Just returned from have a tire repaired, and cannot express the quality, professionalism, and kindness of the staff at Big A Tires. I went to two other tire shops, and their responses were sketchy. Big A Tires repaired my flat, saved me some cash, and were as pleasant as could be. I just found my new Tire and Repair shop!

I took my car in for a front in alignment and instead of telling me I need to get parts fixed before the alignment they did the alignment and didnt say anything. After I paid and drove off I realized the alignment wasnt right. Took it right back and then they started trying to tell me everything but the alignment wasnt going to take. I asked why they did the alignment when they knew it wasnt going to be right without giving me the option and they told me when I get the parts fixed to bring it vacation within 90 days and they will redo it. Took it back and now they are saying they wont redo it without charging because I didnt pay them the $3000 to fix the parts 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Went and got a tire plugged . They half did the job a day later my tire was flat . so I had to go to another shop and they showed me that they half did the job and didnt even plug the tire right . on top of that their over priced. Never again.

I bought a used tire within a two days bubbled on side wall. When I called to get a replacement and was told there is no warranty on used tires at this shop unlike most shops And also I paid $20 less at the shop on Coliseum Boulevard to replace the tire I’d just bought and it came with a warranty too. I used this shop for years and never had a problem until now, but the fact that they did not make things right is enough to stop me from using this shop ever again.

Had a bad blow out on the way to pick up a rescue dog, a truck dropped. Metal. And it shredded the back tire. I Googled them and went off of stars and comments. Told them what was going on, got there. They were waiting for me, took the car had it up on the rack. I was out of their in less than. 30.min. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Worst customer service ever! Larry has no business being in charge of any kind of personal service he was rude and cut me off when I was trying to let him know the problem I was having. I went to firestone and was told that it is was issues that I had already paid for at Big A, I spent well over $600 and not even 5 months later I had a issue with my vehicle that they fixed. Instead of saying let us take a look at it Larry tried to justify why it wasnt their problem and why they were not responsible for fixing it. I would never recommend anyone to this shop ever based off of this. If a customer has a problem let them explain to you what issues they are having and at least try to be more considerate knowing that your company was responsible for the labor this is not the way you do businesss!

Mechanics ..are probably not even certified, rude and condescending terrible attitudes I would recommend going anywhere other than this piece of garbage Everyone down to the little old lady that works here is an extremely rude I dont know how in the world they have been in business as long as they have I would just pay an extra $300 to not have to deal with these people ever again
