My dad has used this place for over 20 years; its the only auto shop hell go to. Honest, low prices and good work. We brought our car in with some battery issues and they were so helpful. We appreciated being able to explain the problem to one of the mechanics & not just the desk girl. Communication was clear and the whole process was quick. Will definitely use them again!

My husband and I have been going to Sav Mor Auto for over 30 years and have always received excellent timely service. Over the memorial weekend, my back door on my 2011 Rav 4 back door would not open. My husband, before he had to leave to go out of town, was able to pull off the back door trim panel and we discovered that the clip on the door lock operating rod was broken and the rod had become loose. After I bought a new clip at the Toyota parts store, my son was able to install the clip and get it working; but, he didnt have time to put up the back door trim. I had previously called Sav Mor Auto and was told to come in at 1:30 pm and someone would help me put my trim back up. I got there at 1:30 pm and Glen Mitchells son helped me right away by putting up all my trim back together in minutes. As he walked away, I asked him how much I owed him and he just said, Dont worry about it, no charge. Even when I offered money, he just smiled and walked away. Wow! As busy as Sav Mor is, you can see what caliber of mechanics they have working there. They are top of the line, honest, generous and super helpful. You wouldnt find a better group of mechanics to fix your car, trust me.

I was so appreciative today for Sav-Mor Auto clinic. I was in town from Colorado to help my elderly parent get through a heart surgery, and someone had left a popped tire on the freeway that I couldnt avoid without getting in a much bigger accident. This left my car with a sandpaper sound every time I hit speeds over 30 mph. I called Sav-Mor, and they were able to look at my car that morning. The mechanic found out it was a piece that had come loose under the car and was hitting the tire. He didnt even charge me to put it right back in place. Thank you! I tried Sav Mor on a friends recommendation and was not disappointed. They performed my car maintenance for the price quoted, within the time estimated and did a good job. Even pulled the car in front of the office on a cold winter day, very thoughtful.

My husband and I have had starter issues with our car for years. Every 6 months to a year our starter goes out like clockwork, and no one has been able to figure out why. Since weve gone to Save Mor, they have honored their warranty several times now. They treat us like gold even though we have a reoccurring problem. We are customers for life because they have given us the same professionalism, courtesy, and customer service on this same problem over and over! And the part has been under warranty and theyve honored that and done this on their time. We are deeply impressed by them!

These guys have incredible service and gave me the best car shop experience I’ve ever had. They gave me a safety and emissions test really quickly and got me all registered through the state. Then one of the mechanics came out and helped me fix a body work problem I’ve been struggling with and didn’t even charge me. Just a great guy who wanted to help me out. I’m amazed.

Sav-Mor always does a great job. They get the diagnosis right and get the work done on time. The only problem is that they are so busy they sometimes cant get you in right away. But its worth the wait to get it done right.

I called them out for too high a price and they yelled at me. The quality of their work was poor, my ac needs replaced again only 2 years later.as an update, it was Alex that yelled at me. I gave him a chance to make it right and he was offended instead. My experience says that new customers should be very careful about up charges on parts and expect to have the same issue again after it is repaired.

The worst part of moving out of state is that I can no longer go to Sav-More to get my truck worked on. I always was treated honestly and the work was always done correctly and promptly. Extremely professional, courteous and happy staff treat you like family. Seriously, walking into any other shop and trusting them to do anything to my truck makes me want to put a bullet in my head.

I went to get my car fixed because it wouldnt start. Before I did this the air-conditioning worked perfectly. After they worked on my car the air-conditioning wouldnt work at all. They said that they notice that the air conditioning (AC) was leaking and they made the recommendation to fix the air conditioning. It appears as if they damage the AC and did not take accountability for it or they purposely damage the AC so they can get more work. On top of that, a couple of weeks later my car wont start again. So they didnt even fix the thing they said they would fix.

They were incredibly transparent with my vehicles repair. I thought it was going to take a long time to fix when my wheel became detached from my car but they had it fixed the day I brought it to them. To repair my car from dropoff to pickup it took 4 hours. Fair price. Ill be a repeat customer.

By far the best auto repair clinic in the nation! I had a check engine light, VCS, and Trac light all come on. Dropped it by and they had me out the door the same day replacing a sensor and the minivan drove excellent. Then then the same lights came on but it still drove fine. I took it back and they did more tests to make sure it was good to go. No issues.

I was referred here by a friend, and Im glad I went. These guys are very honest. My steering wheel was shaking when I brake. I went to Big O Tires and said I thought I might need brake pads and rotors. They checked them out and said I did and gave me a pretty pricey quote.Sav-Mor, on the other hand, went out of their way to be honest and tell me that I still had plenty of life in my brake pads and rotors. They could have easily told me to replace them and charged me a lot of money. Instead, they did a brake inspection for a reasonable price and sent me on my way.Its hard to find honest mechanics like these guys. I couldnt be happier with their service and honesty. I highly recommend them. Ill likely be going back if I am in need of any repairs in the future.

I went to get my emissions tested at Sav-Mor Auto and they were very helpful with everything! My emissions unfortunately did not pass and they gave me all of my options on how to fix it and get it to pass the test. The process took a lot of trial and error and I went back various times for about 3 months and they were always there helping me and trying to help me save the most amount of money I could! They never recharged me for an emissions test even when they could have. They were very helpful, friendly, and honest! I recommend them!

These guys are awesome, and I couldnt recommend a better or more honest set of mechanics. Theyve serviced my 2004 Honda Civic a few times and Ive never had issues other than normal wear and tear from use (I wasnt the first owner, and its got nearly 200k miles on it).The last time I had my car serviced (summer 18), I needed to make a fairly last minute trip to Oregon for a few weeks, and I needed a gas smell looked at and a general diagnostic to ensure that my car could and would make the 12.5 hr drive there and back, and all the driving in between. They came back and let me know all the things that could/should be done to service it, and I asked them specifically what needed to be done before my trip and what could wait. As a woman, its extra hard to find and trust a mechanic not to oversell or take advantage of you... Especially because Im a woman with very obviously little to no car knowledge. Sav-Mor is incredibly genuine and up front. They told me what I definitely needed to address (the gas smell issue, which I forget now what it was exactly, but I researched the issue online at the time and it was super serious), and a couple other small things, and let me know what things really werent pressing. They quoted me a price and I again researched online and found that they werent at all overcharging me or anything like that. It really feels good to know you have a great, honest mechanic you can go to. Ive recommended them to anyone that asks, and Ill continue to do so. I wont take my car anywhere else.

I took my 2013 Cruze in Monday night for the AC which I had a feeling it was the compressor, They diagnosed it and said they didnt have a opening to replace it till Thursday which was fine, But they left a VM Tuesday night saying it was ready, So faster than expected . Price is reasonable Alex explained everything in detail, Gave me different options, I purchased a home there 5 yrs ago so have never used a shop in Utah County my AC worked great so far and they want me to bring it back in a couple weeks to double check for leaks, Very pleased will be my go to shop for now on and highly recommend Sav-MorAuto .

I took my car in and the mechanic had so much experience, he knew right away what the problem was. They were accurate in their cost estimate (very reasonable) and in the time estimate of when they could get it fixed. They waited after closing until I got there to pick it up my car. They were friendly and the office was clean and all made me feel comfortable being there.

I LOVE Sav-Mor. They have the most extensive experience of any auto repair shop I have ever been to. I always go see Jeremy but all the technicians are awesome! They are really good at answering the phones and I can usually get in less than a few days out. Most of the time they have it fixed the same day. The prices are fair and the quality of work is excellent. I live in West Valley and I drive all the way to Orem to have them work on my cars. I wouldnt trust anyone else.

I will go nowhere else for my cars.They are fair and honest and they are always happy to explain things. One example: My son was having serious car problems in Eagle Mountain. A local repair shop told him that he needed to replace his entire electrical harness at a cost of about $2500. I had it towed to SavMor where they replaced a sensor that had nothing to do with his electrical system. It cost just a couple hundred(I dont remember exactly). Now my son will go nowhere else.Glen and Alex and the rest of the crew have high standards of both integrity and quality of work. I highly recommend them.

Im from out of town and needed to change out a spark plug in my vehicle before a 1500 mile drive home. I had changed other plugs myself, but for some reason I just couldnt get this one out.I called Glen and he quoted me an extremely reasonable price to change out the plug. Well it turns out that the last shop had put in the wrong plug and a larger size socket was required to remove it. Instead of a ten minute job the guys at the shop spent the better part of an hour figuring it out.When I picked up the vehicle I expected to be charged more for the extra time and hassle, but Glen charged me the original price quoted. He could have charged me more, or just given me an hourly rate in the first place, but he stuck to his word.If I lived here, Id be bringing all my work to this shop. Brought my car in without any notice and they let me know right away what the issue was. I made an appointment as soon as possible and they let me drop it off whenever was convenient for me. Early in the next day my car was running smoothly without them trying to sell my on expensive fixes that were completely unnecessary. Just took care of what needed to be done at the best price for someone with a budget. I would go there again.

My car would not start after going to a store. I called Glenn, and when we figured out what the problem was, he came and met me in the parking lot. He then proceeded to take the 15 minutes or so to fix the car. He did not tell me to just have the car towed in so he could look at it the next day. He went way beyond most mechanics are willing to go, and then said hed have me pay for it the next time. A great way to create customer loyalty.

Im not a car expert, so I have been looking for experts that I can trust to help me and not take advantage of me. Sav-More Auto was exactly what I was looking for. I came to them with questions and they stopped what they were doing and looked at my car with me and tried to do a quick diagnosis. It seems like most shops would have just told me to drop it off and charge me just to look at it. Not Sav-More. When all was said and done, they fixed the car and when I saw the bill I actually offered to pay more than they charged me. (I cant believe I did that) They refused and said they just wanted to do the right thing. Im a lifelong customer.

I have long taken my vehicles to Sav-Mor Auto, and have always been grateful for their great mechanic skills and fair prices. I moved from Orem for a while and really missed them! I have since moved back, and took my Jeep in, a couple days ago, for an extensive repair (leaking heater core replacement). A pal of mine told me that the dashboard has to be all torn out and that it never sits snug afterward. Well, he was right that the dash had to be taken all out, but wrong that it wouldnt go back well. The fine mechanics at Sav-Mor did a great job, as usual... not the slightest wobble or creaking noise from the dash, and at a significant lower cost than what I had figured the repair would cost. Even though Orem is, generally, getting much too congested for my liking.. I will need to stay here because Sav-Mor is here!!

When will there ever be a Auto repair shop that charges you for the amount of time it takes to do the repair rather than the amount of time some book says it should take.I wont be bought with free roadside assistance!!!Reply:Yeah I saw Atlas Shrugged also.Im talking about charging the same to fix the first fuel injector on a Ford Ranger, when thats the easiest one. I know because I watched how its done online. By not removing all the parts that, if doing it by the book, would need to be removed. That has nothing to do with the technician being better. You know what you did.And then you called your place Sav-Mor

I have used these guys for multiple repairs on my cars and I know them personally. They have always given me a fair shake on what it takes to repair my car and have worked with me as to how and when I can pay. Theyve even let me pick up my car later at night and then come back the next morning to pay when I can. They provide great service and make sure the job is done right.

I thought I would have to replace my car battery because it was acting funky. Sav-Mor did a battery check and saw that it was fine and just needed to be charged. They charged it up and then I left free of charge. Honest, kind, not pushy, responsible, helpful, skilled. Just a few things they do to keep me returning after 3 similar visits now. I’m super happy with their service.

Our suv was making a high humming noise when it was idling and especially when it accelerated. Everyone said it was our power steering but we had that looked at and it was not the cause. I had decided to accept the fact that my car would just sound like that until it died, but someone suggested Sav Mor Auto. They diagnosed it quickly as the idler pulley needing to be replaced and did the actual labor in an hours time. They were kind to my kids who waited with me and we had a great experience. My car is quiet again and I have the biggest smile on my face!

Went above and beyond to help me.. As they were finishing the repair, I asked them about my car that was shaking at high speeds. He asked a mechanic what that might be and rest drove my car to feel the problem. After he test drove it, he brought a mechanic with to verify that it was the clutch. Did this all free just to help. I live several cities over but it is worth the drive to go to Sav-Mor Auto. I was trying to figure out if I should fix my car or get a new one. Alex was awesome and talked me through the pricing for everything that needed to get done. When I asked what he would do if he were me, he gave an honest answer, which was that he wouldnt put a lot of money in this car and to only get a couple things done if I wanted it to last for another year. He was easy to talk to so I felt comfortable asking questions instead of feeling rushed.
