Took my truck in too see could they fixs the suspension. I lifted it 2 years ago and the previous shop did a horrible job. But CTU especially a guy name Vinnie made sure everything was A 1 when I came back to get it. Thank you so much.. 🤝

Ive used CTU several times for truck covers and window tinting. Would recommend them. Qualty workmanship. Just had my windows tinted on my new toy- Mustang GT Fastback. They did an excellent job.

CTU is awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional staff. They ordered my step bars and installed them the next day within 35 minutes! They did an excellent job! Ill be back for tenting and a bed cover.

I was super pleased with the staff I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and have always been completely satisfied with the service.

Not pleased with the service I received on 6/3/2021. My wife was upset to the fact she dont want to have anything to do with CTU. The manager was Shawnna Ferrari. The manager was very argumentative. and did not display any customer service skills to help the situation. We was never shown the tint board. The manager us three time had we paid $275 for the work that was done, this because the young man who checked me out never showed the bill was paid. we answered her three times yes. the problem was we requested CTX legal tint, with a Lifetime warranty and what we received was CTX 15%. the young lady that there was working with another customer asked one question did she show you the tint board. We asked what it would cost to correct that mistake after the fact and replace the tint she stated it would cost $160 with legal tint. that would mean I paid $435 for window tint at CTU.

We were really hopeful with this place. Initially the customer service was great, everyone is really nice. We went there to get the headlights replaced in my Nissan Altima. We were told by Chad the headlights were the wrong size and would not fit and the lady at the counter confirmed she saw the headlights together and they were the wrong shape. After we picked up my car my husband installed the headlights himself and they fit perfectly. We let Chad know and sent pics. He did apologize but then stated, at least you saved yourself a bunch of money. It wasnt about the money, my husband can obviously do this, it was about convince and time. I just wish they wouldve taken the time to do the job we would have payed them to do.

Very good place to go to upgrade your vehicle. Very knowledgable, I personally had a leaking sunroof and they installed the new seal. Also ordered new fox shocks through them. These guys are professionals and stay very busy so make your appointment today. Thanks CTU

The receptionist was very friendly. She answered all out questions and even researched pictures of what my fathers truck would look like with different brand/style brush guards.

Terrible customer service... shockingly bad actually. Went in for a straightforward job that should have taken an hour or two at most and walked out 4 hours later with damage to my car and half my day wasted. First thing, Nick the owner/manager is rude and condescending. Hes not in the business of treating customers well and that it obvious from the first time you speak to him or look into his eyes. Hes cocky, arrogant, and kind of a jerk. They estimated 2 hours at $75 an hour to do a job. At about 3 hours I asked what the status was and was told they had only done half the work. Not only that, what they proceeded to show me was very poorly done and when I rightfully and calmly pointed out that it was taking a much longer time than even they estimated and that it looked bad they reacted about as poorly as you could for a business dealing with a customer. The desk clerk and owner who I was dealing with both became very defensive and rude in about 2 seconds flat which made an uncomfortable situation deteriorate very quickly. From there it became obvious that they treat customers like dirt and that the attitude comes from the top. Nick needs a major attitude adjustment and a course on how to treat customers, especially unhappy ones because this was an epic fail. Customer service starts with a smile and an apology if the customer isnt happy and then doing what you can to make things right.Seems simple but thats a foreign concept to this business. Altough the tech that came out and pointed out the work “wasnt the best” and “could have been done better” seemed to get it... however, he was with the boss who I can only imagine is a nightmare to work for so he was obviously watching what he said.Again, Nick is the biggest problem from what I can tell. He is an absolute nightmare of guy and should just stay away from customers and stick to his office if he wants his business to survive.Hes probably one of the worst managers Ive ever interacted with in my life. No joke. Unfortunately this is the beginning of the end of this place. Its a shame because they have a nice facility and the Auburn location couldnt have been nicer when I called to ask for help with my situation which it appears they did because I left 20 minutes later with the vinyl off the car and 4 hours of time wasted which was a win at that point which should tell you something. This place doesnt deserve your business with their current management and attitude. Look elsewhere.

My husband and I have had after market leather seats added to a vehicle twice by Auto Trim and Truck Design. Each time the quality of the work amazed us. Its absolutely beautiful. It looks better than the manufacturer installed leather seats of quite a few cars Ive noticed. They worked with me on selecting the two tones that I wanted to match the cars each time.We once made the mistake of letting a vehicle get leather seats done elsewhere. Forgive us for we not know what we do. That job was horrible. Loose and wrinkled. I even questioned the quality of the leather. All I could remember is how professional Auto Trim was and there will be no way that I will purchase a car from another Dealer who doesnt use Auto Trim and Truck Design.Every time I get into my Murano Im in love all over again with my leather seats. Two tone, sleek, smooth, matches my interior to the max. Hey, my car is smoken hot.

They do the work in a timely fashion..I think they are the only place in Montgomery toInstall trim work .

I had my windows tinted and the service was great and done in a timely manner.

Had some window tinting done here recently. A total tint job on a Maxima and a small deal with a windshield strip on a minivan. The quality and appearance of the tint they use and the installation is outstanding. Just be sure if you are getting a windshield strip put on you tell them exactly what you expect because the results of the legal measurements produce varied results on different vehicles. Let them know how far down you want the strip to cover before leaving the vehicle. Had an issue here ( not their fault) and brought it to their attention within 48 hours. They fixed it on the spot within five minutes and made sure the strip covered what I needed it to. Im very satisfied and made an appointment for another vehicle tint job next week..........Update.......Nevermind. Went back and was charged more for the smaller strip on the Prius than I was for the larger strips on the Maxima and Sienna and was not told that it would be more. Once again not properly consulted. The other post that talks about the attitude and customer service here is spot on. Thats exactly how they are but I gave them one more chance after the got tint spray on my Maximas new radio screen that wont come off and they liked about it. They were shifty and cold when I stated my problems with the Sienna tint not covering enough area. The girls that work up front become standoffish, snotty and rude when you express your concerns. Go elsewhere and get treated better. Too bad because the guy who did the tint is customer friendly and professional but he isnt in charge.

Tried to get our car tinted yesterday,we had an appointment that we did reconfirm the day before. When we arrived at our scheduled time, we were told that the appointment was for a few hours earlier and they could not take us cause they only have 1 window tinter on staff. The woman did not even say sorry- she could care less and had no customer srrvice skills at all. The man (manager?)in a baseball cap standing next to her stood there muttering like a Neanderthal unwilling to help resolve the appointment issue. He did mumble something about being understaffed and fully booked! This is not the place to try to get your car windows tinted- they are the WORST - best to go to a place that only does window tinting and knows what they are doing!

In response to the review written by the Google User with the so-called appointment on the Honda CRV. This person had made a appointment previously, and had called and rescheduled the appointment for another date. Eventually, he/she had forgotten the date they had rescheduled, and showed up on the wrong date, and we were not able work the vehicle in.We make a point to handle each and every customer professionally. We try to work in every customer, even if they do not have a appointment. We have been in business since 1980, and take pride in our work.As for the last issue, about not warrantying the Monte Carlo. The person in question did not have a proof of purchase to show where we had tinted the Monte Carlo in question, plus we had no record of them having their car tinted at Auto Trim and Truck Design. If the customer had any proof, original receipt, or copy of a proof of purchase, we would be more than happy to assist in the warranty issue.“We have always honored our warranties with a valid proof of purchase.

The owner Mr. Zebedee Henry, III is a Jehovahs Witness who creates fake reviews of his own business as seen in the image below. He does fair customer service there at AutoTrim. From time to time, the other Jehovahs preach to the customers and we looked up some of their suggestions and found the information to be quite useful. Btw, ask Mr. Zebedee Henry,III about the Jehovahs JWorg 2 witness child abuse rule where he demands victims of child sexual abuse to produce 2 adult eye witnesses and then he doesnt report to police. I have been to Auto Trim Design only about three times since about 1987. Each time I was very pleased with the work, price, and their customer service. I live near Atlanta now and need a headliner for my VW. The prices around here seem ridiculously high. I will be going back to Montgomery soon and will being stopping by to get an estimate. I have lived around Montgomery most of my life and have never heard of anyone dissatisified with ATD.
