My veheical was picked up by this business at my mistake between me and my bank! i take full responsibility and fees/cost!First, Issues start after 1pm friday when all payments were made at bank, and the process of getting my truck back!started that paper work was not sent yet but i was at the back after payments made, bank called in front of me to release truck!! But lady in office did tell the road name that my truck was located on! 1:08pm fri, holiday weekend.Now after finally calling back sevetal times and then about 230-245pm was told all papers were received but app. was needed to pick up truck! No one was at the lot location. I explained my situation that had family plans and i was only 1-2 minutes away. short road, stayed very close to location so people would not have to wait. and to drive my truck out of the fence could only take seconds. But, i was forced to app. time of tuesday at 9:30!after waiting i got conformation with address and phone number! Now i had conformation if truck location! so i go to the business front door and knock, ring bell!! no answer but 2 cars as if people were their! go back to my truck and call to try speak with supervisor that is releasing my truck, as i was on hold, they called lot where truck is located but i can see in fence, my truck is not their! After being on hold for a minute or 2! said im sorry, nothing we can do, no one is at the lot! As i was on the phone still and in the parking lot, a person walked out front door, got in one one the 2 vehicles that have been their and drove off!It gets worse.....now i get back home and explain to family our situation, wife said her medical medication and meters as she is type 1 diabetic, cant do without!i call back and explain that medical emergency and need personal items out! they could care less about it and said tuesday at 930am i could get items. now were looking for insulin and spare meter at family house. if cant find any then it will be an ER TRIP! ohh and before i left the parking lot, a truck driver pulled up to drop cars off at the location!I got a close friend that delt with this company, got his truck back but not all personal items were in truck!I informed my bank about the situation and the company that does recovery for them, i talked to the company that handled the paper work about the situation.... as im still in the process of this situation.... and will update the outcome!! But im thinking about contacting the authorities to see if they have a solution! And ive contacted for to locate the gps and watching. As ive got other electronic devices in the truck used for work that can be gps located as well!!

Ok. My vehicle was out out for repo beck in February.. I was able to get it all paid up and my vehicle NEVER GOT PICKED UP.... Now all of a sudden..while Im in chapter 7 bankruptcy..they send the invoice for the unpaid fees and TAKE ALMOST $200 OUT OF MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT!!! how TF is that legal??? Just wait.. my lawyer has all their info. If I dont get my money back quick...fast...and in a hurry theyre finna be sorry!!! Ef yall!!

They will break into your vehicle and steal from you.

I Dont know what they use to write on your windshield but they do not get it off for you instead he gave advice on what to BUY!!! They broke my keys trying to start the car. They did purchase another key for me the next day.

The woman that works there is a horrible person and doesn’t want to help at all. Wouldn’t even let me get my sentences out. These people are a bunch of crooks ! This place needs to be shut down or needs a new staff

These people came and got my car and when my husband went to get our things they had stolen items out the car. SMH
