Andy was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and really took the time to help me find what bike style would be best suited for me. He also had great suggestions on options and accessories that may make my biking experience more enjoyable. Can’t wait to get my new bike!

Absolutely wonderful place. They made renting a bike so easy and I was shocked at how affordable it was. Not to mention these bikes are so much fun and easy to use. Kendall made the process so quick and Aaron took time out of his day to show me how to properly use the bikes. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Can’t wait to go back again.

I went there today possibly interested in purchasing an electric bike. The owner, Andy, helped me out, gave me a lot of information, answered my many questions and set up two bikes for me to test ride. He was incredibly helpful and took at least 2 1/2 hours of his time working with me to help make the best decision. I ended up purchasing a bike I know I’ll love.

Today was an amazing day! My daughter and I test drove the Pedego Electric Bikes. We were able to enjoy quality time in the fresh air, sun and Florida breeze for an hour. We had a wonderful time. This bike trip gave me the confidence that I could still ride a bike while showing me how much freedom I had enjoying the outdoor air while getting exercise. I have been interested in an Electronic Bike for sometime, especially when we had the gas shortage. My next purchase will be a Pedego Electric Bike!

My Pedego experience was amazing today. I went with some family members to purchase an electric bike for one of them. Mark, the rep at the Marco Island store was knowledgeable, friendly and so very helpful. I rode three different bikes at his suggestion based on my riding needs and was able to determine which one was my favorite.Now I need to seriously consider this as a new necessity!

We needed education on e-Bikes and, well, we got it. Andy took the time with us to help us learn. When we started, we did not even know the questions. It was unpressured information with no strings. Would highly recommended Pedego Naples to anyone/everyone just as Pedego Naples was recommended us my us.

Six of us traveled to Naples from Wisconsin and at the last minute decided to rent electric bikes from Andy and his team at Pedego. Some of us were experienced bike riders and some were a little rusty. None of us had ridden an electric bike before.Andy and his staff welcomed us to the store, made everyone feel at ease and made every effort to make sure everyone was familiar with the bike they would ride for the next week.After a short lesson, we were on our way and never had so much fun. As a bunch of people in our mid to late 30s, we laughed like we were kids again! The bikes were reliable, comfortable and very economical. We were able to avoid parking fees, traffic jams and long walks to destinations because we could drive right up to everything.I am 6 1 and 300 lbs so I wanted to make sure they had a bike to handle my size. They had the right bike for me and everyone else. The bikes limit out to about 20mph and I had no problem attaining and maintaining that speed.There was a slight hiccup with the charge to my credit card because of the system being updated but Andy contacted the company, kept me informed and the situation was resolved. We will definitely be going back to Naples and to Pedego for another ride!

This was the first time my wife and rode electric bikes and Claudia made the experience easy and enjoyable. The operation of the bikes was explained thoroughly and made us comfortable with the Pedego Interceptors. We couldnt believe the power of the electric pedal assist and how enjoyable riding was. It was effortless when we wanted it to be and we got a workout when we wanted to. Usually riding a bike into a headwind is a pain but the Pedego pedal assist provided exactly the right amount of additional power to totally neutralize the wind. We toured Vanderbilt Beach in comfort and couldnt believe how quickly an hour passed. I highly recommend Pedego Naples. Claudia was knowledgeable, professional and did not pressure us at all. However, we really want an e-bike after that experience!!!

I thought the Pedego interceptor was a great ride. I have research a lot of e-bikes and by far I feel the Pedego for features, service and warranty it checks all the boxes. If I had to say one thing negative about the bike it would be when your are cruising in # 5 at 20 mph and you brake to a stop and then start up again the bike really takes off. If your not expecting it it could be a little dangerous. I would like to see if possible if you brake it default to a lower speed.

This place is amazing! I came in with my bike that was cheap and put together poorly and Tyler stopped what he was doing to adjust my brakes and fix my tire. This man spent an hour on me and only wanted to charge me $6 the price of the repair kit! I had to argue to get him to accept $25 for his time. Awesome people skills! Highly recommend these guys for repair and they are renting and selling quality bikes. Right in the heart of North Naples in Naples Park. 💜

I rented a Pedego Ebike for half a day. A full day is 8 hours, so guess how many hours are half a day? Thats right, 3 hours.I asked how many miles the battery would last and was told 60 miles. After 2 hours and 30 miles my battery was dead and I had to pedal 4 miles back.Back at the store, he said that they dont actually put the batteries that go 60 miles into the rentals and that 60 miles was not true anyway. The consumption numbers that the car manufacturers tell you arent true either.When I asked for a refund because I didnt feel that I got my moneys worth, he said that he would talk to the owner.I am guessing, that also doesnt actually mean that he would actually talk to the owner to get me a refund.I am giving a 2nd star because for 2 hours I had fun riding the ebike.
