Beware! They will be nice and promise you everything until they get your keys and then the mood changes. You may not have control over their excessive charges. Their communication is poor and they play games with the customer and insurance company. Thats probably why this shop is not preferred with some insurance companies. To the owner; Dont attempt to rebuttal this with some B.S, you dont have a leg to stand on.

Ive used keford Collision in the past and have had very good experiences with them. However this time was not as good. It started with the tow truck operator being very rude to me on the phone. The loaner car that was given to me was awful it leaked oil all over my brand-new driveway it smelled like a New York City Cab and was a poor representation for keford collision. I was told I would be given text updates about the progress of my car. I received none every time I called to get an update I was told someone would call me right back and never did. When I finally went to pick up my car I noticed that the nameplate on the back was put on crooked. I mentioned this to what seemed to be Tim Harringtons brother. He told me if he takes the plate off itll break I said well it should have been put on straight the first time. He stopped his foot and walked off in a huff like a little girl whose panties were in a wad. Tim came out to diffuse the situation looked at the car and said its not that bad. I was expecting more from a professional Body Shop. This looks like an Earl Scheib special. Ive had good experiences in the past unfortunately this one ended up in a bad way. Disappointed.

Our son was involved in an accident. The towing company brought the car here for some reason. We wished they would have brought the car to the local Ford dealer. I would be cautious using this outfit. There pricing is high, especially for parts. Labor rates are above normal as well. They seem to pad the estimate. Our son decided to transfer the car to a Ford dealership nearby as we were uncomfortable with having the car repaired at this location. We were trying to work things out, but our son felt uncomfortable. We moved the car. They charged $1300 for storage. We agree some amount was justified but $1300 is too much. Be careful. I would not recommend them.

Fabulous. They lent me their loaner car the whole time even for free during a month of lockdown due to the virus. The whole office was friendly. My car looks great. I highly recommend their services.
