Went to get a 14 mm 45 degree ashcatcher and even though they didn’t have one I liked, the owner Johnny directed me to his other shop only two blocks away and I was able to find what I wanted. Employees were helpful and attentive at both shops, huge thanks to Johnny!

Went to some shops in the area looking for glass. Wasnt really happy with what I found. Saw the reviews for this place online so I decided to check it out. Def. recommend going here first. Great quality stuff at a great price.

The staff are super friendly and will gladly give you a hands on demonstration of the quality of the glass, etc. Confused on how a vaporizer works? Dont hesitate to ask, theyll take care of you.High quality glass isnt cheap, but I find that you get the best bang for your buck here. No bullshit, no frills, just testimony on why this is better than that.

I have been frequenting Blue Nile since the late 1990s. This place is the number one spot for nice staff and quality glass. They are open late, and have been a staple of Bleecker Street for many years. I have purchased many items from this store, and I am always given a deal on anything I buy with a smile and extra goodies thrown in with whatever I purchase. The two guys that run the place are probably some of the nicest guys you would ever want to run into when purchasing glass. Their knowledge of the different brands and advantages of each is beyond what any other glass shop will offer. They also will spend the time with you to help pick out the perfect piece for your style of smoking. I come here primarily for their extensive RooR selection, one of the best glass pieces you can own from Europe.I would always recommend my friends go here for their smoking needs, and everytime, I am thanked for the service and happy employees that work here.Thanks so much for representing the positive side of the smoke shop experience in New York City. He was so knowledgeable and patient! Answered all my questions. And gave me a fantastic deal. Love my pax 3. Gained a loyal customer!!!

Unbelievable... watched a clerk make fun of a special needs person in front of other staff and customers. When approached about it, they responded with, F*** you. Worst.

I went to Blue Nile on my birthday and spent a little more than i expected, but it was a 7mm maverick with a green honeycomb perc at the bottom which an ice catcher and it came with a pre cooler and he also let me pick out a bowl piece upon request and let me keep the original as well. After i made the purchase he threw in some cleaning fluid 2 packs of papers and 2 little packages of hemp wick. when i got home i realized that the honeycomb was not functioning properly and the water was barely dripping down from the holes. i brought it back and showed the same guy who sold it to me the problem and he gave me another piece that was almost the same except with 2 honeycomb percs that was marked for $50 more and this one works beautifully. They are very price negotiable and polite.

Bought a pax vaporizer from here... Great service and good knowledge of the vapes, was not sure what to buy and i did a lot of research and walked around a few stores, this store convinced me and sold me my first vape, I recommend pax and this place.

MUST GO FOR ANYBODY!!!I own a business and travel the country building it, along the way I have seen a lot of smoke shops and a wide variety of people working in them. With that said, I came to this shop because of good reviews online expecting to find a decent selection and decent prices based on what I had read. I traveled 400 miles to come here, not out of the way home but none the less, and when I arrived I was able to find parking within a half block if the shop which made me happy to begin with. When I walked in I saw one gentleman standing behind the counter and a couple of people checking the zippos out. I went straight to the HUGE selection of quality american made glass and started looking with my wife, who was not particularly happy about coming in there knowing I wanted another piece of glass lol, and within five minutes the store had cleared out and we had the gentlemans full attention. At this point I was in awe of the vast selection, but he was happy to pull out piece after piece explaining in depth how each one worked. After about thirty minutes I decided on a beautiful HiSi junior triple u perc with a hefty price tag (understandably.) He offered me a deal I couldnt refuse and its so good I dont even want to out the price online lol! I was really excited at this point and explained my situation and how he had exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds, he threw in five packs of raw king slim papers, as well as two others! THEN he threw in a $17 bottle of grunge off!!! Now let me tell you having been around the country and Ive never seen this kind of customer service and excellent pricing, I got my piece for almost $100 under retail!!! This place is a MUST GO for any smoker in the area from first time buyers to world class connoisseurs!!! Please dont pass this wonderful opportunity to find a wonderful pipe and an awesome shop owner!!!
