First of never keep appointments. I had an appointment to have an oil change done got Theyre 15 minutes early, They told me they overbooked appointments and I had to wait 3.5 to 4 hours to get my oil changed done. The adviser didnt seem to care That I had to drive 40 minutes to get there And wasted my time and gas and his attitude was do you want to change your oil or not, the dealership has my phone number and my email and Could have easily given me a call to say what was going on and I could have rescheduled. The previous 2 times I had my oil change done there the level of oil was low and I had to add 2 qt of oil to get it to the recommended level I asked the adviser why was this and he said I dont know we will double check this time. No customer service Customer lost for good.

Great service here. Quick and easy service check in process. Comfortable seating in several areas inside to wait while your vehicle is being serviced or choose outside seating to wait. Televisions in several areas display different channels. Spaced out. Masks arent required. Clean restrooms.

The waiting room was freezing. The advisor initially told me the oil/filter change and wheel rotation would take about two hours, however he mentioned that he would try to have it done more quickly and he did in fact. So my thanks to him he was courteous and friendly.

I really enjoyed my experience and purchase from Greenway Ford. Garret was patient, professional, and got me the answers I needed if he didnt know himself. I ABSOLUTELY HATED my experience at Greenway Dodge. When asking simple questions the guy got really defensive then made me uncomfortable with his responses and demeanor it is what is is he said, he then asked if I had any other questions and I said no thank you and walked away. Im guessing I wasnt put in the system because I never got a call or email after that asking if I was still interested in anything like Greenway Ford did, not that it mattered cause I will never go back there. I am glad I gave Greenway Ford a shot although I was very skeptical to do so. In the end Im very happy with my purchase and time spent with Garret and his team. Also I did not purchase a ford but got a VW Convertible because I was looking for something specific they had taken on trade in. I would definitely recommend Garret and Greenway Ford, I would say it is what it is and you get what you get at Greenway Dodge go there and good luck.

If you come here, add $2,500 for fees. The advertised price is the bait so be ready for the switch. Talked to the manager who was less than pleasant to say the least. So sorry for the salespeople since they have to dealt with the out the door price shock. We were just one of multiple unhappy tables. We were told this is a Greenway corporate decision to add these high fees to their sales. Depending on what you want, goTo Mullinax, Massey, or Sport Subaru/Mazda if you don’t want to get hung out to dry.

Used to be better. Bought 5 cars here since 2012 (at their different dealerships). Had decent experiences prior. This is a classic example of a business is only as good as the employee or employees a customer interacts with. Its not the same. Shady. Switch up, cant find the car that was online but yet its still listed as available.... days later. They find out you have 3rd party financing and then they try to change the price or put you on another vehicle (and no Im not referring to specific incentives). I even tried calling back again, after leaving, to speak with management. (Specifically Greenway CDJR) Crickets. Theres more to say but why bother? The point here is this: They want uninformed consumers to make more money on. Good luck! I wont be back.

Dont go here!The sales center was typical with some fantastic standouts but the repair department was terrible! They caused damage to our car and when we confronted them about it they tried to say they didnt using grainy photographs. Then, not one but two managers basically told us to pound sand! One even said, well with the other scratches, I dont see why we should care about these. Inexcusable and disrespectful. We werent looking for a payout but the Florida climate is unkind to cars that are scratched down to the steel. It wouldve been nice for them to acknowledge the mistake and try to make it right instead of accusing us of lying, using photos that make it impossible to determine the truth.

Finance department cant seem to pay off my trade. I went in at the end Feb. and they still havent paid off my trade at the end of March. ... Greenway Kia in Sheffield Worse buying experience I have ever been in. I was going to buy one for my daughter but I cant afford to do business with a company like this. If the frontend cant get their ack together. You can rest assured the service department wont do any better. There customer service score should be in the negative at this point.

Greenway Dodge. Never again. The salesman was atrocious. When I asked about a specific color, he said it had been discontinued because they did not have one. When I asked about used stock because they had nothing I was interested in new, he said they had nothing. When he worked up pricing for something I would have considered buying, he told me they would have to penalize me for coming in pre-approved by Chrysler Capital by my not allowing them to apply for me. Just awful!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟Greenway Ford however, super friendly. Great salesman who really went above and beyond to do all he could to find us the right fit. They even made sure to show me their Dodges. Cannot say enough about the stark contrast between the two. I thank them very much for brightening up the day!!!

The employee who showed me the car was rude and arrogant. He answered my questions with hmm or nah. He was not interested to even talking about the price of the car and bringing me the price breakdown. At the end when I asked him if he can give us a discount, he extended his hand for a handshake and told me we cant do business with you and showed me the exit with a rude and unpleasant gesture. This was the first time I have ever seen this kind of behavior in a car dealership.

Terry, from the service department provided quick, hassle-free assistance with my 2014 Ford. I dont usually like going to dealerships to get my car serviced but thanks to an extended warranty, I was able to get the car taken care of and there was no extra stuff to deal with. They also kept everything safe and clean for us during these times. It was a relief to have this experience be positive and smooth :)

If your thing is high pressure sales tactics and being pressured into a sale this is the place for you! They are what everyone thinks of when it comes to the typical car sales people and car buying experience. Although you can use the they want your sale today to your advantage if you know how to work sales people. If they were a good and decent company they wouldnt need to use the pressure tactics they use! Dont fall for anything they say and dont be disappointed in your purchase. Go with a better company with a better sales department! Check the BBB for complaints on the company as well.

I really don’t have an experience with any Greenway dealerships other than their recent television ads. I have been paying close attention to all auto ads lately as I’m soon going to be purchasing a new vehicle. Greenway is the only one tying stimulus checks into their ads. I find this despicable as these stimulus checks are intended help people with their bills and feeding their families. Why entice people to spend their checks on new vehicles. Now is not the time. I certainly won’t be looking for my new vehicle from Greenway and hope other smart folks don’t look there either.

I have shopped and purchased many vehicles over the years from a wide variety of dealerships all over the country, and have never felt like I did at the Greenway Auto Group.My complaint is not the people, the selection or the location. My complaint is the iron fence they have all around the property that makes a person feel like they are trapped or in a prison of sorts. For me, it just wasnt a good feeling. To get into the lot to see the cars u feel like u are being treated like cattle and being hurded to go the way they want you to go from when you first walk into the showroom.This place IMO, is not the place to go shopping, unless you appreciate the above. The only reason to go here is if there is a very specific vehicle that based on an online search, followed up with a phone call verification that the inventory is in stock and available. Just not an experience that my wife and I would care to repeat. Again the people were nice and the inventory was plentiful. For us it was just the experience.

Greenway has pretty good customer service. Ive taken my cars there for service for years. With as many times as Ive taken it, Ive never had any serious issues with them. They do good about communication while they have my car, letting me know how long it will take, and when its ready, etc. They dont push for me to do extra work, always let me know about recalls, and get those recalls fix during oil changes.My reason for not giving 5 stars is their seems to be a disconnect between appointments and service providers. I have shown up a few times with an appointment that they have no record of. Or when I describe a specific issue I want them to look at or fix when making the appointment they always say yeah no problem, but when I drop it off they say, we cant look at that today because the mechanic that does that isnt here. Itd be nice to know that when making the appointment.

We were greeted right when we walked in despite the large number of people there. We were able to test drive 2 different cars which by the way they have an extremely large inventory to choose from. They changed my deal after driving 75 miles to the dealership. They will say anything just to get you in the door. I had a terrible experience with my visit. I live 75 miles away, so I called and spoke with a manager to prearrange my deal for a new car. We got the numbers worked out on my trade in before I departed. I arrived at the dealership and met with a salesman who was great and the only reason this is a two star review. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in and actually took the time, even though it was late, to show me some alternatives. We then went back inside for a final look at the numbers before signing the paperwork. They cut my trade in by $2000! I drove 150 miles for nothing. Please do not fall for this dishonest dealer and its shady practices. They will say anything to get you in the door.

Our first experience with Greenway was great until the new vehicle was registered. Problems from that point forward. The tag was improperly transferred. The tag on my daughters vehicle was unassigned and my wifes new truck had the wrong tag assigned. She called and the person who made the mistake and she was very rude. We forgave that incident and returned wanting to trade two Ram 1500s for 2 new 2019 Ram 1500s. We knew what we wanted and was prepared to buy 2 brand new trucks but the salesman was so high pressure he made us angry. The salesman continued to push and push even though we initially announced we wouldnt be pressured. The number games and the salesman is what killed 2 new truck sales. We drove to Mike Erdman Nissan and bought my new 2019 Nissan Titan midnight edition and my wife bought a new 2019 Ram 1500 Sport from New Smyrna Beach Chrysler Jeep Dodge. When a customer says no high pressure, we expect that type of treatment.

I do a lot of research before buying a car or truck and Im aware of fair market values and wholesale values. You should be too since you can look it up on KBB and Edmunds. Their fair market value numbers are directly relative to the area where you buy your vehicle. When I did this to investigate a RAM that I was interested in purchasing I collected my information and headed to Greenway Auto Group. My first impression when driving up was Holy cow! These guys must really gouge their customers to afford such an impressive Oasis of car sales. Man, was I right as I was to find out. I looked at the truck and it was impressive so I decided to make an offer that was $2,000 above what they would have bought the truck for which is more than I usually do. However, considering that their advertised sales price was pushing the top range of KBBs market indicator they didnt budge. In fact, they added $2,370.30 in fees on top of their well above KBB Fair Value price. Now, looking at wholesale which is what they would have paid for the truck, if I had paid the asking price without added fees they would have made around $5,000 on the truck - thats without the added fees which would bring their total profit to $7,370.30. They tried telling me that they were into the truck for more than I thought which I suspect is a deception but I decided to go along with it and offer them close to their asking price without the additional fees. Their best offer was to come down $500 off the asking price and still charge the $2,370.30 additional fees. When I challenged them I was met with Were ranked as the best dealer within 500 miles for price, service, and support! blah blah blah, like every dealer claims. My impression with these guys is that they make way too much of a profit from unsuspecting or gullible customers. They are the definition of a shady dealership, in my opinion. Buyer beware. There are other used truck dealers in Florida and elsewhere who make an honest profit and dont gouge their customers.

Worst car buying experience ever, sadly they had the exact vehicle we wanted... Ill list the bad experiences below.1. The night we test drove the car, we decided we wanted to purchase. We waited 45 minutes in the finance department just to give a cash down payment. Mean while someone had to knock on the financial officers door. A couple minutes later he turned his light on from inside his office. They said he had a migraine but it was totally unprofessional either way!2. They said they would detail the car before we picked up, it was not detailed... All the same spots and bugs were on it from the night before. The inside had dirt in the back seats.3.Lastly, they left the gas tank on E for me. So me being excited and happy driving home, it was a complete surprise when. My gas light came on half way home...4. It hasnt even been a week since I bought the vehicle and the alignment is already pulling to the right, especially if I am breaking.5. Ive contacted them to discuss and I keep getting ignored..Dont go to this dealership, unless you have no choice!

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!I went to look at a used grand jeep Cherokee. They showed me several, and i liked them so much, that i purchased TWO “CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED” jeeps. Both jeeps came with clean carfax reports. After having one of them for two months, lil things i was noticing lead me to believe that it was in a accident. One day I’m walking by and noticed the paint was peeling off (pic attached). I went to speak with Management and got nothing but attitude and no resolution. Word for word.... nothing we can do, you purchased a used car. I was sent to their body shop, and even their estimator mentioned the vehicle was definitely painted over at some point. Keep in mind.. this is one of their CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED Vehicles (at this point doesn’t mean anything). I left there with no resolution and not even an apology. I’ll never purchase there again and if you reading this, i suggest you don’t either.

My mom bought a car here and after two weeks they told her that she had to return it. Apparently it was a mistake and they apologized but my mom asked several times if everything was okay to go. So she has to return it after she was told that everything was fine the day she got her car. It doesn’t make sense, that shouldn’t happen AT ALL. We’re beyond disappointed.

Terry Bennett has been my Service Advisor at Greenway Ford for my 2013 Ford Escape since the day we purchased the car and was introduced to him. Besides appreciating all of the technicians and cashiers (Gabby), and really enjoying our Ford Escape we love the close location and hours Greenway Ford has for service. The main relationship one really has on a constant basis is your Service Advisor and Terry Bennett is the BEST! We were recently out of the State if Florida and had some car trouble. We were able to find a local Ford Service Center but asked that they contact Terry Bennett at Greenway Ford to coordinate our car servive. Terry made sure he was available to provide any information and had us bring in our Escape as soon as we returned to Florida so that he could check the car over. That is true dedication, loyalty and caring. We truly consider Terry Bennett part of our family!!Thank you Terry and Greenway Ford!!

The man that came out to greet me asked what I needed, called for the correct person to handle the vehicle and he came right out and took my car in for The Works package. He came to check on me as I waited for my car, and then came back again to inform me of the issues. The entire staff was polite, there just happened to be another staff member that was walking around asking everyone in the building of they needed an update on their vehicle. They sure know customer service.
