Ive been here once and the service was amazing! Its nice to buy cuban singles that are for sale hidden amongst the walk in humdior. Great service. Fantastic cocktails. Next time Im in NY Ill definitely stop by again.

This place is great I live in PA and in NYC this place normally has the cigars that traditional cigar shop do not have.

Fantastic Shop. Great selection of new pipes, tobacco (blends and tins), and accessories. They even have very fairly priced estate pipes. Its downtown so parking is rough, go by train. Free lounge downstairs is very nice and roomy but can get very busy, the upstairs club lounge is phenomenal. Worth the price of membership if you are in the area, or the 25 dollar a day fee. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A must stop for any pipe smoker visiting the city.

I gave up smoking 10 years ago. So when I do smoke I want it to be something worth smoking in a place where I can sit and chat with other people who love a good cigar. This is my go to place. Its a secrete place to enjoy a good cigar without being judged.

Great atmosphere, they have a public lounge and a private lounge for a daily fee. Cigar pricing was very fair and they have a nice selection. I would recommend.

5 Stars for the overall experience I had. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice, had time and patience for my newbie questions and I walked out happily with my pipe smoking starter kit. Then I saw the prices of the exact same tobacco online that I bought in the store. I was, of course, expecting online to be cheaper than downtown Manhattan but, $26 (before tax) in BR vs under $11 (no tax) online ?. Great first experience, cant fault the customer service, but wouldnt go back, simply because of the exorbitant prices.

New location is pretty nice. Smallish humidor but a nice mix of cigars. There’s a nice lounge downstairs with TVs free for all. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, pricing was fair, would add another star if they had more inventory.
