Great service having a phone screen replaced that went blank/black for no apparent reason... They did an excellent job of explaining the diagnosis process (to make sure it was a screen problem) and of explaining my options for repair. Left my phone with them and in about two hours it was ready to be picked up! Highly recommend!

I needed to get my battery repaired on my Galaxy phone. Right when I walked in the store, they were very attentive and professional. They had my phone fixed the same day. Very reasonable cost as well... they will not overcharge you. I will definitely come here if I need to in the future!

Ive been a big supporter over the last couple years. Last week I had 4 screens replaced at almost $700. Today I needed to get my screen fixed. I have their liquid glass protector on my phone. 3rd time Ive had to replace. Were well over $1000 in the last 2.5 years. I was told today that the guarantee is only good for 1 year and mine expired in April but was assured I was emailed reminding me to have it redone. By the way I was happy with Zagg until they talked me into their product.So I pulled all emails from them from early 20 until today. Guess what? No reminder. The young kid assured me hed tell his boss.....never making eye contact. Thats great! Never get another penny from me. Upgraded my phone instead

I went in after calling with a blank screen on my Samsung and after everyone behind the counter passed it around and kind of looked at it quizzically the last guy, with a red beard, behind the second counter very flippantly just said I wouldnt even have a Samsung so I dont know what to do. So instead of mocking the customer for what kind of phone they have, which is a very widely well-regarded phone how about offer some solutions? Will definitely not return and will definitely tell other people not to return

Good, prompt service.For those this matters to one way or the other, know that its an establishment which plays Christian rock on the stereo and has Bibles sitting out to be read, although they do not advertise themselves as specifically a Christian business.

I cracked my screen right down the right side, nothing too bad. I initially put in the wrong phone type by accident and they noticed it right away instead of putting on the wrong things. The young woman up front I believe her name was Bailey, was incredibly professional and sweet. It’s a tad pricey but they got it done quick and the screen looks great.

Review: phone screen repairA couple of months ago I went into PhoneAxiom and had incredible customer service including great attention and information given to my to my specific questions. This place has recently changed management and unfortunately I can’t say the same now. This time around I had to keep pressing and asking additional questions for the information I needed.I had my phone screen repaired there before and even though their sign says that they guarantee against any screens breaking their warranty only covers their screen protector. So if your screen breaks and stops responding to touch and/or the LCD screen stops working (as in both of my cases), expect to be out about $400 each time.I paid for both to be redone and after getting my phone back I realized I had paid the same price as my previous repair and had a lower quality screen put on my phone. I shared this with the employee and manager there when picking it up and I was told that they put on what was in the system before. Regardless of what their records showed, it was not the same screen and the one I had before as the image quality and color was significantly different. As a photographer, this is the first thing I notice. I then proceeded to ask if they could check the quality of the screen they had removed and I was told they had no way of doing that. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t confirm the match before taking it off originally as I had requested that the replacement be the same as the one they removed.As someone with a small business myself, customer service is of utmost importance to me. The fact that they didn’t really address the mistake and offer to make it up in any way at the conclusion of things left me not wanting to recommend their services to others. Each day now using my phone is a reminder of the mistake and their unwillingness to really address it or work with me towards some kind of solution, especially as one of their current customers.

I was bummed when my phone screen went black. It was dropped a year and a half ago but worked. Christian worked on my phone and for $179 I got a new phone. Im really happy that I didnt have to buy a new phone and that my Samsung A50 works like a charm now. He fixed it right away too. Great place and I highly recommend it.

The team at Phone Axiom are professional, inviting and knowledgeable to say the least! Jonathan was able to install a new SSD and upgrade the ram in my late 2013 iMac which now runs faster than when it was new. If you know anything about the slim line iMacs, it is a very tedious and risky procedure removing the LCD on them, but they did so safely and in a reasonable amount of time. Let these guys take great care of you! You won’t be disappointed.

Also my phone was working perfectly fine (I even have proof from my cell company on call log of before and after repairs) until they broke it! Was told by Verizon my charge port was bent. Took it in here, they cleaned it out and got it working without even having to replace the port. Just a dirty port in need of a quick cleaning. Went in with a simple cracked main rear camera lens on a Samsung S9. Another local business took 2 weeks to order the wrong part and a Buddy of mine recommended these folks. I went in and they were very friendly and told me they had the lens I needed in stock and it wouldnt take to long to fix. A little while later my phone was repaired. Highly recommended! Dont waste your time at other places, just go to PhoneAxiom!

I went in to have my phone camera lens cleaned. Was told it would only take 2 hours then I HAD TO CALL them after 2 hrs and they told me they had t even touched my phone yet and wouldnt get back til the next day. Lena was cleaned decently but now my phones battery is magically going dead 50% faster than it was before they touched my phone. Save your money!!

From the time I called yesterday to see if they could even possibly fix/replace my daughters iPod 7 screen to the time I walked in the door to drop it off and pick it up, they were the kindest and most professional people. I highly recommend them. Christian was fantastic!

My experience at phone axiom was horrible. Will not be going back. I went into the store with a cracked screen and my sound had been working fine, even after the screen was cracked. When I went into phone axiom I was not even asked what type of screen I would like to have put on my phone. They automatically put the iPhone screen, which happens to be the most expensive. Then after picking up my phone there is constant noise and no one can hear or understand me. Took the phone back in since the sound was working fine prior to the repair, and they denied that it was their mistake and we’re going to charge me to fix it. Very unhappy. There’s a great place in Wyndhurst that fixes phones, better service and cheaper. I’ll be going there from now on.

My iPad had a problem that the Geek Squad was unable to identify. In-store appointments were not available for a week. I called Phone Axiom and they said I could bring in right in.The problem was identified in minutes and a part ordered. The part arrived the next day and was installed that afternoon. Great work.The tech I worked with, Christian, was efficient but not rushed, friendly but still professional, knowledgeable and yet patient.Very please with the work!

I purchased a new phone from Sprint on 1/30/20. I was advised to drop the insurance I had and purchase the PhoneAxiom protection as the only thing that usually breaks on the phone is the screen.I purchased the protection for $50. 2 days later the phone slipped off a coffee table onto the floor and broke the screen. I returned to Sprint and they advised take it to PhoneAxiom. The phone still powered on, just the screen was cracked.PhoneAxiom replaced the screen for $49 and another $50 to put new protection on. Everything seemed fine.On 2/24 the phone stopped working completely. No power. I returned to Sprint. They checked the screen and it was flexing on both ends. They advised returning to PhoneAxiom, which i did.PhoneAxiom removed the battery and put it back in and charged me $39.They also fixed the screen.A week later the phone stopped working again.By now i lost confidence in PhoneAxiom so i sent the phone to the manufacturer who diagnosed the board was damaged and it cost $290 to fix.I advised PhoneAxiom and was told they wanted to talk to the technician that fixed the board. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that wasnt possible.I called PhoneAxiom back. It took over a week and several calls on my part before they returned my call. After much discussion i was told since i sent my phone to the manufacturer, that violated PhoneAxiom warranty and i was basically out of luck.This whole ordeal cost me almost $500.For me, the protection did not work as i was led to believe and the repair didnt hold, and the board was damaged. PhoneAxiom says it happened when it fell, but they didnt pursue that when i returned the phone- they just reset the battery.In the future, I will buy the insurance on my next phone and deal strictly with the manufacturer for any repairs.

AMAZING! My girlfriends phone screen was completely smashed and broken. Thought she was going to need a whole new phone. Not only were they able to fix it but they were done in 20 minutes versus the one hour prediction they gave. Completely satisfied and will definitely be going back.

Well I had a iPad screen replaced and had liquid armor put on in was under warranty for 12 months then iPad broke again due to 7 year old is rough with it, it was replaced again and liquid armor put back on with no charge, it got broke and and screen was replaced on a Tuesday and broke that evening, we was told the liquid armor was not put back on so we had to pay $189 but if it was under warranty with the liquid armor on it, the liquid armor should have been put back on it, owner said we didn’t ask to have it put back on so now warranty was voided. I was told with the all we had to pay if it was broke again was $49 as long as it was under warranty. Had had paid it when it was broke in past. This was under handed to get some of their money back due to them not putting liquid armor and had to replace. I will never use this store again. I don’t recommend this store at all. If you have to pay more you are better off to get honest company and customer service

After taking my functional IPHONE MAX XR to the Lynchburg location for a broken screen. Once the phone was returned to me 45 minutes after the store closing. Not to mention we had waited 5 hours and 45 minutes for repairs. It was nonfuctional. I called the store to report this but as I stated the store had close. They reopened the next morning at 10am. I called to report the issues at 10 am on the dot, I spoke with a customer agent and was told to bring my device back which is a hour and a half drive from my home. My husband and I took the device back and was told to come back at 5:30 pm so here we drive another hour and half back home to return at 5:30 after another hour and a half drive to still a nonfuctional phone. I asked if I was gonna be refunded my 244.00 and was told Id need to speak with the owner Mark whom was too busy to call his employees on this issue but could text for 2 hours while we were waiting for a resolution . Heres the resolution I buy one of the phones the store sell which were a lesser grade (iphone 7) and I give them my iPhone XR Max. unless you want to be royally screwed I would not recommend this business. The owner wanted me to purchase a lesser grade phone and give them my iPhone CR Max so they could fix it and resell. Ill pay for price for a new one than deal with crooks.

I recently had a my shattered iPhone screen replaced at Phone Axiom, and was really impressed! They do price match, and all I had to do was tell them where and how much, and they matched the price for me with no hassle whatsoever. It was sooo quick--I dont think it took more than half an hour, and when youre a student, timeliness is a huge plus. All the staff seemed like genuinely great people, and took good care of me as a customer. Not only that, they sent me a HANDWRITTEN thank you note with a coupon for my next visit. Ill definitely be back if I ever have the need for repairs in the future!

My appointment did not simply take longer than normal, it was neglected. I dropped my phone off at 6:30 and was told it should about an hour and they would call me. After an hour, I hadnt heard anything, and knowing the store closed in 30 minutes, I went back in. Upon arriving at 7:30, I was told Oh, we didnt start on it. So had I not gone back in when I did, my phone would not have been completed by closing and I would have been out of luck. Not to mention I had already paid for the service. It is not a matter of Oops, it took a little longer than promised I would get that, its the fact that your staff put my phone in the back and then forgot it. Also, there is no excuse for it Being busy because as soon as I went back in and checked on my phone, the young man was promptly able to grab it and do the job.

The buttons on my phone werent working, so I took it to Phone Axiom, I had used them before and I remembered that they were very good. This time the repairman fixed the problem in no time flat and then didnt even charge me anything. You cant beat that!

I cant give these guys enough credit for what they do. They are friendly and so helpful. Wish on the other hand, leaves these guys in a bad position. Wish has a bad habit of not sending products to their store and they are left dealing with disgruntled customers. Still, they handle themselves with dignity and grace. I highly recommend them, but dont use Wish lol.

I wish I could leave 5 stars for this company. The owner and people who work there seem like great people. The service of rep there was great, the owner responsive, and the turnaround was fast. However, there was a miscommunication with what I was getting. I had asked if the replacement screen was an apple screen (I wanted to make sure I got the original quality glass as a replacement). He informed me it was and even showed me the apple logo on the back. However, within the first week of getting my iPhone back, I had multiple scratches on the screen appear, which I had never had with the original screen. Within two weeks, my phone fell just a couple feet and the entire screen shattered. When going back to the store, the clarification was made that this is a non-certified store- they are NOT Apple products. And unfortunately, I tried to then take my phone to an apple Genius Bar to get the real deal put on my phone and they WILL NOT work with or replace the glass on a phone that has third party products in it. So now I can never get genuine apple products on my phone again! The company was good at responding to my issues, but unfortunately could not fix the fact that my phone will forevermore only be able to have third party glass on it. Personally, I feel Its worth the time to send it out to Apple and have it replaced with the real thing for less money than youll pay at phone axiom. However, if you dont mind the idea of a third party product on your phone, the company seems to be an honest and quick local option.

Had a Lenovo tablet with a broken USB port interface. Phone Axiom staff in Lynchburg, VA were very fast in getting the repair done reasonably in terms of cost and time. The tablet operates perfectly. Will definitely send my devices to them in future that require repair work.

I had an issue with my iPhone not charging. I took it to the Timberlake location, and was originally quoted $75, for new port repair. The service tech, was very helpful and thorough. He first cleaned out the charging port, and told me that it was just packed full of lint, which he said was a common problem. This totally solved the problem. Then he reduced the fee to just a routine service fee, which was about $45. He could have charged me the higher quoted price, but he was upfront with what he had to do, and I really appreciated that. I was very pleased with the honesty, speed, friendliness and professionalism of the staff there. If I ever have any other issue with my phone, I would not hesitate to use them again. I would also recommend them to anyone needing mobile phone or tablet repair.

Great location friendly staff

I purchased an IPhone X from Phone Axiom off Wards RD in late August under the pretense that if I had any problems with the phone I could return the phone with a full refund. I immediately bought a case and screen protector to ensure that nothing would happen to the phone as it was very expensive. About 2-3 weeks after owning the phone the screen was coming off the phone, and the phone would shut off all the time during phone calls. I decided to return the phone but upon arrival the gentleman that sold me the phone said he would put a new screen on it to see if that helps the problem and we would go from there. He was very pleasant so I thought I would give it a try. All the while my phone is being fixed a asked numerous times again, if I have anymore issues with the phone I can still return it for a full refund, and he said yes again. So about two weeks ago the phone started messing up again. The WiFi wouldn’t turn on, the phone wouldn’t reset, the screen wouldn’t work, and gradual dark green lines appeared on the phone. I took the phone into phone Axiom today to return (like I was told numerous times I could do if I had any problem with the phone) the CEO said he would have to look at the phone for an hour to see what the issue was (which I wasn’t happy about because I reminded him of what I was told by his employee) he told me he “didn’t care what his employees said and that was irrelevant”. He told me I wasn’t correct about the phone and that I had bent the phone, and even acknowledged that the phone won’t charge anymore and won’t turn on (which as of last night it would change and at least turn on, not only after he had the phone will it not turn on and charge according to the CEO). The employee that sold me the phone was there when I came back after an hour to see what they would do for me and I looked him in the eye and said “sir please do not lie right now, but did you not tell me I could bring the phone back if I had any problems with it” he said “I don’t remember “. I am very saddened that this is how my experience has been here, and sad to see a company in Lynchburg that doesn’t honor people’s words and “doesn’t care” (in the words of the CEO) what his employees tell people. I am now out $842 and have a phone that won’t even turn on.

Do not bring your phone to his location for repair! This location is swapping OEM parts from your phone and using non OEM parts and then fixing your device. I inspected the device after they so called fixed my device. They are running an illegal operation fraud fraud fraud!! Youll regret taking your device here in the long run.

Seemed like the guys really knew what they were doing... fixing cracked screens on cell phones, custom skin applications ECT... Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.Unfortunately, what I needed done, a whole new front screen for my S8+ was, in my humble opinion a bit on the expensive side, but dont let that detour you from checking these guys out for any cell phone repair or just some really hot customization to make your mobil stand out in a sea of ordinary stock models.As a matter of fact I am planning on taking my Pixel 3 in for some skin work in the not too distant future.

Axiom repaired my wifes damaged Samsung Galaxy S6 charging port and replaced the battery on May 2, informing us 2 hours after dropping off the phone that the repair was complete! We are highly satisfied with the prompt service and we will use Axiom again..

I got my iPhone 5C screen replaced here and was absolutely impressed by the service. I even got a Black Friday Deal which was definitely a plus! My phone was ready to be picked up within half an hour and my headphone jack was also fixed at no cost. I definitely recommend this place!

I just needed a small crack fixed on my s8 and was told it would be 249 dollars to fix it. Thats more then half of what the phone is worth now as its only worth about 400-500 now due to all the new phones that have come out since. Thats about half my paycheck cause only work part time. Its not worth it, you can find better and cheaper places to get it fixed or live with it till new phone.

The people who own this company are people of integrity. They will do whatever they can to help you and do it for a fair price. They will be honest with you about the repairs that are needed and what it will take for repairs. In the past, they have given me advice about water damage to a phone and were more than willing to help me with a computer that had water damage also. Next time I have a device to repair, Phone Axiom Express Repair is where I will go.

Speaking from experience, if you need a screen replacement, this is the place to go. If you need a phone replacement through their warranty program, youll be better served elsewhere especially if your phone is vital to your business. First they insisted it was a software problem (which it wasnt, I took it to Verizon first to rule that out). I insisted they look at it, but then they said I wasnt on their warranty program. After proving they were charging me monthly they accepted the phone. I had to call them two days later, and they said it was fixed. After wasting half a day going between Verizon and phone axiom to prove that it wasnt fixed, they agreed to replace the phone. To their credit, they replaced the phone, it just took two weeks. HAVE A BACKUP PHONE if you are on their warranty program.

I badly damaged the screen on my Pixel XL and I thought Id have to get a new phone. Phone Axiom said they could repair it at a fraction of the cost of a new phone, and for a small down-payment, they ordered the replacement screen and let me keep the phone while they wait for it to arrive. The repair specialist who took my order was efficient and polite, and I look forward to having a new screen on my phone soon. They also guarantee their work for life.

Work was good and efficient, however I thought the prices were extremely high for two small peices of plastic.

The staff was extremely helpful in the diagnostics of my problem, they were honest and caring. The repair took only 10 minutes and the price was right! They informed me that replacing the battery might not fix my problem, but I took the chance and it worked! I went to Phone axium at Wards Crossing West expecting to pay over 150 dollars to fix the cracks on my samsung galaxy. Instead it was $10.51 !! Thank you to the fair and honest staff. It already had tempered glass and they did not try pull one over on me! They are also very friendly and have the best Charlie Brown Christmas tree in town. Thanks again! Hey this should have been FIVE STARS!!! Not sure what a hit but ***** is my review!!!

Worst service ever. Guy said he could fix phone and didnt. He said he would give me a full refund and I never got any refund 2 weeks later. Went back to the store and got a partial refund that gave me 75% of my money back. The manager was very unprofessional and very short with me. He did not care much and left me waiting for hours in the lobby.Will have to resolve issues in court. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!! Take your products elsewhere for proper services!

Overpriced and horrible service. A screen only costs around $30-40 so they charge $100 on instalation of a simple process. Took off work early to get fixed and it took 4 hours when they weren’t busy. My phone screen is now delayed and worked better with a completely cracked screen. The process of replacing a screen only takes 15-20 minutes for someone who has never done done it before. Wouldn’t recommend.

Highly recommend!!!! Iphone got water in it, took it in and received emails during the entire process to let me know the status. The issues with my phone were outside of their ability to fix immediately, but their customer service was outstanding! A few weeks later my phone started working again! I know that if I hadnt taken it in there, it wouldnt be working today.

Got my LG G6 front and back screen repaired. After repair, my fingerprint scanner stopped working. I took my phone back, they fixed the fingerprint scanner the next day. A couple weeks later, my fingerprint scanner works sometimes, and stops working at other times. Resetting my phone restores the fingerprint scanner. Theres also a small light-colored box with a green line visible in the left corner of my screen. Not sure what it is. Overall, very friendly staff! They seem knowledgeable and correct their mistakes. Havent told them of the fingerprint scanner issues or box with green line, because I spent so much time in there regarding my first fingerprint scanner issue. 3/5 stars just due to issues arrising from screen fixage, otherwise 5/5 for friendliness and helpfulness!

You gotta love these guys. They love what they do and it shows. The friendly staff is knowledgable and fast. When I had a major problem with my iphone 6 plus they were honest enough to explain that the screen replacement I thought I needed would not fix the problem. Instead they gave me a free consult and told me what phone I should buy next.. Had a great conversation with them, and have been sending business to them ever since. My sisters screen replacement went great, and now she is out spreading the word about the great work these guys do as well!

Service was pretty good. However, they did not have the battery needed in stock, and the quoted price to replace the battery was about $25 more than other local options.

I had a great experience with this company. Very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed my laptop screen...FAST! dropped it off 7:00 pm evening and picked it up 1:00 pm next day....Who does that???? PhoneAxiom...thats who!!

Ive had to have my iPhone 6 plus screen replaced a few times because of various reasons. PhoneAxiom has always done a great job with the repair and customer service. They are by far the best phone servicing company in the area.

I have had two repairs by Phone Axiom. One was a cracked screen with water damage and the other was a battery replacement. Both repairs were fast and efficient. I highly trust these guys. They are very honest and have competitive but fair pricing.

This store needs more knowledgeable people. The college kids dont know whats going on! They have a master technician that comes in once a week to fix what the kids dont know, which is everything but changing a battery and even that can be tricky!I took my iPad to them because there was condensation behind the screen. All I wanted was for them to take the back off so I could see how much water and where and if something needed replacing. They said they recommend the water damage repair for $49 and that it would take 3-4 hours and they would text or call me. I never heard a thing and the store was closed when I called so I left message, sent a text and an email...never heard back. A week later I finally called and they were waiting on the master technician to look at it because it wouldnt turn on. It was working when I took it in. They had taken everything out, put it back and it had died. They said the technician would be in the following Monday to see whats wrong. I called on Wednesday to see what had happened, they said he couldnt figure out what so they would send it off and get it fixed, it would take 2 weeks (sure, I believe you) and cost $199.95. No thank you, thats not a whole lot less than a new one. I went and picked it up and ordered a newer model,refurbished, with a 1 yr guarantee for $60 from Amazon and I know they wont charge me if it doesnt work. Mine would have been a refurbished one anyway. So annoyed in the whole experience! besides getting more knowledgeable people, they need better communication skills!

I have taken over 6 electronic devices to Phone Axiom and they do a wonderful job. They are always fast and finished in a very timely manor. I highly recommend them for anything you need to have fixed!

Had a broken digitizer on a Galaxy S6. These guys were the only place in town that had one in stock. I was able to DIY it, so I cant speak for their repair services, but I will say the part works perfect. Great little store front that is very comfortable, in a great location with easy access, and has an extremely knowledgeable and professional staff.They also offer very competitive rates for cell phone insurance, which I will be checking out in the days coming.Will definitely return for future cell phone and tablet fixes.
