I had the worst experience with this T-Mobile store. I walked in explaining my issue and needs. I was dismissed from the store. They Refused to help me also. Suggested I go to a different T-Mobile location. One employee walked out and the other employees were new to the store and didn’t have the knowledge to assist me. I came to the store purchased two phones and was misled by the employees regarding my plan and what I was receiving for my plan.

Waited for customer staff stop chanting. I left . Very disappointed. I wanted to switch cellphone carries. I wanted to get my family iphones. But the staff kept on talking among themselves.

Amber and India are by far the best sales associates I have ever met. These two ladies went above and beyond on multiple occasions during the night to assist my family and give us the best deals available to us. I wish I could give this a 10 star!

I went in this evening to get my new phone setup. Amber was helping the customers and she was absolutely AMAZING! Not only did she stay past closing to ensure the customers were taken care of, but not once did she make anyone feel bad for needing assistance or being there later than expected. She was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She’s the perfect example of how to provide above and beyond service. I’ve always had incredible experiences at this location and will always visit this one when I need assistance!

The two people working there were totally incompetent. Neither one knew the necessary password to get into the computer. After waiting for a long time I finally told them to forget about my new phone and I left.
