Shady. I pay $25 for a 4 pack of 5% Juul in Harlem at my smokeshop. This guy tried to tell me it was $40, trying to take advantage of the customer. And was very rude. I won’t be coming again, and don’t recommend you should either.

This is the only place I go to buy my vape juices. The workers are friendly and informative. Im pretty new to vaping and they took the time to answer all my questions and let me sample different flavors. Their prices are reasonable and they offer lots of good quality vape juices.

Good variety for sure, but the markup is staggering. Today for instance, a battery that retails anywhere online @ $21.99 is $40. I know its pricey to have a shop in manhattan, but thats more than a convenience markup. The stars are purely about the variety, they have a lot of good choices, though, the people who tend the place have little knowledge about the products they sell. I see reviews stating the opposite, I personally feel this is not the case. I wouldnt leave quite e a 2 but this is more of a 2.5 rating than a 3 star. I am not fond of leaving very critical reviews, but after 2 years of coming here in a pinch and what I experienced today I felt compelled.

Great selection, and the staff is knowlegable and helpful. The prices are OK. Its kind of out of the way, but decently close to midtown and Times Square.

Whoever is in charge of responding to comments on behalf of this establishment needs to take a class on customer service. Even if that incident was not at your location, you handled it poorly. Not impressed. You have a lot of competition in the city, I suggest you step up your game.

TL;DR: 10/10 I would recommend this place to a friend.I walked in, told the guy that i wanted to quit smoking and he ran me through all the different types of batteries, flavors, strengths and everything. I bought it in bulk so he gave me some discouts as well, spent about 200 dollars. I forgot my change and he ran out and gave it to me.Im also a vey busy person and i like to be efficient, and he had me in and out in 10 minutes.Very friendly guy, professional and knows his products. I will definitely come here again when I need more juice.

Dont usually leave reviews but he was exceptional. The young guy was professional and very kind. Walked me through my flavors and even let me try them on his personal e cig. In the end he even gave me a free bottle. Will definitely come back again.p.s. its a shame that they have a chain vape store on the same block. They arent nearly as willing as this place was to make you happy.

Excellent, it has everything!The sellers are original from the East, the stock of products is immense and diverse, they have a wide variety of ejuices eliquids, they know everything and they smoke and they know, they have PAX (solid smoke), steam (liquids) and cigars, cigarettes, hookah hookah, etc ... Better: they have flavored tanks for on-site tasting ... Great price, compatible with internet competition. They work 7 days a week and open late. They are to be congratulated!
