I had a really great experience at Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Northampton. Was greeted right away by service advisor Sierra Dawes. She was very knowledgeable about my Ram 1500. My truck was ready exactly when promised. The dealership was very clean & everyone that worked there was very friendly. Thank you Sierra Dames.

On the good side, Nissan was proactive about contacting us for a recall and recommending which dealership we should take our car to. The Lia Nissan dealership has had our car since October for a recall part & now its December. They routinely tell us we dont need to bring our car in when we call to check on it, so we remind them they havent given it back to us. At least they now mention that we may be able to get it back next April!

Service is excellent. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Also has an additional room with counters so you can work while waiting. Everything they do to your car is explained in detail. I always leave here with no worries.

Lately it hasnt been good past two times Ive been there for oil changes two hours wait time one was with an appointment I got there and they told me it was still a two our weight I have two Nissans 1 Frontier and one Xterra the service used to be great Im considering never going there again even for major stuff. Both times I went across the street to Midas and got to work and I needed it done within a half an hour. The girl that used to be the service writer her name was Prudence I dont know what happened to her she used to take care of me pretty good the new guy sucks.

Absolutely terrible experience... I brought in my SUV to be serviced and I was told after it being there a week my transmission went, mind you that was not the case. It ended up supposedly being my fuel pump. I paid for that repair. Then within the week my car stalls in the middle of a busy intersection in Hartford with MY CHILDREN in the car. I call Lia to inform them they never fixed the problem and had my SUV towed to there shop... This was on a Friday.. The following Friday I am filling up my car at Costco and gas just starts pouring out of my car. I was absolutely livid as my 3 year old was in the car! I drive back over to Lia to tell them what is going on and the guy working tries to tell me that its nothing wrong with my car and states there is no way it was there fault... I then bring up the fact that on that previous Friday I had forgotten my groceries in my trunk and they literally just closed so I had to have triple a come and help me get my groceries. Here is the GREAT part! When I got to the dealership around 710 pm I see my car head lights left on and look inside to see my dashboard lit up... THEY WERE PLANNING ON LEAVING MY CAR RUNNING ALL NIGHT!!!! I brought this up to the gentleman and he argues with me saying that the tow truck driver left it on. I tell him there is no way because I locked my car myself and everything was off. I have a recorded video of it Id just love to share with the GM. HE DOESNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. This dealership has the absolute WORST customer service and they seem to take advantage of women. If you ever have issues with your car NEVER GO HERE. All they want to do is make money. Clearly they dont care if they are putting you in an unsafe car. I will be reporting this to the BBB. They also broke my back windshield wiper off. I havent gone back for that because everytime they touch my car another issue arises.. I had the absolute worst experience. IF no stars was an option thats what it would be. They run their business absolutely terribly!

One of the cars I test drove smelled terribly of cigarettes and had a pack in the front seat from the employee that drove it last. I pointed it out to the salesman helping me and he was silent.

Had a nissan Altima transmission replaced under warranty and not more than 2 years later and less than 40,000 miles later the new transmission failed. They along with Nissan will not help but stated another $4800 would remedy the issue. NEVER BUY A NISSAN.

Purchase was lengthy and unprofessional in 2014. They let me drive away without the safety inspection being done. I had to go back a week later and then had to wait 3 hours for them to do it even with an appointment. Alignment was supposed to be done and they said they didnt have paperwork on that. The salesman claimed he didnt remember that. It was clear it needed it. Then the Car transmission went out dec 2017. They said the $1500 extended warrenty we bought was a 3 year but they said it now says 1 year. They said here is what ya got and turned around and left. No assistance. We are now paying for a car that We cant drive. We had to go elsewhere and purchase another car because they never even tried to help us out or make a deal. Now we have 2 car payments. Worst place ever.
