So Ive got some damage to my ram 3500 drw and I took it to Ed voyles to get an estimate to have it repaired and they want to charge me $48 to do an estimate. I was probably going to give them $4,000 worth of work.Are you kidding me. Geez!Ill take my business elsewhere

Service department is fantastic! I brought my car in last week for an oil change and a pesky engine light indicator. The service representative Jim took care of everything and did a fantastic job (along with the rest of the service department). Jim communicated the items that needed to be addressed line by line for my car (luckily overall pretty minor) and implemented the repairs efficiently. The price he told me over the phone for total cost of the repairs was the final price I paid which was fantastic. Jim also went above and beyond helping me get a ride home after I dropped my car off by scheduling me a Lyft. I’ll continue to go to Ed Voyles with people like Jim working there!

First time to the dealership to pick up touch-up paint for my Jeep I purchased elsewhere. Prior to going, I spoke with Warren in Parts who checked that the paint was available in stock. He was very cordial and took the time to locate it. He checked my VIN to locate any recalls. When I arrived at Parts, he set up my information in the system for my future visits for service. Excellent customer service.

Ed Voyles proved to be a top dealership- went above and beyond for me through the whole buying process. Honest and upfront. They treated me with respect from start to finish. Finance manager, Jeremy is on top of his game. Seriously, great experience! Tyrone and Ben are the sales staff I worked with - awesome guys! Can’t go wrong with either one of them. Get to Ed Voyles!

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Appointments mean nothing.After making an appointment two weeks ahead of time, my Jeep sat for days without anyone looking at it. When I was warned that it wouldnt be quick, I asked Why dont I just bring it back in a couple days? The response was that they operate first in/first out, and that if I left someone else might come in before me. DO NOT BOTHER WITH AN APPOINTMENT. IT WONT MATTER. After three days of promises I finally just went and got it, took it to a smaller, local shop, and had it fixed the same day. EVCDJR Service is basically worthless. Go (literally) anywhere else.Also, see how few reviews they have (20 as of right now). Looks kinda like theyre deleting bad reviews. Huh.Response to response: This has been an ongoing issue that you have failed to address for years. People would see that if you were not deleting poor reviews. YOU HAVE FAILED AS AN OWNER/MANAGER. READERS DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

I called to inquire about a hard to find part and provided my VIN. I drove an hour to this location after being told it was in stock. Upon arrival I was told the one they had would not fit my car and that it was back ordered for 2 months. They did provide me another location that had the part in stock. I wish they had provided that information originally. No explanation for the misinformation.

Just purchased a pre-owned vehicle a few days ago. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tyrone as my sales rep, and Jeremy, the finance manager. They were both extremely helpful. The dealership was busy that evening due to being understaffed. They did not rush me and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. They both stayed late into the evening beyond normal business hours to make sure everything was right with my purchase. Highly recommend!!

Buyer beware! We were mislead about 10 different aspects of our “certified” preowned vehicle. The service center manager misled and tried to trick us on our purchase in many ways! So many lies from you guys and so much misleading and so much disappointment. I also love how all the responses from the dealership say “please reach out to us” haha. What a joke. Maybe if you guys didn’t have 4 chances in the week I purchased to make it right I might consider it. I regret doing business with you guys and I promise none of my friends, family or associates will be back. Also let me say again that the service department is way under qualified. I should have taken my vehicle to my kids daycare, I would have gotten better service, atleast it would have been honest.
