I buy my medicine here but have had numerous issues on the filling of them. Would highly recommend somewhere else if possible. Small store with limited products also.

Made an appointment for a rapid COVID test and upon arrival was told they didn’t have the staff to give it then the pharmacist told us they didn’t have any tests until 2:00. We spoke with Walgreens the day prior and confirmed they had would have them. Ridiculous

I’m told by family that the pharmacist at this Walgreens went “above and beyond” to help process a much needed prescription. We are grateful.

I purchased 3 items, all of which were on clearance. i had a coupon to use for the items. employee wouldnt allow me to use my coupon. even took it from me and threw it away. said i cant use coupons on clearance items. which he doesnt know his own store policy. if he wouldve taken the time to look at walgreens website which states YES you can use coupons on clearance items as long as the coupon doesnt exceed the price of the item. i shouldve saved $9

Always has what Im looking for whether it be a hair color, vitamins, pens, candy or milk! Like a one stop shop!

Scheduled my daughter to get a Covid vaccine for this afternoon. She just turned 16 on Tuesday. Sherry answered the phone and I explained that my daughter turned 16 less than a week ago and has no drivers license and asked if there was anything we could bring in place and she answered simply “yeah” in a very aggressive manner. I then asked what we could bring in place of a drivers license and her response was “something with her photo and date of birth” in such a tone that my first instinct was to just hang up the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be sure to use any Walgreens Pharmacy besides this one in the future. Sherry should find a new job because it is clear she does not enjoy what she does...

Been waiting in the drive up 25 minutes with only one car in front of us now there are so many cars around us we cant even get out consistently the slowest service 😒

Do not recommend the pharmacy. They are rude and act like they are put out.

You get treated nice by all employees, especially Nicole, the night pharmacist. Ive been shopping here for years and will NOT go anywhere else!

Used the drive through to pick up my wifes meds after leaving the hospital...the guy helping us was named David and was very rude from start to finish...definitely should not be in customer service

Took the pharmacy 2 hours to fill a cream prescription. I went through the drive-thru two times and I was told they never recieved it so I called the hospital and they laughed because they have issues with this pharmacy not getting the order so she called back to send it again. I was told I would get a call when it was ready by the pharmacy, I never did, when I came back to the window at two hours the pharmacists told me he called the hospital to get the script bc it was never sent and proceeded to talk over me. Ive had nothing but issues with this pharmacy in the past and only went to them because it was the closest to where we were.

I spent 30+ minutes in the drive through. When I got up to the terminal, someone had sent the tube container back to the desk. So, I pushed the call button to get it sent back (to send my info to them to be more time efficient and to be ready for when it was my turn). When the man answered the call, he berated me SEVERAL times for pushing the call button (I had only pushed it once), even after I told him why I pushed it. Getting chastised for pushing a button that is there for my assistance seems rather bad customer service. CVS, here I come. This was May 5th, 2020 @ 11am-ish.

The people are great.. Very respectful good manners always there when u need help. There is one cashier that is always smiling seems too love her job and loves the people . I will always shop at this store so long as I feel like I am important to them. When I walk in too the store I am greeted with a smile and when I leave I feel good.

As of right now, were sitting at 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive-thru line. If you have somewhere to be, Id highly recommend you choose a different Walgreens. The front end cashiers have always been kind to me, but this is by far the slowest pharmacy Ive ever experienced.

Generally a great pharmacy that is attentive to your needs and goes the extra mile. Tonight (June 3, 2019 approx. 4 pm), being proactive because I had to travel tomorrow, took in a narcotic pain med prescription in so it would be available for pickup tomorrow before I left. Totally unprofessional person behind the counter I hadnt seen here before. Unkempt, tight, wrinkled scrubs. Bleached hair with blue kool-aid tips. Of course, she would be the one to wait on me. Told her I didnt think the prescription could be filled until tomorrow but wanted to dtop it off so it would be ready. She scurried around to computers and came back and said, youre right it cant be filled. Before I could finish the sentence Can I leave it with you for pickup tomorrow she shoved it back at me and said come back tomorrow. Many people have mentioned how rude this pharmacy is. I figured Id present an example of that behavior.

I can get my prescriptions 24 hours a day so I go at odd times when theyre not busy. Very clean store. I had pictures from my phone printed there. I am technology challenged and the employee helped me print them.

The pharmacy staff is horribly rude. Ive worked at a pharmacy before and I would be mortified if any of my co-workers were to treat our customers the way this pharmacy does. Weve been belittled, hung up on, misinformed and will not be going back.

Sherry in the Pharmacy was VERY RUDE!!! She wanted to get me off the phone ASAP!

Clerk yelled at my like a child and held up the line behind me not not completing my return immediately when I walked in the door. Still had my receipt and he made a huge fuss about it.

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I was told my script would be ready at a certain time and returned twice just to be told it still wasnt ready. Terrible experience. Eventually I finally got it
