Nice selection of products and the rep was very knowledgeable however there was only 1 person working so she couldnt give everyone the attention they needed but she did the best she could. Love the pallets!! Would give 5 stars if they have more help..

Friendliness can be an improvement! Very much hesitant to ask advice and seek insight because the responses from staff seem short and non-specific to your needs. Almost as if staff seem annoyed to answer questions and want to fast forward their customer service.Also could improve how they reinforce ongoing promotions and deals! I spent over $65 there and they did not tell me I could get a free makeover. I invested a LOT that day and still felt unhappy because I was lost with trying to choose the right products even though I tried to speak up and ask for help.

I always have had bad experiences here. They always match foundations too pale or too dark. I’ve overheard them make fun of customers in store. I will no longer shop at this Sephora location. You’re better off going to Sephora in north park mall, because they are so friendly and helpful there!

I went in with a return and to purchase some foundation/ primer. The associate helping me “ matched “‘me with 2 foundations that didn’t match and then couldn’t get me a sample of either. I still left with 2 eyeliners but I spend a lot of money at Sephora and I felt I had horrible customer service today.

The employee was so helpful and kind!
