Great pricing, kind staff. An abundance of selections. I was shown some human hair bundles that were some of the most authentic and natural looking I have seen in awhile. This will definitely be one of my go-to stores, even though I’m from out of town!

We were greeted upon entry and asked multiple times if we needed assistance. Business was neat and clean. I love that they are more accessible than other stores when they are closed.

First visit and actually had everything I needed. Staff is very polite. Youre greeted when you come in and when you leave. Sells hard to find hair products for people of color.

They are always patient, kind, and helpful. The last time we were in the hairstylist asked if we were finding everything - I said “I think so”. She came over and made sure our needs were met. I love that they carry a lot of products and accessories so we can make one stop and get everything we need.

Nice shop . Great products. Awesome shopping environment. No ones breathing down your neck lol but they are helpful when needed.

Experienced poor customer service last week. The owners daughter did not offer help. When I asked if they carried a certain product she said she didnt know, to ask her mother. She went back to doing whatever she was doing. Her mother was in the back doing hair.

Found an excuse not to do my hair cos its short. I actually have braid 4different times before trying her.

Went there with a friend for the first time and was not greeted in a friendly manner nor offered help.The woman there watched us like a surveillance camera which made us feel really uncomfortable while we was discussing and looking over a pack of hair to purchase. She seemed bitter and rude at the register which to me is not how you greet nor thank a customer in such establishment.
