Great location and wonderful store associate. She did an amazing job, which made up for the fact that there was a bit of a wait. Its ok though because they are a busy store. The service comes up a bit short. Right now you get unlimited data but I drop calls quite a bit and the data is slow for 4g. But the service is free so I cant complain but I do wis it was more reliable.

Took my disabled brother here.. lacy was super nice and took care of his needs... Got a free phone and now he is set to go!!

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. Have been with this comany way longer than I ever should have been. I am currently trying to get my number ported to a new company. Store tells you to call customer service customer service tells you go to store or it will be 24 hours. Been trying to get this done since last week. Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. When I told the store I was switching to another company LACY said. GOOD

By the time we finally found the business s customer came out and told it they were closing because of covidsoi really dont have to much of a rating

I took a guy there that was walking in the snow and I waited for him to get his phone it took about 30 minutes and then I took him home he was a veteran and I thank him for a service and tomorrow is his birthday and so I sang him a happy birthday song hes a very nice man

Workers are friendly. But I had to get a flip phone at first. I go back to upgrade to a smart phone. They only had 1. I had a Sprint phone. The lady gives me a smart phone. It was $44.00 almost. Plus $5.00 switch over fee. The new phone worked in only a couple of places in Muskogee. Did not work at all, at home. I called and found out that she gave me a T Mobil phone. No service in My area. I went back a couple of days later. The manager was not in. Said no smart phones for Sprint. They would be back in next week. Lady would call. I have called several times and even been back to the store. Still I have no smart phone. I can only use an old phone with Wi-Fi. They did reactivate my flip phone. I was out almost $50.00 for a phone, I cant use. Cant get a refund or new phone. So not happy with them. It says get a new phone with 4GB of data. Cant use it. :( I really cant afford to lose the S50.00.

In Muskogee they have a limited selection and never never never answer their phone. I finally went to an assist location in Tulsa and got great service and fairly priced phone. The Broken Arrow location is okay, higher priced phones. Tulsa location (41st?) Assist Wireless is much better than either Muskogee or Broken Arrow. The one star is because of the Muskogee location.

Do not buy accessories here!!! I bought a pair of headphones and they wont stay charged they die as soon as they are taken off the charger! They wont do a exchange or a refund, refused to even ask the owner the manager just said no i have the receipt and packaging would gladly show them they are defective. However no i just threw away money! On a pair of headphones that dont work!

I was there with one of my friends. One of my friends got a phone there.

Just go to Easy Wireless. My mom is legally blind and cannot drive herself around. When she was forced by employees to buy a $25 dollar phone and got home to Checotah to use it, she couldnt hear anyone that called her and the person on the other end only heard echoes. When we got back to Muskogee all they said was they couldnt do anything because my mom didnt pay for the insurance and she shouldnt have left the store if it didnt work, like she would have known??! Just save your time and go to Easy Wireless.

Melissa Dawn Shoemake and Jeremy D Johnson the manager of the store and other 5 stores are so rude. Told me to get out when I paid my phone bill, and they had my credit card number saved. So I took screenshots of Jeremy Johnson and Melissa Shoemake writing down my card numbers. Dont recommend Muskogee Assist.

This company is the biggest ripoff ...worst phones (but outrageously priced), totally unreliable connections and a staff that WONT ANSWER THEIR BUSINESS PHONE (no Im totally serious)so people have to drive over there. Turnover is so high nobody seems to know anything except how to pile on charges ( these are supposed to be GOVT PHONES BTW)So lol the bottom line is like yeah I hate em

The lady in the store, name country or Melissa.. was so rude and cussing at me and my grand-father. Try to get a new SIM card but was saying i needed a whole new phone, so she suspended my line and walk in the back.
