(Transmission goes out, 110k mi• Purchased at 108k mi) No worries, I purchased my own warranty ahead of time, considering Jeff sold this 2015 without a Warranty.My warranty asks for two prior fluid flushes on my vehicle (I wouldn’t have that, only oil changes).... No worries right because my car sells man, Jeff, is a cool professional guy right? Right, No. Wrong. I called him to state, “no worries. I have a warranty, I just need prior transmission paper work for my vehicle”. He then says, “cool I’ll get that to you by the end of the day. I’ll get back to you” — I was never gotten back to. He blocked BOTH of my numbers 😕 My truck was dressed properly enough to drive off with it. So..... I am out of 7K for a truck, more like a Lemon, and out 10K for the service with Nissan. Totaling with taxes, 17K — I would’ve bought another vehicle or even considered a car note before knowing the HELL and how much money I was gonna pay out on a CASH CAR. 😔UPDATE 2: (AUGUST 10)Per several Nissan locations, this vehicle gave out many codes. the transmission fluid is fine it was the overall transmission that was bad. Also, many many many components on the vehicle were replaced / used (THIS TRUCK HAD 1 OWNER, 1 MINOR TAIL ACCIDENT) • Saying that to say, this car was a botched up POS, and Jeff, you gift wrapped it for me.Then you show 0 empathy and block me from both my numbers? 🥶 Not even a email? No pat on the back? Cool. Oh, love how you changed the name of your company, too.😒Thank you, remorsefully and respectfully— you’ll hear from me soon.
