Zero or negative 1. Horrible experience, we got to the dealer because we saw an ad for them on craglist orlando. The ad said that they would help you if you had bad credit, which turned out to be totally false, we went with our daughter, she was looking for a nissan rogue that they had advertised on craglist and it turns out that the car was not at the dealer and they had to look for the car elsewhere and they told her to come back the next day. The next day the seller named Leo, could not see us because he was doing loans. They stuck us with another sales person who does not know anything about your case and wants to do the credit again and start from scratch. Totally a waste of time. We feel that they were not honest, it is wise for people to recognize the errors and horrors they commit and apologize for their lack of honesty and professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here

Carla mora was very nice and patient and understanding total recommended her if your buying a car from here.

We went there to look at a specific truck we seen on line to only find out it was sold and they did not have another like it at the moment, BUT they were extremely nice and tried very hard to make something work for us and even when they couldn’t provide a truck for us in the short time frame LEO worked hard to find other dealerships that he called and sent us to that would possibly have a truck that fit our needs, he also said if we don’t find one let him know and they will search to purchase one. We did not buy a truck at American Dealer only because they didn’t have what we wanted at the moment but they have good prices and the vehicles are in great shape and they have great service, I would Definitely refer them! “Thank you!
