Straight 5 stars across the board. They were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. They even stayed after hours so I could make the journey from Decatur in afternoon traffic to see the car. He said he would hold the car for 24 hours due to the situation with the bank. The banks computers went down when doing the loan. He ended up selling the car that same night. Personally I feel like you shouldn’t say something like that if you are not going to keep your word.

DO NOT COME HERE AS A FIRST TIME BUYER OR ANYONE UNDER 25. Greg was extremely rude and refused to even take a look at a finance plan with me (as my bank had yet to approve the one I submitted with them) and he solely told me he would not sell me the vehicle due to my age and never having a loan before (reasons changed about 3-4 times before settling on this) and he tried repeatedly telling me I didn’t make as much as I did even with me showing him my paystubs and bank statement (I am a server at a high scale bistro in buckhead) and proceeded to waste my time, it is completely ridiculous that I called ahead of time and explained my situation and everything was completely fine until they saw how old I was (even though I had told them when we First spoke). I wish I never came here as I only had to wait another day for my bank to approve me. I instead went a mile down the road and found a year newer mustang with less miles, faster engine, and a convertible soft top for almost $1000 less. That dealer never once questioned or judged me on my age and handled the entire situation very professional. I will never come back or recommend “Car guys” to anyone.

I visited three dealership before making a final purchase from Car Guys. The experience for me was good and comfortable.Greg was very reasonable. No Marks-Ups on the Vehicles, comes with a Car-Fax, Non-Auction Vehicles. Good customer service from Jake as well.Had to do some minor repair/maintenance after purchase but was provided with the options to go through the dealers mechanic.

I have bought two cars within the past 4 years absolutely great cars is all they have there and easy to deal with and it didnt take long like some of the big dealerships and thats definitely key for me cuz Im always busy

I was in the market for a specific vehicle and found out about Car Guys on the website Cars.com and I’m very happy I did. Called and spoke to Greg about the vehicle they had just got on the lot. He was able to answer specific questions I had about the vehicle. With me being a state over I had never purchased a vehicle out of state so was very new to the whole experience. The process couldn’t have been any easier Greg took the time to make sure everything was supplied and sent to me with specific instructions on what he needed. I made the 3 hour trip to the dealer to look over the vehicle and can tell you the vehicle was as perfect as it could get. Test drove it and finished signing the paperwork. Just that easy the way it should be! Every employee at this location is very kind and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go check them out.

Very personal and service was not good whatsoever!!! The manager of the store was rude and very disrespectful. Very bend out of shape. I will never ever come back or recomand this place to nobody. I admit they had good vehicles but the service was bad. He even interupt the salesman when he was only giving me advice if i wanted that vehicle so bad. If they wanted me to put more money down then what i was willing to give all he had to do is say i need more then what i was willing to give and say sorry we cant help you instead of asking me why i want a second car. Obviously he did me a favor. I hope his business get shut down for good. Terrible service wont recommend this place to no one.

Greg the manager is terrible with the administrative aspect of purchasing a vehicle. He made several mistakes like signing vehicle transfer documents in the wrong spot. I went to register the vehicle at my local DMV and they advised me the dealership never filed the paperwork to transfer the vehicle. After my temporary tags were about to expire, I called the car lot and Greg had my title in my file. Stay away from this lot

Great guys to work with. Helped me get my car checked out and Jake helped me drive the car to and from my mechanic. He was professional, but easy to take to, and seemed to be an all-around good person. The pick-up I bought was fairly priced and was in the Best shape of all the ones I had looked at on several other lots.Also wanted to mention that everyone who was working there that day, was polite, respectful, and easy to carry on a conversation with.I would recommend them to anyone who was in the market for a good, fair priced vehicle.

This by far is one of the best used car places to go in the Atlanta Metro area...Greg is always willing to help, and he definitely goes the extra mile to ensure you get excellent service...The vehicles are reasonably priced, and they come with the Carfax reports...I was looking at a particular vehicle, sent my mechanic by for a test run, and he noticed a small issue...Greg immediately acknowledged that the part needed to be replaced and had it repaired immediately...As with all used vehicles, they are bought As Is, so he couldve just disclosed the issue and sold the car...He works with integrity, and that is not always the case with car sales folks...I would highly recommend heading to Car Guys if youre in need of a vehicle thats in good/excellent condition, and be sure to ask for Greg...

This man is a joke!! He does not know how to submit the paperwork propertly to the State and you have to go thru so much trying to get him to correct his mistakes. He is very unprofessional and rude. I regret our cash purchase with this guy, but you best to believe I will file a complaint against this Dealorship with the State of GA. Then on top of that he threatened me because he is upset that he messed up on paperwork and was refusing to correct it . My Attorney and I are waiting on him to slander my name so that we may file a lawsuit against him.There are to many dealorships in the State of GA to deal with unprofessionalism, rudeness, and lack of customer service.I am in receipt of your response, however you are full of it, because if there was an issues with my license, then I would not have been able to receive a GA State license 1 month prior to purchasing the Mountaineer and my Mercedes Benz. The was an issue with a car I own weed and sold in 2007 where someone was issued a tag in my name and there name, so get your faces straight.You are the one who lied and said you submitted out title work, in which the State of GA advised us it was on hold because you did not submit all of the proper paper work. I called you 3 weeks prior to the State telling us that you did not submit all of the proper documents and advised you that Dekalb County recognized that they allowed a man name Chris Green to get a tag, placing his name and my name on the tag. So they removed the error and is pursuing him.At the end of the day you do not properly do your job. Thank you for your response and I look forward to pursuing this further.I would definitely recommend you having vehicles that you sell checked out before putting them on the lot and taking people money. It is against the law to sell lemons, as well as allowing customers to drive off the lot with no car insurance on the vehicles. I know the State frowns upon that and that it is against the law.I definitely do not recommend Car Guys, it has been a headache dealing with Greg. A car buying experience suppose to be a happy occasion, not a moment of regret.
