The worst experience ever my second time here in two weeks the cashier doesnt know that shes doing the computers are always down they had me drive there today again from altavista and still nothing!!!! No upgrade no phones no nothing🥵🤬😡I also work 12a.m till 8a.m and was there both times an hour with NO HELP!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

The employee was extremely unprofessional and kept talking to his friends that were coming into the store while I was trying to get his help. I call sometimes to ask a question about my service and the 5th st location and memorial Ave location NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!
