My visit was to have the first service on my 2020 Serra. Arrived at about 10:15 without appointment. Promptly greeted and truck was taken in within a few minutes. I also requested a wash which was not included with the free first service. Took about an hour and a half. Service was complete and wash was great. Treated very nice by service folks. Soo where do I start? On Friday July 30, 2021 Mr. Gary Coop Cooper and Mr. Jimmy made sure my aunt and I were taken care of! Starting with allowing us to test drive the newest car in the showroom!These two guys have such warm personalities! They kept us entertained the entire time we were there.As we came back to crunch some numbers Mr. Jimmy was a man of his word when it came to our budget!! Even after that he still had more to give!!I must admit it was one of my greatest car buying experiences!!P.S. The financial officer was awesome too but for the life of me I cant remember his name!!

Originally had my appointment scheduled on 2 Oct however upon showing up I was turned away and service would not be preformed due to not enough employees. An honest heads up/phone call would have been sufficient instead of me wasting an hour round trip in travel time. Was told to reschedule mid week so I did for 7 Oct. Scheduled an oil change and 7500 mile check up per my GMC apps recommendation. Upon arriving I hand in my keys and proceed to the waiting area. After TWO HOURS for a simple oil change and no other work I was only greeted with a sorry it took so long. No compensation or explanation for delay. I will not be recommending or going back to this dealership for service or business.

If you don’t see something on their lot, possibly they can find you something on another Sonic lot. Im always hesitant to go into a dealer before I know what I want. Their salesman, Jordan, changed that for me. He never made me feel pressured, he could answer all my questions. I have purchased the last two vehicles (enclaves) for my wife the sales and service has always been about customer care and services.I also recently purchased a 2021 Colorado from sonic when the first service was due I was treated rudely by the Chevy dealer when they finally answered my phone call (four days of not answering my phone calls) so I move my business to the Buick dealership where the service is truly first class the employees were on there A game not only with myself but seeing the interaction with the other customers. The guys next door (sonic Chevrolet) need to take lessons

Takes hours to do a basic service oil change, went for first service on my Terrain. I had an appointment for 10:30. When I got there I was told it would take hours to do. Had to call my wife to come get me. I have had this experience almost every time I ve been. Tony is the only one that is helpful!

Would be 5 stars except for a small snafu on GMs part concerning veterans discount; I am a certified Vietnam Veteran with not only 2 Purple Hearts, but also disabled as certified by IDMe. My salesman, Justin Graham, as well as the other staff that I worked with, were exceptional and professional in all our dealings. In fact, to remedy the problem with the discount, they are giving a couple of gas fill-ups and a couple oil changes because of this, although I live over 65 miles away and have to make trips to Montgomery for this. Tim lead a team of people that went out of their way to make our experience, enjoyable, while staying on task to get the job done. Justin was a great demonstrator helping us learn how to use some of the new features. This team is one that we will recommend in the future to family and friends. COMPLETELY SATISFIED. One thing could be improved on GM Financial should stop using ID.me. Trust the dealership to provide proof direct from the buyer, It took over 24 hrs to get a response from ID.me saying the DD 214 I handed Tim was the same one on file with ID.me. GM Fin would not accept a copy personally handed to the dealership. The delay came within 30 minutes of forcing a voided contract from me and wife. GM STOP forcing dealership to use that money sucking company.

Tony always offers excellent service. I walked in without an appointment, and he was servicing a lobby full of clients. Tony still displayed a wonderful demeanor and explained to me that I was looking at an over 1.5 hour wait. I told him that would be fine and thanked him for his candor. I was disappointed to see a customer sitting in the lobby without a mask. We are under a state mandate Safer At Home ordinance from the Governor until March 31, 2021. This order includes a mandatory mask policy in public places, Classic Cadillacs lobby is a public place. While everyone has their own reason for wearing or not wearing, it should not be a option in public places.

Disastrous. It was suppose to me oil and change and alignment, I dropped it off on Thursday 8 :30 AM . It was done on Saturday. I went to pick on Saturday and car won’t start. Got a call on Monday that I need new battery. It just mysteriously died. Never had any issues prior even when I did not drive for weeks. Got car on Monday with a we are sorry.

I would highly recommend Classic Buick GMC Monthomery! I purchased a used vehicle from them and was able to complete the entire trade without ever stepping foot in the dealership. I live 1.5hrs from them so this was huge. The salesman Gary was fantastic and more than willing to provide me with photos, videos and details of the vehicle I was interested in. He worked hard to get me a very fair deal on my trade and their car was priced appropriately. We worked out all the numbers over the phone and Allison in finance was great with completeing the transaction. Brett, one of the managers even reached out to make sure all was good. The deal was complete on Saturday and they sent a driver (Cam who was as nice as he could be) on Sunday to deliver the car and pick up our trade. Worst service I have ever seen. Two major issues with transmission while vehicle is under 36,000 miles and was told we cant fix it if we cant duplicate the problem. 30 days to wait for an appointment, then the vehicle sets on the lot for a week before it is looked at. The two problems were slow to go into gear during a cold front. The vehicle jumped out of gear and rolled backwards 12 while turned off at a boat ramp. Common sense would tell you, that you cant duplicate a problem unless you duplicate the environment when it happens. I still dont understand setting up appointments when they let it set on the lot a week before it is looked at. It appears the dealership cares nothing for its customers or their problems dealing without a vehicle they sold them.

We had an appointment set just to change the bulbs to a brighter bulb in my 2012 GMC Acadia due to the fact that the standard bulbs just don’t emit enough light to drive safely at night. When we arrived Tony told us that they were at least two weeks behind and would not be taking any more appts ? Well we already had a confirmed appt. He informed that we should just change the entire headlight assembly, however our headlights are very clear? Two days later he called and said it would be 576 to change the bulbs and it was 131 for the tests that they had already run. We didn’t need any tests run because we knew that all bulbs were working but they just needed to be replaced for brighter bulbs. We paid and I went home you tubes how to change them and my wife changed them all herself. My complaint was how we were originally approached that they were two weeks behind and he immediately suggested we change the entire headlights out Secondly, we were never told that they would be running a diagnostic test. We were informed that they would call us with our options prior to doing anything. I will give the little cashier lady in the office a 10 on her sweet disposition and bubbly personality.

The experience was very positive, however, there was a few issues that needed to be resolved. The window tint company installed the tinting without first cleaning the windows (window sticker tape marks between tint and window still there). The door edge and door cup protectors were installed with dirty hands, so there is dirt/oil residue under protectors. And maybe the biggest issue was while the new 2500HD Denali is an awesome truck, one important detail that was left out of the walk around instruction was not to use a trailer hitch with the tailgate step. That cost me $700 the day after purchase when I dented the tailgate on the trailer hitch. Something that should be shared when you are buying an $80,000 truck.

Made my appointment a week ago. I bought my car in for service, oil change, check power steering and AC. Told too busy to check problem with AC. Got oil change and power steering fluid and check for leak. No problem except the checkout paperwork said that my oil reset was done and it was not. Called back and new service guy didnt know how to tell me how to reset and I asked to speak to someone who knew. At that point I was disconnected. I called back and no answer. I called again and person answered and told me to come in. I said I didnt want to because of distance from dealer and my time constraints. She said she would ask Tony to call me. Tony didnt call back yet. This was such a simple request and I feel ignored. If this happened at my previous dealership they simply got someone to tell me how to reset oil. They need to call me. Why should I return to get more exposure to COVID?
