After being turned away at two other Naples bike shops that said they could repair our electric tadpole trike, Road and Mountain bikes fixed our flat in no time. Drove 45 minutes from south Naples to get a tube for my bike. Being someone who works at a bike park in NY, these guys are awesome. The owner has a passion for bikes and his shop, that alone is worth the trip.

Paid this company over $400 to deliver, assemble, and adjust. Within 39 days the gears stopped working, called them back, agreed to a 2nd charge of $75 for service call (they called back to verify payment), said would arrive in 45 they never showed, never called. Called back this am, they said I refused payment and hung up on me. They held my bike for two weeks saying they never received, it was in their shop, spoke with NY company who delivered, they gave me name of person who signed for it, it had been there entire time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE DISHONEST!

Drove from Saint Louis and realized I had the wrong pedals on my bike when I arrived. Came here on a Saturday morning and he was super friendly and sold me a new set of SPD-SL pedals. I arrived back where we were staying to realize I did not have my bike wrench either. Back to the shop I go where he had a couple customers and a project he was working on. He threw my bike up on the another rack and handed me a wrench so he could take care of the customers looking to buy. I come back to Bonita every year and I will be sure to utilize this shop for all my future needs.

My friend and I purchased 2 bikes online and built them ourselves. One day shortly after buying them a pedal broke and we found this place. Skip helped us and went above and beyond. We asked if we could use a tool to fix the bike and when we brought the bikes inside is when we were even more impressed. Skip offered to put it on then proceeded to tune up the many problems on the bikes we built. He even took time to teach us so many things with the bikes and how to repair them. This is honestly one of the best experiences as a customer I have had anywhere. I only will shop here for all my biking needs and I can not stress enough how amazing the service and knowledge Skip provided was.

I bought a used girls bike from someone and it needed some adjustments. I went to Road & Mountain Bike to see if they could help me. They were closing the store for the evening but didnt hesitate to help. They put air in the tires, adjusted the seat & handle bars and DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING!!! Thats what I call above and beyond kind and generous. Great people that really care about people. Thanks so much.

Absolutley Rad!! I always lived in bonita and as a kid was never able to buy a SE RACING bike as years passed they got hard to find brand new unless you lived in CA and can order fast when they drop online, well I come to this shop never been in there one time to find about every se bike they got I was to amazed when I seen this shop after all my life looking for a shop with these bmx bikes and more !!! This is the kind of bike shop you want in your neighborhood. The owner Bruce is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly with very competitive prices. He was previously located at the corner of vanderbilt beach rd & Airport (closer to my home) but I dont mind riding a few minutes more to his new location. Bruce has tuned up several of our bikes with a quick turn around. Cant say enough good things about Road & Mountain Bikes.

I had the pleasure of taking my bicycle into this shop for repairs. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but they were also very reasonably priced. They are trustworthy folks who really know what they are doing. They really went above and beyond with customer service. My bike was returned in great working condition and they even helped me to install my bicycle rack more securely on my vehicle. I would go here again. An all around good experience.

Skip is so very attentive, friendly,knowledgeable. A rim that I took to him for repair, was pretty much unrepairable,and he saved it. He repaired it like new. Still riding. I was happy because it was not a cheap rim to buy new and he was so fair with me on labor cost.

I brought my bike in with a flat back tire. I was told go run an errand and come back in 30 minutes. When I did the tire was fixed (needed a new tube pin) and NO CHARGE! Cmon really? Yup! Excellent service, a lifelong customer now!!

They charge $150 to put a tricycle together. In my opinion this is taking advantage of mothers who cannot put a tricycle together for their babies.

I own an older bike, and the pedal came loose from the crank.
