Went there because I needed something larger to fit my family. Approved for $500 down for a vehicle I liked. Arrived there was told that I couldn’t get that specific one but one just like it…. That has 40000 more miles than the other and was covered in damage! Was told that I can only get a small or economy sized vehicle and would need to put $1750 down for a 2016. Boy bye! Not only that but that car smelled HEAVILY dog urine and one of the cars had to be jumped. It was terrible. Especially because when I called on the phone and asked specifically for that car and the mileage and everything it was perfect. I feel like I was lied to. Like it was predatory.As someone who purchased a car from them before, my experience prior to this one was decent. Previously I purchased a van. I ended up having to return that car because the transmission went out in less than a year. They didn’t have another like it so I went to Carmax.I don’t recommend shopping here. The staff was nice. But The cars are all salvage rebuilds OR in poor condition or have terribly high mileage. A 2017 shouldn’t have 70000 miles. I chose to buy from Carvana and had a much better and truthful experience.

I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by this dealership. I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific truck and confirmed the appointment an hour before my arrival making sure they knew the exact vehicle I was purchasing and that it was still available. When I arrived to the dealership the salesperson I dealt with said that the truck had a maintenance issue with one of the doors, then told us they were in the process of selling the truck and do not have anything available. I’m disappointed in the lack of common courtesy and professionalism received at this dealership. I do not recommend this dealership in any way shape or form, attempting to do business with them is a waste of time and energy, I recommend going anywhere else to buy a vehicle.

This place is a joke. I used their app to get quoted a down payment of just under $200.00. Then I wasted hours going up there (I live an hour away). Just for them to tell me it would be $5000.00 down for the truck I wanted. I even called to make sure I had an appointment with the salesman and told them what truck I wanted and he never told me the quoted down payment wasnt going to work for that truck. I will never deal with this company again. I was deceived into going up there and they tried to pawn off some cheaper cars on me. Dont believe what the app or website says about the down payment and dont waste your time. Go to a lot that states so much down gets you any vehicle on the lot and dont be deceived but lots like this....

Quentin is the best. Very nice. Had great options from me to choose from. He even gave my car a rinse off because it was paint on it. We ran into a slight delay but because of his knowledge we were able to proceed. He explained everything and didn’t mind me asking questions. I love my car. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!

I would like to start by saying I am extremely grateful to DriveTime. I went through hell with previous dealerships and heard outrageous claims that almost made me give up on getting the car I wanted. I went through DriveTime as my last option and was INSTANTLY satisfied. Nobody harassed me to get me into another car I didnt want and Christine (awesome awesome rep there) was patient and thoroughly explained to me everything. Can you believe that out of all those dealerships I went to, not one let me test drive the car? They all immediately ran my credit and tried to get some type of financing agreement. The first thing Christine had me do was test drive the car and I was given a completely reasonable down-payment amount compared to the $6000+ I was receiving elsewhere. I didnt have all of the money that day because I wasnt expecting to get approved, but Drivetime held the car for me with some money down until I was able to get all the funds together. I would like to thank the managers, Samuel, and Christine especially because this transaction felt more like a family deal rather than something super impersonal. I was very happy to hand my money over to DriveTime and not the other places I went to who are still trying to call me today. DRIVETIME AND SILVER ROCK A SCAM.DO NOT BUY THERE VEHICLES.They sold me a 10000 dollar Grand caravan with a loan of 22,000.(no credit 2 years ago) PAID MORE IN INTEREST THAN VALUE OF CAR.I just now passed my WARRANTY WITH SILVER ROCK milage cutoff point that Ive paid for 2 YEARS plus interest.Then.....here it comes. The transmission GOES OUT. Drivetime wont help. SILVERROCK WONT HELP. They screw people over at every step and you PAY FOR IT ALL. In the end Im upside down on my loan 8000 negative equity and CANT TRADE IT...AND CANT AFFORD TO FIX IT....DRIVETIME AND THERE PRACTICES ARE DISHONEST CARS FOR HONEST PEOPLE.

I did not like my experience at Drive Time. First they did not have the car I reserved on-line and confirmed through the phone prior my appointment. Then they trief to sell me a car much newer and expensibe that the one I had chosen. Last but not least, when I asked them about other cars similar to the one I had picked they would show me outrageous interest rates and monthly payments. It seemed they did not want to work with me and were very pushy. I walked out of there and will never consider DriveTime as a place to buy a car again.

Fast quick process. Going in knowing I didnt need a large down payment was a breath of fresh air. Decent selection of vehicles, had to travel over an hour to the dealership that had the car I wanted since they dont transfer between dealerships. Price I paid was below kbb where their competitor would have charged $3-$4k over kbb. So overall a great experience. Oh and the no haggle pricing made the visit in and out within an hour.. Zac Garcia was great.

While the sales person, Reginald, was nice enough, I definitely almost got scammed at the place so be careful. On the website, it said the car I wanted would be $211 PER MONTH with the down payment I planned. I get there and suddenly it’s $211 BIWEEKLY($422 a month). Since when do car dealerships show you biweekly payments online or at all? He tried to say it was because my interest rate was high with my credit. But they used a loan through Whatever bank they bank with, even though I said I have my capital one prequalification. He tried to tell me that capital one interest rate was going to be the same. I left. Walked down to Marietta Toyota. Not only did I get a better car, but I have a lower interest rate, lower loan altogether, and I have the $215 monthly payments that were promised on their website.I’m just saying, be careful when you come here. Don’t fall for the okie doke.

April of this year I purchased a Mercedes Benz C250 from this location. I was told to take my cat next door to the Mercedes Benz Service Center to have my airbags recalled. The service center ran diagnostics and told me the car was a LEMON. I returned to DriveTime gave them the report and they referred me to SILVERROCK pay for the repairs. SilverRock then refers me to PEP BOYS and PEP BOYS tell them the repairs need to be fixed directly with the dealer. Now SilverRock is backing out claiming they aren’t responsible for the repairs and it’s “Ware & Tear” I am taking DriveTime to court because there are laws in place for selling a Lemon. NEVER BUY A LUXURY VEHICLE FROM DRIVE TIME!!!!
