For weeks and weeks I searched the entire country for the perfect Aston Martin DB9 and lo and behold I found it, but with just one catch, it was 2200 miles away in Marietta, Georgia, I live in San Diego, CA so checking it out before I made a decision seemed impossible, that was until I started communicating with Matt Steakley, not only was he easy to talk to by phone or text but he took numerous pictures and video and made me feel like I was there looking at the car, this put me at ease because purchasing cars across the country can be unsettling to say the least and is not something I normally do, my plan was to purchase the car and immediately start driving it back home so I needed it to be solid, not only did they have all of the service records but they even had a second key and remote. I arrived a week after setting up the purchase and everything went very smooth, within an hour I was on my way with the car of my dreams for an incredible price, I cant thank Matt enough and the rest of the team behind the scenes that made this happen, I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I can say without a doubt this is one the classiest and most professional dealership experiences I have ever had. Hang in there for this one. I am not local to the Atlanta area and I spoke and dealt with a man named Matt who seemed very knowledgeable, Matt spoke very highly of this truck and the work performed on it, all which was listed in the advertisement on their website (photo attached). He talked about how they got the truck and how well the engine was taken care and how they had the truck inspected and repairs completed by their service department. When I arrived to get the truck it was not detailed as promised, but that wasn’t too big of a deal. I went ahead and purchased the truck. I no sooner got the truck out onto the road in front of their shop and the check engine light came on (I know right). I took the truck immediately back to their shop where Matt ran the codes and said it was the O2 sensor and cleared the code (spoiler alert not an O2 sensor). Matt said that they would cover the cost of this issue and to have it diagnosed once I got the truck home. Well I did and here are the results. The truck has a cracked head, stripped head bolts, striped header bolts, and the driver’s side header was barely attached to the engine. I spoke to Matt through text messages throughout all of this and have come to learn that these guys LIE. I have attached the text messages and the advertisement that was posted. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Please learn from my very expensive lesson. These guys have gone incognito mode on me now that there is a bill and will not return a call or answer the phone which is very unprofessional. I’m not sure how these guys try and sell high end vehicles with these types of business practices. But if you are looking for a vehicle and come across one from this shop please just keep looking somewhere else.

I bought a car here three months ago Matthew said many things that werent done and now Im being ignored by team one.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!They sold my husband an Aston Martin and did not advise the car was as is. He asked for a warranty at the time of purchase, but they inform him that he can purchase one through them at a later time.The very next day, the Check Engine light came on, he took it to their recommended repair shop. They reset the vehicle computer so the light went out. For over a month, he has been back and forth to the repair shop with on going problems with the engine. He asked again about the warranty. They told him to go back to the bank that provided the loan to request a replacement loan to include the warranty. The bank stated they do not do that. Now they are literally laughing at him when he is humbly asking them for some type of assistance in fixing the engine or trading the vehicle.

In these times of COVID-19 one would think that small businesses would be more willing to deliver AAA customer service. This was the exact opposite with Team One Motorcars in Marietta Georgia. As an experience luxury car buyer over 25 years, one would think they have made the right choice on buying a car. For the most part I have had good experiences until now. Much to my dismay, this was the WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. To make a very long story short, I traded in my car for a new car purchase. The new car transaction shouldn’t have ever happened base on lending parameters and guidelines. However, Matthew the sales manager, hedge his revenue and commissions, decided to increase his “risk” by allowing me to drive the car off the lot home before Wells Fargo released the loan. Problem number 1. Shortly there after, Matthew called me with a lie and stated that he needed me to bring back for audit purposes after they had sold my trade in. Problem number 2. Doing the transaction period on paying the down payment, Matthew processed my payments on the wrong account without my authorization. Problem number 3. There are 5 more problems with my still open transaction that you don’t have enough time to read. My suggestion to buyer’s, please make sure you don’t buy from Mathew and please make sure you shop around before you buy from these guys. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!

Bought an Audi S4 from Team One. Couldnt be happier with the purchase. Matt and Mattew were very easy to work with. Great communication. After test driving a week prior, drove it from Atlanta to Kentucky, a 5 hours plus road trip with zero issues. I knew what I was buying and its all on me now. If you want to buy a high end car, know what you are buying. These guys dont build cars, they sell them. We closed our deal with Team One Motorcars on Thursday, car shipped on Friday, car in my garage on Saturday, seamlessly. Team One Motorcars and Team Matt(hew) and Matt were very professional while in a casual atmosphere, which was well appreciated. Their inventory of vehicles also offer an awesome range of choices.

Bought a 2013 Panamera in March 2019. Upon delivery, car had some defects that had not been revealed( despite promises of full transparency) . I spoke with Matthew and he said to get the issues repaired and he would take care of it. Repairs were about $1,000 and I kept Matthew in the loop through the entire process. Was promised a check. Check never came. There was always some run around about why it hadn’t been mailed. Have had a dozen conversations and a dozen promises. It’s mid May. Still no check. Be careful when buying sight unseen. Don’t pay until you are 100% satisfied. They may sell high end cars, but it’s a low rent organization.Update-After posting my review, I received a phone call from the owner and full payment for the repairs. It’s a great car and now I’m satisfied.

I stumbled across Team One when I was searching for a Porsche 911. I reached out and was contacted by Matt Shanahan. Matt was prompt in his response and invited me over for a test drive. When I arrived he gave me the key and said go take it for a test drive. When I returned there was no pressure in fact I wasnt sure and and Matt let me leave and said he would follow up while I decided what I wanted to do.A few days later I called Matt to tell him I wanted to try and make a deal on the Porsche and he said we couldnt because during the service check they had found bigger issues and they were not going to be selling that car, but were sending it to auction.I noticed another 911 on their website and ask Matt about it. Matt stated that they had just taken in another Porsche 911 on a trade that was a newer model year and it had more options, in all a much better car. It was few days before I was able to get over due to work travel but Matt kept the car for me. I took it for an inspection, again they just gave me the car, and during the inspection they found a couple of issues but Matt agreed to and had them fixed. We negotiated a deal and I now own a great Porsche 911.Matt was great to work with, very low pressure and very flexible. He was very open and honest to me about the first Porsche and that went a long way to me doing business with him. When I decide to upgrade I will definitely be giving Matt a call.

Just bought a 2016 Audi A8 4.0T Sport. Worked directly with Matt. Very open with me and there was no hassle whatsoever. Do Not Buy from These Liars.....I Bought a Land Rover in late October 2018 paid cash to Matt...within 2 hours driving the vehicle home the check engine light came on the CD player did NOT work and also DVD player did NOT work called Matt he lied over and over like he would get me back in to take care of this in one week it rained went out to the truck floor full of water the truck also has water running in when it rains..later Matt would screen my calls send me to voicemail Im a busy Nurse so never could just run to an attorney right off to pay money for a lemon then in November until now have had 3 major surgeries..now Im taking legal actions toward them because basically mold and everything else has been in truck and mechanic said maam the sound u also hear the truck needs major brake work totally 1700.00 dollars. Im definitely better Im taking them to court because I do not want this to happen to no one else. Paid Cash if I had financed the finance company could have came after them the truck has been parked not even month after driving.. my hard earned money gone.. ..please do not buy vehicles from them...

Great experience! Team One Motorcars is definitely not like all the other car dealers out there. Very cool business. You walk in the office and theres a pool table, ping pong, fooseball, darts, etc. Very comfortable place, and everyone there was nice. All the cars are stored inside a warehouse, and they let you browse on your own. The prices and details are clearly listed. I found one I liked, and had a few questions, which Matt answered. Very knowledgeable. The test drive went well, and 10 minutes later I was a new owner of a 911! I even purchased a 4 year warranty at a great price. Im going back to upgrade my wifes car in 6 months.

Their car was listed quite cheap as compared to others on the market so I was convinced something could be off so I was overly cautious to say the least. After taking time to help me and answer all my questions I felt more confident in the deal. Matt was easy to work with and even helped to include my trade in the deal at the very last minute to help me out on taxes. My new car was shipped to me at the price that they quoted me for shipping and arrived before it was expected to. The condition of the car was excellent and consistent with the way it was represented on their website. The Customer Service I experienced has been the worse ever in ALL my car buying encounters. I spoke with Matt as well as some other rude guy who answer the phones over there. As a consumer, I am very educated when going in to make a large purchase. With that said, I was asked questions that was had nothing to do with the purchase, for instance, Why do I need a second car? If I can afford the car, why do you need to know why I need it! Nor should I be asked why I am not trading the car I have. This was a $10k car in which I was willing to put $3500 down on! It seems to me that this company pick and choose who they want to do business with. To my fellow consumers, Id suggest you take your money somewhere else! Judging by the reviews... it seems I just dodged a bullet!

While in ATL, my car fanatic son took me car shopping to a few dealerships including Team One. I was taken there specifically to look at a Maserati, but the second I walked into the showroom, I fell in love with a Turbo Panamera Sport. I purchased a vehicle last year from this place. They seemed nice at first...but then the lies began...the check engine light came on TWO days after I got the car and I was told that it was a “recall issue” that could be fixed free of charge. NOT the case! Then, I was sold a warranty, but they asked me NOT to use it so soon because it would make them look bad. So they offered to fix my car. They gave me a loaner Audi and kept my car for two weeks. When it rained, the Audi LEAKED water from a seal in the windshield, wetting the whole driver’s side up!!!! I got my car back and guess what?!?! Check engine light STILL on!!!!! By this time I’m LIVID!!!! They sent me to Matt after the warranty company said they wouldn’t pay for the repair!!! Matt agreed to pay for half of the repair so I was still out of $1,000! Since then, the warranty company has had to do almost $10,000 worth of repairs on the car. They claimed it hadn’t ever been in a wreck and even showed me a CarFax but that was a lie. When I got the car towed when the starter went out, someone had painted the towing ports shut which indicated a paint job from front end damage. BUYER BEWARE! Only two stars because the warranty I bought is zero deductible and finally started covering the car. Go somewhere more honest!

BUYER BEWARE! Make sure to get an inspection done on any car you look at from this dealer. I bought a Mercedes SL550 and within a week had to put it in the shop and spent over $8,000 on repairs. When I contacted them regarding this they refused to offer any assistance. I will never do business with this dealer again. They do not stand behind their cars and do not care about their customers.

Updated review: I was contacted the day after I posted this review by the owner of the company. Within one hour he addressed and remedied all of my concerns. Title in the mail. Fed-exed a check for the cost to replace the key etc. He apologized and quickly restored my faith. I only wish the purchase had been dealt with in a professional manner from the beginning.I purchased a Mercedes Benz GL550 from Team One on April 7, 2019. I paid cash in full on a Sunday afternoon and completed all paperwork. When the salesman went get the keys, he said he could not locate the second key and said it was likely in a storage area that was locked. He promised to contact me the following Monday morning and get me a key ASAP. Long story short, a month has passed and I have placed over 20 phone calls and texts having been told on multiple occasions that a locksmith would be at my office to make a key. No one ever shows. Every phone conversation with the staff ends with them promising to call by the end of the day. Not once has this happened. I have been told on three different occasions that the key would be taken care of by Friday of that week. One month later… no key.The title was supposed to arrive by now, but I was told by Matt Shanahan that the name was incorrect when they went to the Georgia title office so it would need to be filed again. He said I would get the documents in the mail “way before my temporary tag expires”. My temporary tag will expire soon and I am very concerned given the reviews that I may never receive the title or tag.I was told that the original maintenance records on the vehicle would arrive overnight Fed Ex over three weeks ago. When I inquired about not receiving the paperwork a week later, Matt replied that the paperwork never came in and that he would have to call the dealership. Again, he promised to call me right back. I never received a call. My husband and I have both sent multiple texts without a reply. We have given up on the maintenance records and are hoping we have not been scammed.I am one month out from purchasing the vehicle and I am just hoping that I will receive the title. I would not recommend buying from this dealership.They could improve by following through with their promises and demonstrating more professional follow up with clients.

Best and easiest car buying experience i i have ever had. Reached out to Matt about a Corvette at their dealership. Matt contacted me the next day with indept knowledge of Corvettes which i thougt was awesome given the fact that they sell an endless assortment of luxury vehicle. Walked away from the car looked on line a full month later and it was still there. So i arranged a meeting test drove came back 2 days later closed the deal. Matt was on vacation so Matthew stepped in waited for me to beat ATL 5pm traffic and had me out the door in 20 mins. Great Guys. If you go by there looking for something exoctic you will find it at Team 1 Motor.

This was my fourth luxury car purchase on e bay and by far the best. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Matthew L. Steakley. Prompt, honest, patient & matter of fact communication. True representation of the car facts. Extremely helpful in organizing & dropping the car for pre-check with Atlanta Aston Martin dealership. Very forthright, quick to resolve and address issues which came up in pre-check. Very proactive for various steps between me pressing Buy it Now button on e bay till I got the car delivered in Dallas from Atlanta. Matt did not even have me pay the initial deposit. Enclosed delivery trailer and driver totally qualified to be designated as white glove delivery experience. This review may seem to be too good to be true. But That is what it was. I will totally repeat my next purchase with Team 1 motorcars and Matt.

Bought my son his first car last week from Team One Motorcars. I wanted something nice and a little larger (safer) in the $20k range. Kyle recommended a Range Rover Sport HSE that they just received on trade. After a test drive we filled out a credit application and received an approval in literally 10 minutes. The only problem with the whole experience is that my son thinks car buying is a breeze. I had to explain that this is not the norm, and in my 25 years of car buying, absolutely nothing has been this stress free and painless. These guys have their act together. They have my familys business for life!

My family and I visited on a Saturday to look at a few SUVs. Oliver introduced himself and let us check out the warehouse. There was no sales pressure at all. They had a great selection...all very nice cars. We test drove several and fell in love with a white Mercedes-Benz GL550. Oliver ran our credit and got us financed at a great rate. The whole process took 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. Great experience.

The 2013 458 spider they have listed is a scam, buyers beware. It has had extensive work done, almost as a lemon. Dont let the cheap price fool you I would hate to see you get stuck with it. It wouldnt be so much a problem if the seller disclosed the issues, however this is not the case. Just make sure you know what your getting yourself into.

Awful dealer I have ever meet! They sold me a 2014 panamera that had a serious accident! But they lied to me and said there was a minor accident(parking lot accident). When I went to Porsche dealer doing the service, Porsche dealer told me that this car had been fixed with cheap parts and made it drivable for a while. Now, the team one motorcars refuse to answer my phone call and never response to me. It will cost me 12k to fix the panamera at Porsche dealer shop!You’d better not buy a car here, if you have another choice!I am planning to deal this issue with my lawyer, not matter how much it cost!

I recently bought my 2009 BMW 328 from Matt at Team One. The customer service was awesome, I was able to walk in and test drive it without warning. The car was identical to the pictures online. It was exactly what I wanted.

Website and Facebook Page say they are open from 12PM-6PM. on Sundays. Called before I left home which was 30 min away. No one answered when I called then I received a standard text 10 min later saying if I can help you give me a call. Showed up at 5PM and place was closed. I called phone number and guy said he closed early. Then he said some nonsense about that I should have called before I drove over ...WHICH I DID and then he said Sunday is by appointment only which is not indicated anywhere on website or Facebook page. Wasnt that impressed by condition of the cars that I had seen outside.SELECT LUXURY CARS - Right up the road has a much better selection and much more professional staff.

One thing for certain- this is the most fraudulent and dishonest dealer in the state of Georgia. I will post all the details and the documentary proof, once the matter is resolved by the court. I would not recommend sharing the toilet with these people, much less buying the car from them.Update - 4 months after the sale the dealer posted the response to my review (read below), so here’s my response to owner ‘s response:Where do you begin, Derek? - Stop scamming your customers - would be a great place to start! In your response you are ranting about my posting a bad review for your business, but conveniently failed to mention that you KNOWINGLY sold me a lemon with a 8600 repair bill, and, being so accustomed to lying, you’ve twisted a lot facts.But let’s check the facts:1. I test drove the car once and only once, and I bought it the same day. The reason I returned the next day is that your incompetent salesman “misstated” the mileage in the documents.2. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE IS – AUTOMOTIVE FRAUD!Team One Motorcars committed automotive fraud multiple times. They attempted to sell a used 2017 Ford Raptor, stating that it had one owner with no previous issues and the car was recently purchased at auction. After multiple text messages and conversations with the salesman he assured the truck had no previous accidents and only one minor ding on the rear tailgate. However, the day of the purchase it was discovered that the truck was purchased at auction with a major accident (See photos attached). I’ve also attached a screen shot of the text chain from the dishonest salesman, showing him lying and committing automotive fraud. After being called out they claimed they had no knowledge of the major damage to truck even though it was bought at auction with 11,827.5 miles and tried to sell it to me with 11,830 miles on it. Do not trust this dealership under any circumstances as they will go to any length to sell a car with major issues and cover it up to make a profit. If the vehicle seems well priced there is a reason because it is a damaged vehicle they acquired and trying fraudulently sell it. Don’t believe any carfax report either as they will make sure that is not accurately reflected either. One week later the same broken 2017 Ford Raptor is still listed on their website for the same price with no mention of the major accident (see attached photo). I will be forwarding all information onto the Better Business Bureau and pursuing legal action since selling vehicles under false pretenses is illegal under Georgia State Law. Stay clear of this Team One Motorcars, don’t let them sell you junk illegally!Look up the vehicle for yourself as well: VIN: 1FTEX1RG4HFA00213

Purchased a Bentley Flying Spur 2007 very smooth transaction...great dealership.

I went online to find the car i had in past but wanted to buy again! I initially thought i had found the car in Atlanta, but low and behold i did not! Now, my credit was not the best, but for a car that is only 15k and i had 10k down on, i would think that the salesman would want to go ahead and make the deal happen! This company rarely answers the phone, so chances of getting someone to answer is like hitting the lottery for over a million 10 times in a row. Anyway once contact was made, i found that Erik was very unprofessional and lacked customer service with little to no responses to any email or text messages. I was going to drive up this weekend and buy the car. I always felt like things happen the way they are supposed to and it did! I started reading reviews and realized that these guys seem to just not give a damn about the people that is keeping their lights on! So i am glad that things continue to work out the way they are supposed to so i dont lose a little money and no one gets hurt! I really feel sorry for the individuals that got took by this company! But on the positive side, im glad to say that i found my beautiful sl 55 in florida for same price with 25k less miles and its not in the shop or has lost key blades(bull)! BUYERS, SIMPLY BE AWARE!!!!!
