Was told by another place I needed new brake pads but I wasnt sure. The people here checked and were more honest and said as long as Im not experiencing any issues, I should still be good to go with these ones. I appreciate the honesty!

I started coming here because they offer state inspection appointments on Sundays, which was convenient for me. I have come back for service on my car because of the professional, efficient service and good communication. Recommended.

Good fast service. If you get there around 9-10 AM for a tire repair or something like that, you can get out on less than an hour.While waiting there, I found the blaring TV annoying. I politely asked the customer service person if it could be turned down, and he did it right away.So good service, but when you check out, theyre trying to sell you on getting their credit card. This man was upfront about your needing to go through a credit check to get the card, so dont be seduced by the promised $50 reduction to your bill if you apply. According to him, said promise would be kept even if you are declined. But in the meantime, if you apply, they still have some of your personal information including SSN. Be careful.

They provided sound advice on which maintenance services my car needed and didnt try to upsell me. They were also able to accommodate my schedule by performing the services in less than the usual time.

Confirmed online that this place had the tires we wanted. Come to find out, they didnt, but instead, the associate, after being super bothered with helping us, told us he didnt have anything like that and only had the most expensive type, quoting us $400 more than what was given online. A very misleading practice. We will never be going here again.

I was in a lot of trouble when my tire blew out on the Mass Turnpike. Firestone was able to get me right in and immediately diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and got right to work on it. Very grateful for how much they were able to help me and the manner in which they did. 5 stars

When I requested an oil change, I was not asked if I wanted synthetic oil which is more expensive. Yet synthetic oil was put in my car. The price is astronomical! $91.46 for an oil change! This practice is deceptive...beware.Likewise they do not tell you about online specials/coupons. Not happy.

Before I went here I hear all good things.I was in disbelief when I had brought my 02’ Chevy not only did I have an appointment and explained my truck is a rust bucket, they broke off the rod that holds the spare tire. When we asked what happened they said it’s too rusty for the lift. Had to manage driving home with the bar resting on the muffler.Anyways I’ve had a few family members go here that have been loyal for years and they even get treated poorly. Overpriced service and rude stuff.I’m still looking for an honest mechanic shop.

We arrived for our appointment and were welcomed by Brandon. He talked us through our tire options and services included our with our purchase. He was excellent in getting our service needs met. We appreciated the progress update from the mechanic working on our car which showed us their customer service awareness. We were able to get our State inspection done. That was so convenient and a bonus!Tires, alignment and car inspection in one stop on a Sunday! Mission accomplished!

Scheduled an appointment and wasn’t notified until a few minutes before the appointment that it was cancelled. Got attitude from the front desk upon arrival, even though all I needed was a simple oil change. Never got a call saying my appointment is cancelled. I won’t be coming back.

Went here for an oil change and they said they found an issue with my power steering rack that was urgent and would cost $1100. Decided to go down the street to Northampton Tire for a second opinion (which they charged me nothing for!) who told me the issue was so insignificant it didn’t require any repairs. They were super clear and professional. Never going back to Firestone; felt totally taken advantage of.

Id give no stars if i could. Alignment technician did a poor job with my alignment and did not tighten all suspension components. I returned for a realignment, same technician worked on my vehicle and i voiced concern. Upon driving I heard noises in the rear of my car and inspected. Again the technician never tightened down my rear suspension components. Save your self headaches and frustrations and try a different store

Id give more stars if I could. First, a completely corona-compliant operation. Super-cool. The mechanics have great morale and singing voices, which means theyre happy, and clearly working for a good employer. They gave EXCELLENT attention to my bought-at-a-dealer car, and their $10 general inspection is the best service possible for peace of mind, and the honesty you cannot get from a used car dealer-garage! And they taught me a great deal about my car. Firestone rules.

Super rude employee. I’ve never had an oil change appointment take an hour (“that’s our standard time) but they need to invent things wrong with your car. Most annoying was that they have a big sign up offering $10 off if you give them a 5 star review BEFORE your service is complete.

Took my car in for break pads and rotors. When I got it back, one of my hubcaps came off right after I drove off the lot. I was able to retrieve it and brought it back to the shop. Seemed like the tires rim was bent and wouldnt keep the hubcap on. They went out of their way to order a new one, at no extra cost to me, and fixed the rim so it wont pop off again. Really excellent service.

Both of the times I went here for inspection and reinspection managers and customers werent wearing masks inside the customer service area despite the sign on the door requiring it. The staff all seemed like they were doing their best but the management were unfriendly and rude, I would not go back.

Dont believe all of the 5 star reviews -- they have a sign in the lobby advertising $10 off your bill if you leave a 5 star review while waiting for your car...Brought my car here for a tire that was slowly leaking air. Got the rim repaired which was causing the leak, and purchased 4 new tires from Firestone at the same time. Brought my car back two separate times because the balance and alignment were both clearly off as my car had an aggressive shake/vibration. After bringing it in the second time, the manager told me to stop bringing my car there and talk to the place that repaired my rim (even though Firestone put it back on my car and said nothing was wrong).Something didnt add up so I brought my car to Monro directly accross the street -- they quickly fixed the balance and alignment and there is no more shaking or vibrating. I spent $150 to have Monro complete something that I had already paid Firestone to do, and they clearly couldnt...Save yourself the time and headache and go to Monro.

Always responsive and courteous, great team, and willing to get the job done. I’ve been bringing vehicles here for over 15 years.

BEWARE: this Firestone pays customers a $10 rebate to give them a 5-star review on Google (see attached picture). Im not saying these folks arent good -- I dont know if theyre good or not; I paid a lot of money for brakes and rear rotors, and I assume they did a good job, but who knows. Im just saying that a lot of the 5-star reviews youre reading here are paid promotions.

Buyer beware. They scare you into necessary work, charge you...and dont perform the work. I will NEVER RETURN.They also damaged the oil drain plug.This has happened at both the Enfield, CT and Northampton, MA location.

They’re helpful every year. People are indeed dutiful. My every tire eventually needed doing, only left lock and recall seats from other retailers. The handle is secure, rotors every vehicle is extra wheels.

Clean and doesnt have a strong odor of tires. I had my car inspected quickly.

Amazing.Upon my arrival, Lou took the time to chat with me, made sure I was fully understanding all that would happen from start to finish with my car and was INCREDIBLY patient the whole time.Which brings me to Brandon - on par with Lou in every way, he made sure to answer my questions thoroughly and even took the time to repeat the answers (as did Lou) to ensure I fully understood, could repeat the information back to my dad (he was a bit worried) and put MY mind to rest so I knew deep down, I would leave there with complete safety and without having to shell out unnecessary time and cost.I was stranded for the day and this location made every moment from start to finish SO much easier to handle. Everyone was professional, courteous, above and beyond friendly. We all got to chat and they made me laugh numerous times even though they WERE exceedingly busy, even though they DID have to repeat themselves.Even the various fellas that came in and out from the shop - I was greeted, I was smiled at and even they pulled laughs out of me when I just was having a hell of a day.I cannot recommend this Firestone location enough - and considering I cant remember the last time I even went to a Firestone, thats saying something.I dont leave public reviews - ever - but the world over needs to know these guys are THE BEST.I hope someone, somewhere reads this and gives this location the kudos it deserves.There are not enough words of gratitude to be expressed for how appreciative I am. The Firestone on king street in Northampton is hands down the best firestone in Mass I received excellent service and got the best alignment Ive ever gotten thanks to *Johnny* I had such a terrible service experience in westfield on east main street I had no choice but to try the Northampton branch and Im happy I did thanks to the entire team for a truck that finally drives straight now!

I usually always come to Firestone for my car needs and never have a problem getting in...the guy who took care of me incorrectly told me what he thought was wrong with my car. I explained what i knew was wrong with it and he told me that it was my battery charging on my hybrid (i knew it wasnt). Then he wanted to charge me 99.00 to have someone look at it but the other location in hadley was only going to charge me 21-22.00. Then because i knew it was an issue i went to the dealership to find out it was a wheel bearing hub. So disappointed in Firestone as they already had my car in for an oil change
