I called to check about vehicle after seeing it online. I talked to Tony, he was good even though I was told they could deliver, being short staffed that didnt happen, but they held the car until I was able to get to the dealership. Straight forward guys as long as youre straight forward and realistic. Oliver the finance manager was amazing, and his love for cars is above reproach, I ended up with even lower interest rate than what I was originally told.

Bought a 2014 Mustang GT for a very Reasonable price. They were very polite and not pushy at all. The only problem I had was they promised to fix the window motor and radio antenna, but both were not done and it cost me $500 buck extra to get my window fixed later. Had some nice cars on their lot.

I purchased a vehicle from Georgia auto world. The customer service is out standing. First I got a call from Victoria letting me know what they were offering me far as down and monthly payment which didn’t work for me, but then I was called back with a better deal that my man Oliver put together and I was very happy about that. Victoria was willing to work with me on my time getting their as well, and when I arrived the car was ready for me to test drive she greeted me very politely as I walked in and I was offered snacks or a beveragewhile sitting comfortably waiting to sign papers. When I walk in to meet Oliver it was like talking to a family member, I felt very comfortable with him as he went over the contract and warranty which he work out to satisfy me as a customer. We drove an hour and a half yesterday to purchase a Chevy Silverado. We called before we left to make sure the truck was still there, upon arrival it was already pulled up to the building and waiting on us to test drive. Victoria was our sales representative (she is highly recommended by us!). This was honestly one of the best/easiest car buying experiences we have had. Bought a 2013 Tesla model S, the dealer fees at $500 even though I asked if I could buy it wholesale, they refused so I went along, I have credit of around 790 with great history, finance manager told me best deal he can get me is %8.99 which is way too much, but WAIT HEAR THIS he told me if i give him $1,000 more he would take it down to %6.99 because (he knows the bank manager) which is very sketchy and I refused instantly.1 week later I financed through Orion and got %3.49. later they call me they put it my wrong information and I had to do paperwork all over again and they had the wrong prices so it was sent a 3rd time. So I actually had to go to the DMV, bank to pick up the check for the price of the car and do all the paperwork myself but then again they take $187 for title and tag fees even though I paid for them in the state of Tennessee and an ETR fee of $99. I asked them why they charged me these two amounts and they were EXTREMLY RUDE and said we won’t give you that money back DEAL WITH IT..Second of allonly thing I requested before I head there is for it to be fully charged because I’m driving back to Tennessee, it was NOT, it was at 160 miles and it’s full at 260. I had hell on the way back because I had to charge it at regular chargers because i can’t charge at the superchargers because you have to put it in your name in the Tesla website and submit the paperwork.Third of allWindshield washer pump stopped working but I know I will fix it and the sunroof leaks, I’m so surprised that when you pay around $35k dollars that they should make sure everything is great and no problems at all.WORST DEALERSHIP I DEALT WITH and Iv been selling cars for 11 years.DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO RESPECT.

We just bought a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali XL. Not only is the truck beautiful and in beautiful condition but the service was top notch. We have bought many used cars from lots and had some horrible experiences and some really good experiences but this was the best yet. We actually had already spent the day going around to big dealerships and were tired and disappointed by the time we got to Georgia Auto World. Our sales rep Victoria stayed late to get all our financing done and then we were able to bring the car back to get detailed and get the small little cosmetic things fixed. The detail guys and mechanics were so friendly as well. They even gave us a loaner while they detailed it because we didnt have time to sit and wait. I have never been more impressed with a used car dealership. Especially one this small. Give them a try.

Just bought a Tesla Model 3 from here. I’ve had some bad luck in the past buying from small used car dealerships. I travel for work. So when my wife went to see the car by her self for the 1st time on the lot I was a little worried. Was raining and car wasn’t there at 1st. Wife waited for the car to show up and took it for a really short trip because the battery was almost dead. Was little frustrated but the car was what we wanted and was priced right. This is where Victoria shined and won us over. I had my own Credit Union Financing approved before we started shopping. So we talked and put a deal together over the phone. She held the car for a few days till I could pass through on a trip. Handed me the key and let me look over it as long as I wanted with no pressure. Car was extremely nice as she said it was. So told her we will take it. Continued on my trip. Flew home 4days later to go pick up the car. She and the mechanic waited late for us and made finishing the deal about as easy as it can be. Mechanic and I went over everything I did to our trade as he looked it over. I would definitely buy a car from Victoria again on her word straight over the phone. Very disappointed with my experience today...My wife and I put down a deposit to hold a Chevy Suburban. We both took off work today to go purchase the vehicle as it was a two hour drive one way.We asked the sales lady Victoria two separate times, “Is there anything we need to know about the vehicle? Are there any dents or scratches? Is there anything that doesn’t work? We don’t want to drive two hours for surprises.”Victoria said, “No not at all! It’s super clean and everything works, you are going to love it! It’s a great vehicle!”Excited about the SUV, we drove two hours from home to go pick it up as we were already approved with our credit union.You can probably tell where this is going.... but when we showed up, the suburban had dents and scratches on the outside and inside, the running boards were frozen and wouldn’t retract, the rear life gate didn’t work, the whole vehicle was very dirty, literally dust and mud fell out of the trim at the rear lift gate, there was excessive rust on the frame...I could keep going but I think you get the point... it was in TERRIBLE shape!! Most certainly NOT “VERY clean with no issues.”To make matters worse Victoria, told us that their “three certified mechanics” had inspected the vehicle and it must have all been a simple oversight.... uhh really? That doesn’t speak highly of their mechanics! You can see from the picture of the original listing below the vehicle was “certified and pre-inspected.”They did promptly give us our deposit back but our paid time off and time are gone.There may be some good cars that this place sells but I would test EVERYTHING and don’t take their word for it as “certified and pre-inspected” apparently doesn’t mean much...It may be best to use another dealership all together...

Unprofessional! went to this dealership for four straight days and I was In contact with their Rep Jamie. I was going to leave with a vehicle the same day but it had issues. The next day I was told the issue was fixed but it wasn’t. I came back the next day for the third day and the vehicle still needed the same issue fixed as I was promised it would be 100 percent squared away. After the vehicle was fixed properly the fourth day I came and I signed all the paperwork for the vehicle . I stayed for almost 3 hours and as I paid my $2,500 deposit and they go to print the tag I was informed the vehicle was purchased that same morning by another person. Leaving me stuck waiting for my deposit back and yet no car. They let me buy a purchased car and waist time and had no excuse for it other than sorry, I will get a refund. Good people but irresponsible and unprofessional.

Great experience! Our family had a rough 3 weeks looking for a used van, and this spot was a breath of fresh air. Victoria was very kind and professional. There was one issue we found with the van on our first visit, but they had it resolved within 24 hours.They were also willing to stay open for us an extra 2 hours on a Friday night so we could come complete our deal after work ended for us. She had the paperwork all printed out ahead of time just in case we were ready to buy (I was clear that we were already very interested.) Typical shady used car dealer. I put money down on a car that they assured me was is great condition and needed nothing. When i told them that I was going to bring it to a mechanic for a prepurchase inspection, Victoria threatened that they wouldnt hold the car for me anymore because of it. After her manager got involved, she said they would hold the car (which they LEGALLY had to do anyways). After driving many miles to check out the car, she told me as i got there that the car did actually have issues and they would order the parts for it... I dont live anywhere nearby. Although they gave me my money back, it was a complete waste of time for everyone. They lie and dont stand behind anything they say, BUYER BEWARE.

Bought a 2011 Town and Country in Oct 2017, with 60k+ miles. Within a few weeks, it became obvious that there were electrical issues (doors lock and unlock by themselves, radio on and off, windows up and down). Then, issues with starting the vehicle, which eventually led to the discovery of the fuel pump issues. Once the electrical part of that was fixed, the fuel pump needed replacing. Then the alternator went out, and blew out both the main computer modules in the car (Tipm and PCM). Then, a gasket head... and now, at just over 100k miles, and 3 years left on my loan, and 6k dollars in repairs later... now the transmission is shot.I would never trust this place. Ever. There is NO WAY you can tell me they didnt know how defective this car was. Should have trusted my gut and ran away. They are NO GOOD.

Honestly the best car-buying experience Ive ever had...super-professional and ridiculously fast, oh and covid-19 safe too! Freddie (my salesman) was very easy to work with and went over the top with customer service both before the sale and after...youll definitely want to ask for Freddie when you call or stop by...he will literally find you the car you want if they dont already have it on hand. While I was there, I looked at Porsche, BMW and Land Rover SUVs and wound up buying the Land Rover. They also have a large selection of Honda, Toyota, Cadillac, even Tesla! Once I made my decision to buy it only took about 30 minutes to finish the sale and be on my way...literally 30 minutes! I assumed wed be there for hours like at other dealerships, but that was not at all the case. 5 stars for sure, and Ill definitely be going back! Merry Christmas to me!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They have onsite mechanics that reset check engine lights. Just purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Overland which had several mechanical issues. Driver side window motor was broke, which they did fix, but did not fix the driver side mirror that we told them didnt work. The A/C unit wasnt working and still dont know if that was fixed because Jamie, our salesman, vanished into thin air without saying goodbye or letting us know everything was fixed. The headlights stopped working on the ride home $560 dollars later Plus another $250 for the thermostat housing. This was discovered after the check engine light magically appeared a few hundred miles after the purchase of the vehicle. I felt comfortable purchasing this vehicle after reading that they had onsite mechanics that check all the vehicles and certify they are in excellent condition. Guess, thats my bad for believing everything you read.

Bought a Chevy silverado drove it back to Pennsylvania every thing is fine no problems. Had a little problem with paper work but Jennifer was able to straighten it out asap.

While I didnt end up purchasing from Georgia Auto World, my entire experience here was very pleasant. Freddy was my salesman. And he was patient, responsive, and very personable; even after I had to tell him I picked a different vehicle. He never stopped being friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend making this one of your stops when shopping for a vehicle.

This place is dirty... they are sketchy. Dont be fooled by the fake smiles and passive agreements. They are happy to take your money and legitimately not help you. My husband and I had been casually looking for a vehicle for our son and saw a probable option on their website. We stopped by to see it but discovered that it was located at their other location. They went to pick it up and bring it back to the dealership for us to take a look at. While waiting, we roamed around, looking at their overall inventory and saw a really nice White 2014 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland. We decided to take it for a test drive and loved it! We appreciated them getting the original vehicle interest to us but, nope, didn’t need to see it or drive it after all! We saw that another dealership had the same vehicle but in a different color. We left to take a look at that one for comparison. It did not compare! After working closely with Victoria (and her putting up with us, lol) we made the purchase!
