After today, I will NEVER go back to Phone Doctor again. I called iMobile initially out of desperation today hoping to avoid a trip into Broken Arrow or Tulsa and to maybe avoid a $200+ bill for the repair. I am SO glad I came here today.I called David, and explained my problem, David not only knew what was wrong with my phone, but told me it was Phone Doctors fault! I took my phone to David, and in less than 30 minutes, I had it back 100% functional only for $25. It took Phone Doctor 3 DAYS and $300 dollars to fix my phone last time.I wont be going anywhere except to David for any electronic issues ever again. Very polite, very professional, and very effective.

I took my iPhone to him Tuesday. I cracked the screen pretty bad and then dropped it a second time. It was ready the same day. I now have a brand new screen. I cant find anything wrong with it. It looks great. He also checked a few other things for me that I had questions about with no extra charge. Highly recommend this place to others. The price is worth it. Great quality. Amazing customer service. He explains everything that he will be doing so you dont get surprises. He even let me leave the phone there until I was done with my errands. Thank you so much. I went 3 years without cracking the screen. I cant even tell its a replacement.

Went in today to check with the expert about some shady information I received from the ATT store. The owner very quickly explained the situation to me in easy to understand terms, suggested how to fix the problem and sent me on my way with no charge. To say that I am impressed does not cut it. Customer service like this is no longer a way of life for many companies, and to see someone go above and beyond is impressive. I went to have my phone fixed a couple weeks ago. It only costed 75$ to get the screen fixed and for it to be where could use it again. Was ready in 24 hours to pick up. Am so grateful, my newborn babys pictures were on there. He was fast and just awesome, if ever need another phone fixed will definitely be back. I’ve Needed my phone screen repaired three times this year. The first two times I used PC landing. I used this business yesterday because my wife called and discovered they could fit me in the same day (within 30 minutes) unlike other similar businesses that specialize in the same areas which couldn’t repair my screen that day. Price comparison is within $20 of being identical but this place DOES NOT REQUIRE YOUR PASSCODE to repair your screen. I’ve always felt uneasy about giving a stranger access to my phone and that required me to stay at other businesses until the repair was complete to ensure the security of my photos and conversations. This place didn’t ask for my pin code and he completed the repair in less than half the time I’ve watched other technicians take. He also observes social distancing for the safety of his customers amidst this global pandemic. I can guarantee I’ll bust my phone up again but when I do I will return to this place.

Fast, curtious service and excellent pricing.

I have had multiple items repaired here. Does a good job. However he opens and closes when he feels like it. So if it says open from 9am to 5pm... dont be surprised when you arrive at 2pm and its closed. If you live next door and can watch for when there are really open. Its great but, you cant count on them.Update- I talked with the owner. He has updated his hours, apologized and discounted our repair. We got the products back and they great. I respect someone making things right . I will return!
