Just bought a bike from this store. Jim was great to work with, and very helpful with fitting me with a bike that suited my needs. Also, no pressure on the sale of any particular model of a bike. Ardi in service assembled two bikes while I waited, so I could try different models. He was VERY helpful and knowledgeable on all of the equipment. He went out of his way to make me the most comfortable on the bike, and made numerous adjustments. I will be back for a bike for my wife, and for any accessories or service I need.

We stopped here to ask about a bike tire problem we were having, and ended up having a wonderful experience with the very friendly and helpful staff! Frank, the manager who assisted us, was very charismatic and knowledgeable on many things, not just Trek bikes! After showing us several tips and tricks that we didn’t know about tires and changing them, we have a very interesting conversation about current science and technology. Overall, a very interesting and enjoyable experience!

New Great shop in south Naples when in today to get my Cannodale bike service they fixed me up ASAP it was really great service. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. This will be my local bike shop for service from now on. Also like the new Trek they had on the floor . May have to treat me to a new bike ;))

My SAG team found this bike shop while I was touring around Naples FL and got my tire punctured.Frank with his friendly smile and great sense of humor, not only helped us out with my tire, he also shared several tips and how-tos on tube installation and wheel reassembly - keeping us laughing and entertained!Excellent customer service! Highly recommend! Incredible kindness and great service. On my 46th birthday, my only desire was to bike 46 miles. My bike needed repair into mile 10. Trek Bicycle of South Naples got me back on track. Did I mention the day before Christmas? Their shop was slammed with new bike deliveries and repairs for peak season tourists. They cared about getting a gal on her bike again and made it happen - without charge. How wonderful is that?

I rarely write reviews, however wanted to take an opportunity to highlight the awesome service Ive received on three different occasions by Frank, Joe, and the rest of the Trek South Naples Team. Initially, I was hesitant to bring my bike to this shop as it is not Trek branded, however I wouldnt choose any other bike shop in the Naples/Marco Island area after my experiences. #1- I had a bike shipped from New York to Trek South Naples and they had the bike built and checked within hours of the UPS delivery. Four other bike shops from Naples to Ft. Myers all quoted me 7-12 days and just said, “Sorry we are busy. We’ll get to it when we can.” #2 - I wasnt sure how to properly apply tubeless sealant and wanted to avoid damaging my valve stem. Frank took the time to show me step by step the proper way to do this as well as recommend the right tools and sealant that would be best for the job. Frank could have easily pushed me to use his in-house service team, but instead, taught me how to do this on my own. #3 - I had an issue with my derailleur hanger bracket and Di2 wire. Once again, Frank took the time to go step by step and review the issues and how to avoid them in the future. And… Once again – same day turnaround and flawless service and phone call follow up!Overall, I couldnt have asked for better service and cant thank them enough for getting me back on my bike so quickly! For any of my bikes needs in SW Florida I’ll be sure to go back to Trek South Naples!

Frank, the manager, knows a lot about bikes and an avid rider (actually used to compete). He is knowledgeable and the excellent person to ask anything about cycling and bikes! I came today to get my bike adjusted— the little changes he did made my hand grip and arm position more comfortable.

Excellent bike shop. Most bike places in central / south naples are just places for tourists to rent a bike for their holiday. This is a proper bike shop which can fix your bike. They did a great job at a great price on my road bike. Its fabulous to have them in the neighborhood!
