Grace is a great uke teacher! My 8 y.o. started lessons with her this Spring and they really connected. My daughter is usually very shy but she is very comfortable and talkative with Grace. Grace has a patient teaching style and makes the instrument fun. My daughter loves the music she is playing and I very rarely have to force her to practice because she loves it so much. The prices are very reasonable and I love the flexibility she offers with her scheduling.

Gracie is a really good teacher. Very patient and encouraging. Also not to strict on the lesson plans, teaches you what you want to know. Currently learning a lot from her.

I look forward to my private lesson with Gracie/ Ukulala every week. Her prices are very reasonable - especially for the quality of the lessons. She explains things in a very clear way, and has high teaching standards. She takes the instrument very seriously and treats my lessons as though I am going to become a professional musician. Shes also very patient, kind and fun. I only have wonderful things to say.

Gracie is an excellent teacher. She has patience, compassion and love for her work. I am completely new to a musical instrument and I look forward to practicing on my ukelele every day. She took the time to write out the chords for 2 songs I wanted to learn so that it would motivate me more. She always includes hand drawings of which finger should go where did any new chords that I am learning. She made a makeshift strap out of ribbon for me when she saw it was hard for me to hold the ukelele the right way and then when I got a pin and strap she drilled holes in for me so that it fit correctly over me. Looking at her studio you can see she has a passion for music. I highly recommend Gracie for teaching anyone of any skill level how to play the ukelele or guitar!

After just 6 weeks of lessons with Gracie I’ve learned more than I thought possible. Her patience, talent, and knowledge make working with her a pleasure!
