Update: I had to take my car to another bodyshop and there is SO MUCH damage still that they didnt fix.Update: My car is now making a noise, and I have pieces of vehicle flying off my car.Purely reviewing the body shop area. They restored my vehicle after an accident and did such an amazing job. I thought my car was pulling after picking it up, they dropped everything to thoroughly check it out.They have excellent customer service skills! Every person there was so nice! My son enjoyed the added touch of the fish in the office area for while we did business. My car looks and drives great.

The 1st time I had my oil changed, there was a small oil stain on the drivers side seat. I have seat covers so I thought maybe my husband did it & I didnt notice. Well I noticed at this one because there was 2 additional stains. Oily elbow spot on the middle console, and when they changed the cab air filter they had the passenger seat cover 1/2 way off the seat. I will find some place else.

Worst experience ever! I never get in car accidents but I figured I’d get it towed there because of the reviews but the reviews were all a lie. I tried to reach out to service and body shop twice a day for four days straight to give release and no answer. No call backs. Feels like no one is there. Had to go to the facility to speak to the manger in person to get updates and release. On top of that I tried to get it towed there and the towing company took it to the yard and “forgot about it.” Would not recommend. Definitely reporting this.

The technician that changed my oil smelled bad. Which in turn made my car smell bad. It’s a brand new car. Pretty disappointed. As well the guy at the desk said they do an inspection on the car when it gets it’s oil changed but failed to go over any of the details of the inspection with me. I just went on a long trip prior to bringing it in so I was curious how the inspection went. Overall, not satisfied.

Service department always gets ya fixed up! Really appreciate working with Dave always very friendly and helpful!Sales are not too bad either. Only bad experience we had was asking our sales person to contact us regarding a newer vehicle if they got any nice low mileage used vehicles in but we never heard anything back.

Tried charging me 7000 for a new transmission. After arguing that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Turns out. I was right. It needed torque converter only. Transmission was fine and I spend only 1200 at another shop. I’ll never go back or recommend

Horrible service dpt. Had my truck in there 5 times in 2 months after they had my truck for over a month. Had to call everytime to find anything out never once called me to let me know any progress or if parts was in or truck was done. Did a trans job and was given back to me with a exhaust leak that took them two times time to replace a simple gasket and tried to tell me they had to use my warranty to replace my manifold.

Well Ill start out by saying I wish I could give them a zero. I dont recommend doing business with this particular dealership at all! The body shop treated me very unprofessional in how they repaired my truck. I had to take it back to them after I picked it up the first time because they simply missed an obvious matching badge on the door they replaced, and didnt even address another section that had been affected in the accident that was in plain sight. Also, they didnt detail my truck, just left it all dusty from the body shop! I mean really?? Yall have a detail shop, use it, its called professionalism. Trust me Ive worked at a dealership. You get good business by how you treat customers. Its called word of mouth, which is why I chose to write this review. Mind you I drove 6 hours since Im working out of town just to turn it back in to them so they could right their wrongs. Needless to say I got it back the second time and still have a whole on the inside in my back door where they forgot to put a light in and paint on my back glass where they carelessly touched up paint but didnt clean it off.

Car was idling rough and stalling. Put it on the computer it said was getting flooded, but didnt say why. $500 later it still ran rough. Took it to a local mechanic he fixed it by replacing a vacuum line in about 5 minutes, no charge. Runs fine now. Went to another mechanic, was a $5 fix, runs fine

Wish I could put a zero the body shop at summers sucks putting it mildly charged over $9,000 for repairs and paint on a Jaguar XF, missed paint, door was loose, tape marks everywhere, dust in the paint, busted the rear trunk molding and then said they didnt do it, it was perfectly fine when it went in, the list goes on, and on..... BE WARNED!! PATHETIC is an under statement.Whats more amazing looking at all these negative reviews no one from summers ever comment on their so called poor service and attitudes, goes to show their ignorance and customers are really not their priority!!!

My vehicle has been in the shop there for almost three months! Waiting on a seat cover... yes really, just a seat cover. So I am making payments on a new vehicle while driving around a junker car. I cant just go get it because its through insurance or I would. Slowest place around. Will never deal with them again for anything.

The body shop does a poor job!!! I was hit in the rear end on my 17 Malibu. It took over 2 weeks to get car back. The paint looked good, but there was gaps where the rear bumper meets the trunk some were over an inch, the interior liner never meet the trunk and was really loose, the truck had to be slammed with force. they took it back and fixed the gaps and tightens the interior liner, but dont align the trunk. ( The trunk shut easier before fixing the car after the wreck), and we had a new problem the blinker light was blown. They told us we needed to change it so after changing in at auto zone the blinker still doesnt work. The body shop said that nothing that they done could have caused the problem.
