Ive been going to this salon on and off for over three years and I have never had what I would consider super bad experience. Almost every stylist Ive had has been friendly and has listened to exactly what I wanted. Most recently I was sat in Beckys chair and she was friendly and professional. It was just a simple hair cut, I was in and out in less then an hour but she made a great impression on me.I have had so many different things done by stylist in this salon and I am almost never disappointed by their work.My hair pretty much always looks great every time I leave this Salon. Its not super expensive either, I have never payed more then $150 pre tip.I love this place and almost every time I go in I am reminded why I always come back.

Go see Jade if you have no idea what your looking for. I said be creative and she went for it. Absolutely recommend.

We took our kids here about two weeks ago. My daughter got her hair thinned. They completely butchered it. Since when does thinning hair consist of taking huge chunks out of her head? Its awful. No only that, the same lady messed up my sons buzz cuz. How do you mess up a buzz cut? Beyond belief. They refunded our money. We will never return to this location. The Davenport salon did an awesome job the time before this. No butchering.

Andrea cut and styled my hair, I was nervous I got a lot cut off, but I couldnt be happier I absolutely love my new style and it feels and looks so healthy

I see Nicole for hair color and cuts every few months. She always does such an awesome job people take pictures of my cut and want to see her. Will be seeing her again this month. Very happy 😊

The staff and stylists were very rude and had attitude with us. So I had to cancel my appointment after waiting 15-20 mins.

Lady didnt seem too sure on how to color my hair & then told me she didnt have time to put peroxide on it with the color. Well then why did the receptionist tell me to come on down then? Weird!!!
