Unhelpful that the only place they mention needing an appointment is on the door of the experience center, and when calling couldn’t help with a tour even though the staff were present and the space was empty.

Lutron makes a great product, but all the marketing names/lines are more confusing than clarifying. (Ive spent 3 hours going to the Experience Center, talking to tech support, reading literature and I barely understand what product controls which device and how power is supplied.) Its difficult to determine which fabrics work with which systems, which controllers/keypads work with which blinds (and lights) and which blinds are wireless and hardwired. Additionally, Lutron introduced RA2 select, which basically does the same thing as Caseta, but is not backwards compatible (dimmers are not compatible). So I’VE WASTED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on a five year old system, that is now not compatible with RA2 Select (if you want the shades hardwired and a certain fabric that you can use on one phone app). This is disappointing Lutron; you are a better company than this.
