Employee wasnt helpful & acted put out to take my money to pay my bill. Wont go in there again. Re-Boost Cards are more convenient & dont have to pay a fee just to pay the phone bill.

Switched 4 lines over to boost. Waited in the store for 4 hours for employee named Paige to get our 4 lines activated and still left the store with only 3 phones activated. We were told that they WOULD NOT give us a refund and we could come back in 2-3 hours to get a phone that worked as an employee was going to Tulsa to get me another phone. So by the time all 4 lines are activated it will have been 6-7 hours total. I have bought cars in less time. I guess $400 doesnt come with any customer satisfaction.

I drove from the Boost Mobile in Tahlequah to the Boost Mobile in Muskogee because the phones i wanted were not in stock and it would take several days to get them in. Once I got to the Muakogee store the emploee working named Ashlee explained to me the available free phones when i ported my number and the prices for the plans activation and taxes. At this point in my visit I became upset because the information I was given in Tahlequah was incorrect and misleading. Then Ashlee assured me that she couldnt give me what Tahlequah had said but because I had traveled from Tahlequah and was willing to port all 3 phone lines from my current carrier to Boost Mobile that she could work with me to make sure I was satisfied with the phones plans and prices from the Muskogee Boost Mobile and she did exactly that. After working with her i left the store a very satisfied Boost Mobile customer with a family plan including 3 lines and new phones at a price I could afford. The Muskogee store is truely blessed to have such a wonderful employee who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied with making Boost their wireless provider. I hope they realize that and do everything possible to hold onto her and reward her for doing such a wonderful job.

Went in today to change my phone number. It would cost $30. It was free when I called boost mobile customer service.The guy there today was a jerk.He thinks he knows it all. And lied about the cost.I will go to Tulsa to find better service at a location from now on.This location should lose there franchise.

I have come into this location on several occasions over the years as it is the closest Boost Mobile store to my home. They are always able to answer my questions and assist me in a timely manner. My only complaint is that I had ordered a phone off of their website and took it to the store to combine the phone with my account to turn it into a family plan, The rep at the store advised me I couldnt have insurance on the phone because I ordered it on their website. Come to find out later they were wrong and I could have added it! Now its too late and my phone has to remain uninsured because you must add insurance in the first 30 days of having the phone. The reps at this location need to learn proper guidelines to ensure that this doesnt happen again. Luckily I had many good experiences here so I decided not to get too upset over the ordeal. Just make sure you add insurance if you buy the phone online!

Whatever the name of the short chick that works in the store on 69hwy. Shes is the laziest person have ever came across and she lied about switching my sim card over to my iphone. I had my own chip and she wants to tell me its a $25 activation fee when the last time I went in to ask the same girl told me there would be no charge for sim switch and activate. She extremely rude too . Id say go to one of the other stores they have less than a few miles away!

This store has a very rude employee by the name of Ashley!!!!! I was in there today around 1 pm to switch from one cell place to boost and she was rude and very short wouldnt explain anything. So needless to say I did not switch and at your store as long as you have employees s like this. I would suggest to everyone dont go in here while shes there! Try to avoid this boost store if at all possible!!!

This store needs to work on crediting the correct accounts because they continue to credit the wrong ones and make it the customers fault and I feel when they make the mistake boost should pay for it not the customer because the agent is the one who inputs the data in the system so they should pay better attention to what their doing double check it, boost needs to make this right and not make the customer pay over again when its boost agent who messed up
