out that the temporary tag was to a completely different vehicle. They had the audacity to tell me to just drive it back over to them so they could give me a different tag. I refused to drive an illegal vehicle, and told them to just come and pick it up. It sat there for weeks, undriven until they finally came and got it. A week later I got a phone call from a finance company asking where the vehicle was. The papers that I signed said that they did in house financing. So why did I have a finance company calling me about a car that you guys picked up a week ago, and how can you just decide to send me through a finance company without having me sign any paperwork agreeing to be financed? They need to get their business under control.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! They tried selling me a 2000 Mercury Moutaineer with 150,000 miles on it. Make biweekly payments! They Finance vehicle at 25% APR. I would of ended up paying over $8000 for a vehicle worth about $1000.THEY work with insurance company who would NOT FULLY INSURE VEHICLE!! Before I went to Motor Car Concepts I had to walk, uber or take the bus everywhere I went but since purchasing what seemed to a nice car from them my only means of transportation is to walk. They have been working on the car for 16 out of the 19 days that I have owned it and it was a lot worse when I got it back. Im coming up on my second car payment and all they can tell me is to call back later or tomorrow. Thank you motor car concepts.

I went to this car dealership for my first car purchase, and I had a price limit of 7,000The salesman Mac showed me cars far out my budget and eventually I caved because I was out of options.They set me up with a 2015 Ford Focus with 6,000 miles on it for 14kSeems too good to be true doesn’t it?Mac claimed a clean car fax and gave me a fake VIN around match.He told me the car was repossessed, and that was the reason why the miles were so low for an older car.I put 2k down, got out the door with biweekly payments of 227 dollars.After a few weeks, the car began to stop turning on.I took it to autozone (I barely made it because the car wouldn’t run)And they diagnosed the car with a BAD BATTERY.They installed a battery into the car that wasn’t even designed for that car, and when the mechanic went to see what kind of battery it even was, the car dealership had SCRATCHED OFF THE LABEL.If I had driven the car much longer, it would’ve completely broken down.To make matters worse, the car began stuttering when the gas is being pressed.The car is clearly in bad condition for such a “new car.”I took the Focus to KIA to talk about a trade in, and when they ran the Carfax with the true VIN THE CAR HAD BEEN IN THREE ACCIDENTS, ONE OF WHICH HAD COMPLETELY TOTALLED THE OUTSIDE AND FRAME.The car had to be manually rebuilt, and had 3 open recalls that of which the warranty would not cover.I went to Motor Car with a decent amount to pay, I was inexperienced and ready to purchase a car to last me for years.Instead MAC sold me a broken, wrecked car with a terrible carfax and a bad battery.Don’t believe the lies they tell you, take your money to a better place that respects their customers and wants to please instead of cursing people into payments and credit problems down the road. I stopped by to purchase a vehicle .I was shown a VW with 126k miles and they wanted 15k for it. I took a picture of the VIN . Went home to do a research on the actual value of that car . Kelly blue book value 7k .and even saw the same vehicle with 30 k at another car lot and the price was alot cheaper than 15 k . I called the sales man to negotiate the price according to Kelly blue book value. He said he would call back but never did . I think this pkpla is a rip off.

Never again! Be aware what you purchase from these people. I bought an 07 Escalade a few months back had to bring it back to them 3 times to fix an oil leak still cant get it right. I now have to put an engine in this vehicle thats gonna cost me over 7000 to fix and then they wanna call my phone everyday to say I owe them $500 dollars. I will be taking the to the better business bureau! A bunch of crooks! Do not I repeat do not shop here save your money and look around wisely.

I went to trade my 335i for a 2008 Subaru WRX which was previously my car. I was screwed over on a previous deal. As we were working out a trade in plus finance they sold the car from under me with a cash deal. The car has cats which is ilegal, and the title was previously forged by the previous owner who traded in my old car to this dealer.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had with car buying. I 100% regret ever going to this dealership. To start, they are extremely unprofessional. I was sold a car back in March. The AC didnt work and it didnt have a radio. I was told that they would fix the AC for me, they never did. I brought it in and left the car with them overnight over 10 times and each time it was the same excuse. They were too busy to work on my car. Finally I gave up and fixed it myself in an hour. Also, from the start there was a fuel pump issue that I was never told about. Every time I put gas into the car, it wouldnt start. I would have to rev it for 5 minutes before it stayed on. As well as there was an issue with the Cadillac converter. I dealt with these problems because the dealership would not help me and I was broke. Not to mention, the man who sold me the car, named Raymond, was extremely inappropriate. He would text me off of his personal number constantly asking me to go on a date with him. He would constantly flirt and try to get me into his car. While I was 6 months pregnant! One time he even tried to kiss me while we were talking about repairing my car. It was after he got the hint that I didnt want him that it was suddenly not their problem to fix the issues of the car. Eventually after only having the car for 4 months, the motor blew and it would have cost $1500 to fix. It wasnt worth it to me. When I originally bought the car I was promised that my payments would build my credit and in a few months I could trade the car. Well when the car gave out, I asked about the trade and it turns out that they put me with the wrong bank. A bank that does not build credit because they are small and dont take on accounts. So that whole time I was lied to. I even continued to make the car payments on time for 3 months after the car broke because I didnt want to mess up my credit. Wish I had known it was for no reason. I was unable to go to another dealership because of that issue. Eventually I saved enough to just buy a car and when I went to the DMV to switch over the title and registration, turns out Motor Car Concepts put a hold on my registration because apparently I owed them $130 for them registering my car the first time. I called and asked what happened and I was insulted by the one who sold me the car. He said I was a selfish, rude, unappreciative b***h. All because I asked why I owed them money. I know for a fact that I paid that fee up front when I first bought the car. And why wasnt I informed that I owe money and there was a hold. I was left with no choice but to pay the fee again or else it wouldve been impossible to transfer the registration. So overall, this dealership is lying, inappropriate, rude, scamming and just unprofessional in every way. Please never give these people your business. They dont deserve it. All they care about it money and screwing people over.
